I'm sending my phone in, so I needed to remove my root and TWRP. In TWRP I formatted data and wiped data, which resulted in having no OS installed. When exiting TWRP I get a message asking if I really want to exit without an OS. I've spent the last couple hours trying to flash over different GS5 stock roms using Odin, however I keep getting a "FAIL! (auth)" error after something about nand. Before this happened, I was running on 5.0 Lollipop, rooted. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
E: Just though I'd mention, when I try to boot my phone it gets stuck on the Samsung GS5 loading screen.

I started to encypted my phone and it failed, then i was getting system boot errors
I was running omega 36 Rom, i flashed using odin my stock Rom, recovery etc as phone was giving erros during oot. i already tried the format in TWRP that i was using with omega but still didnt work.
Now ive flashed with Samsung Rom using odin and it boots but i get system crashes constantly.
How do i fix this, i imagine i need to restore the phone and partitions back to stock, including probably another format.
Id be most grateful for help.
A few weeks ago I rooted my Samsung Galaxy S5 (G900H) and flashed a custom ROM on it. But after a few weeks I reflashed the original 5.0 ROM. I then installed cwm and rerooted my phone but something didn't go well because it failed to open cwm 2 out of 3 times, some apps failed to recognize it as a rooted phone (because of improper root maybe) and even some Samsung features were having a trouble in running and my phone was lagging and hung, a lot. So I backed up all my data and decided to do a factory reset.
I went into recovery and pressed on wipe all data/cache but it hung up while formatting. After half an hour or so I pulled out the battery only to see that my phone was stuck on the Samsung logo on boot.
I can't reformat it again as it keeps on saying error mounting data. So I decided to flash it with pit and the android 4.4.4 but since I had my reactivation lock on and usb debugging off, I couldn't flash it with anything.
Please help me in getting out of this situation.
Let me start by saying I've never modded a phone before so I'm extremely new. I followed a few how-to's on these forums (by rovo89) as well as videos on how to enable xposed installer on my Galaxy s5 G900i. I rooted it successfully, installed TWRP without any problems all using Odin, but then flashed the incorrect arm file, and when I restarted my phone it was stuck on the Samsung bootloop. I didnt download the uninstaller and my phone wasn't able to connect to Odin at that point. I did have a backup file however. I restored to my latest backup however my phone was still unable to boot, even after wiping cache and data files. In a mad rush, i did a complete factory reset and wiped off all of the files including the system, and obviously now when I try and boot i get the warning "No OS installed! are you sure you want to reboot?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, is there any way to remedy this situation or have I screwed up too bad. Apologies for my stupidity.
Edit: I should note that when my phone is in bootloop, it is recognised by Odin (Added!), however while it is in TWRP, it is not recognised (Removed!).
Download official rom for your device and flash it via odin
I was running xXx 4.5, and decided to "upgrade" to 5.0.
I did the usual, wiped data/system, then flashed.
I got stuck in a bootloop, and found I had to double back and wipe /data.
I did that, got stuck at the boot animation.
If I go back to recovery, all the data is jumbled, I assume encrypted? I flashed a different twrp for 8.0 compatibility, no change.
I can't push/sideload anything (roms, recovery zips sideload fine), it fails.
So I flashed the stock recovery in fastboot, rebooted there, and tried to sideload via adb the stock 8.0 flash files.
Now it works at it for a few minutes and just comes back as "Installation Failed".
Where do I go next? All i can get to is recovery, fastboot, bootloader.
I've already factory reset/wiped everything, so don't care if I lose anything anymore.
Help?
Thanks.
It appears I found a solution, just a few posts below my own! I hate it when that happens.

seems to have got the ball rolling, I was able to copy files to my phone while in twrp, which I couldn't do before, and currently have xXx installing. The first time it installed it didn't ask about encrypted/decrypted and didn't give me any warnings, this time it did.
xXx still won't boot after flashing, trying stock full flash file..
edit 2: Was able to flash full oneplus update file and boot. had to do a factory reset after rebooting as it was crashing a ton and wouldn't get through setup. It's been running fine since though. Now I'm a little skittish to try again, there are some root features I'd really like to still have.
I have a OnePlus 5 phone stuck in the Fastboot mode, been contacting them for days now but I still keep hearing the same excuses that the matter has been escalated to their tier 2 tech support team Nd would be contacted. Please is there a way to copy files off the phone in this state before it's flashed?
Hi!
I got an old Note 4 (SM-N910F) from a friend recently, which he claimed wasn't working. I thought I'd be able to fix it and I'd get to keep the phone. But the damn thing won't boot no matter what I do. It would just get stuck on a bootloop.
I've tried flashing different ROMs. I've flashed the stock (6.0.1) international one with ODIN, but to no avail. I've never been able to flash anything through TWRP 'cause it keeps failing to mount /storage, /data and /cache. I can't even wipe them. It'll just say that internal storage is 0 MB and cannot be wiped or reformatted. I've even flashed the custom PIT file, thinking it might have been a partitioning issue. Nothing I do seems to work
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
