DXLL1 wifi problem.

hi, i am having trouble with wifi whenever i flash new kernel to my Galaxy y DXLL1 i actually tried different kernels like, GNU#10, Hellsfusion, savie, white, etc. but they all give me wifi problems. i already tried the wifi driver but still. what i notice is that whenever i install a custom kernel my mac address changed also sometimes when i turn the wifi on and off the mac address keeps on changing.. i cant connect to our house's wifi because it is filtered . please help me thank you very much....

Yeah i have the same prob. But i finally fix it.....you need to flash the wifi driver......if you are using stockrom flash the stockwifi driver and custom wifi driver for custom rom .... Search ib google but i found the 2 files from ilovegalaxyy blog

Friend i think you need to reflash your stock rom from sir doky thread and choose S5360DXLC1 and manually update it in your phone by samsung update in galaxy y until you reach S5360DXLL1 i had experience this problem long time ago back up your apps and data and other personal information that you have in your phone internal memory. Advise don't try to use wifi drivers that some people saying here in xda foum it will make your problem worse. Goodluck!

Guys please a little help here, i convert zui to cos, now i cannot turn on my wifi or bluetooth any more its said Unavailabe, and the wifi MAC address is 02:00:00:00:00:00

EDIT: MY BAD! I thought you had a Nexus 5 (this guide only applies to Nexus 5). But I guess the solution could be similar.

I'm facing the same issue on my Redmi Note 3. It happened while I was trying to hard reset another MAC via Mac Changer app.
I'm on CM13 as well. My wifi MAC is 02:00 as well and BT is unavailabel.

I am a user of a OnePlus two and recently I was using Raj gopi's resurrection remix as my daily driver but after the update to Nougat version I experienced various issues in network compatibility( I have two sim cards idea and Jio and in my phone only the sim preferred for mobile data works and the other one does not connect) this is a major problem as I can't use both sims, to solve this I downgraded to resurrection marshmallow version, it didn't solve it so I again installed Nougat and as on today I am using oxygen 3.5.6 (fresh and clean)
Kindly provide a workaround for my problem. Any response would be much appreciated...
PSI kind of think I messed up with the EFS partition and now I am using 1+ recovery and my phone does not seem to be recognised in fastboot devices although it is detected in adb devices)

After installing 4.5.14 rollback ROM not connecting to wifi ND hotspot issue

I rolled back to oxygen is 4.5.14 ROM ...whos link is given by one plus support. From open beta 3.
Now I am facing problems
WiFi is not connecting to any device.
And no device found my hotspot..means my device is not visible to anyone on hotspot.
Please help me in that.

After flashing the roll back version, you need to go to recovery and wipe everything(the third option in stock recovery).

The problem has been solved after installing open beta3 on one plus 5.
I think the problem was only with that rom only.
Now my one plus 5 is working fine.?

You need to delete /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf. No need to wipe anything else.

Not able to use WiFi hotspot

Hello,
Whenever I connect my phone to the laptop via hotspot it always shows up "failed to connect to the server". I've DU 64 bit and loony kernel installed on my phone.
Help me out

Hi I am using AEX 64bits with loony kernel and hotspot is working absolutely fine here. Additionally as the dev also gives test builds on telegram so I've also tested the upcoming v6.1 64bit kernel and hotspot is working fine there too.
Hotspot issue was there for me on 32 bit for which I also personally contacted the dev and he said it is fixed and new build shall come today anytime so I can switch back to 32bit again. For any further assistance you should post bug report (with logs) in correct thread. It is not possible for him to investigate with only that much info. Thank you.
