Rooted and Xposed settings

Tried on S4 with app settings. Caused boot loop or freeze with Samsung logo. Make sure you have backup.

Check rovo89's Xposed thread again, he has addressed the issue and released an updated version that is compatible with the S4
Running it now with the XTheme Engine module, and it's like I'm not even on a stock ROM.

No prob. And for anyone else in a bootloop from installing the old framework, there are a couple of really simple fixes via adb that are listed in the OP of rovo89's Xposed thread.

Can I just use the xposed app settings as usual along with the new xposedinstaller you led us to?? BTW Thank you so much for this dude. I have been waiting for this!!

I'm using the Alloy theme...it's not obtrusive, it's clean, and it was my go-to theme on CM Theme Engine on my GNote.
It doesn't theme the settings toggles (as I think they changed a little bit from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2), but I don't mind.

CPA, Do you have a copy of the Xtheme module? When this module is installed does it automatically port over the theme for use? I sent ya a PM as well.

Haha ok, glad you were able to find out what you needed!

Thought id mention that the icon themer for xposed is no longer bricking the s4, he fixed it... working perfectly now.

CM has had this for a while in their launcher. They just made vertical style app drawer by default now. You can switch back to card style in launcher settings.

I currently have my CM12.1 on the vertical style app drawer. I've been trying to change it to the card style but i cant find it in the settings... could u please tell me specifically how i can change it?

Long press anywhere in home screen you will find an arrow pointing upwards click that and there you will find Menu Style change it ez pz

lineage 14.1

There is a build up for sailfish as of now. I'm waiting for permission from the dev to post a link to the download. If your curious, until then, you could poke around the pixel xl forum. I'm sure you can find what your lookin for! :highfive::good:
Update- you have to sideload the zip or it won't boot. I changed it to "update.zip".

I also had no luck getting it to boot. Just got the Lineage bootanimation and got stuck there.

I get a bootloop on the lineage boot animation, he probably has the same.

The file is labeled as unofficial.

For guys having bootloop make sure you do clean flash and try flashing vendor and or kernel. Not sure if that'll help it get booting but worth a shot. Perhaps it's the reason yesterday's build got pulled. He doesn't own a pixel only Xl

Same here. I can't get past the boot animation. I even wiped a and b slots both to make sure I had the same exact data on both slots. It flashes fine, no errors at all. I'm going to try a few more things and report back

Not trying that rom anymore until others report it working. Sorry

Without logs he can't fix it. If someone can pull one and send to invisiblek you'll have a well running ROM

How do you pull a log I have not tried this rom yet but I am waiting for it so if you can direct me to a download link and tell me how to create a log I will do so to help get things rolling.

I'll pull the log file as well but I don't have the download anymore and the link is gone?

How does one pull a log file from a device that won't boot?

You'll need to use ADB . Unsure of the commands tho for boot loop. Perhaps ADB pull or ADB logcat

Unfortunately after first launch this just continues to crash , I wonder if over in the M30s forum theres any working Gcam seeing as the devices share the same cpu

Video Recording dosen't work...and photos are taking time to appear in gallery.

the latest version of zgcam works if you use the same settings as a50 (check their telegram group for the settings)
