Maybe someone can help me.
So my yoga 2 1050l - 255 started to randomly turn off. So i tried to reset fanctory setting from recovery, nothing changed. Installed latest official android, again nothing. It even turns off when on fastboot etc.
SO id downloaded yt2-1050l_usr_s000225_1504220451_ww21_row and connected my tablet to Flash tool.
(My tablet boots right into bios, so i think i have deleted everything.)
So, when i press start to flash it shows
Code:

(bricked just after the bootloader)
I eventually succeed in flashing my ROM with YT2-1050L_USR_S100081_1507241439_WW52_ROW-(L).zip
Then i get stuck here :
I've flashed several ROMs until I get a flash error with YT2-1050L_S0225_150422_ROW.7z, then goto Lenovo BIOS :
But fastboot was still on and I flashed again and again, I get my android back but with a wrong IMEI number and no update capability (stuck at OTA 192, update 255 failing again and again) :
Now I've sent my tablet back to Lenovo in Germany, it's having service under warranty and I will let you know !

Lollipop, when my tablet crashed, I was on OTA 225 (I think) performing an upgrade to OTA 255 : the update failed and I couldn't get my android back

Try another ROM, this one is crap, see above !
Normaly, you can still switch fastboot, hold down up and down simultaniously at start up, "Fastboot starting..." is displayed then plug your tablet to your computer, it should appear in flash tool window, so re flash with the right file (that I haven't)
Otherwise you'll probably need Lenovo service

I make full wipe in android recovery /data and cache (yellow triangle)
and after reboot no changes why ?
maybe flash memory is corrupted
1 firmware will not change with rooting, or SBF
2 what apps are not being removed, you can not remove stock apps until, after phone is rooted
3 looks like rooting failed
select d2
turn phone on, connect to pc with usb cable
check usb debugging settings/apps/development
select charge only or pc mode usb mode
press continue
adb will push
Code:
data/local.prop /data/preinstall_md5/magic.md5
reboot phone to bootloader
flash repacked sbf (less than 50mb)
reboot twice, very important (reboot just replaces the local.prop, but the old local.prop is still in memory, till second reboot)
adb pushes su,superuser, and busybox
reboot to recovery, wipe cache
reboot normally
rooted
I want to reflash stock frimware what's that mean Error veryfing Code Group 31 checksum: ......
could be bad usb cable
Sounds like maybe a bad or corrupted sbf download
Sent from my DROID2
When you get the "Flash Failed" message on RSD just hit Start again. It will give you a message about not being complete or some jazz. Hit start one more time and the phone should reset normally. Once it is fully rebooted go back into the cmd window and press any key as it says and follow the last instructions to finish rooting.
Thanks for your post.

I recently dropped my phone in a puddle, which rendered the touchscreen useless... The phone would unlock but nothing would happen when I touched the screen. Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? I haven't found anything useful online. Thanks in advance.
Download your Firmware from huaweifirmware(.)com. Then you need to extract the file with the HWUpdateExtractor and flash the boot.img and System.img using fastboot (Google it)
Hope that works! Oh and sorry for my crappy english.

You need to download lastest firmware and Huawei Update Extractor!
1. Open Extractor, and get HiFi.img there is that img t I had the same problem!
Download ADB AND FASTBOOT files, because you will need them. (Paste in this map HIFI.IMG)
2. Shift and Right click on mouse, there will be open cdm here, open!
3. Fastboot flash hifi hifi.img
4.fastboot reboot.
Done! Phone fixed! If I helped you slap that thanks button??
It is the same problem as written here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/p8...awei-p8-lite-2017-pra-lx1-brick-trwp-t3660664
I've followed every steps, but my phone is still bricked.
My build version is (I guess?) PRA-LX1C432B100
I tried several firmware builds to restore on, but when I try to install it (by pushing POWER / VOL - / VOL +) :
- PRA-LX1C530B130 : firmware versions mismatch
- PRA-LX1C33xxxx : can't install, I don't remember error message but surely the same as the above one.
- PRA-LX1C432B128 : "Installing update" at 5% then "Software install failed" with sub message "Get help from http://www.emui.com/emotiondownload?mod=restore"
I followed the rooting method from a french website that was for build PRA-LX1C432B100 but I can't find this firmware anywhere.
Can someone have the link ? Tried with Firmware Finder.. Now i'm downloading from needrom but still don't know if it's for the good build version...
When the phone boots, it displays :
- HW Logo
- Warning about the BL
- HW logo
- blank
- HW logo
- Warning about the BL
- erestore
When trying to download and reboot from erestore, it says "Getting package info failed" and thus, can't download.

TWRP
I also tried to flash PRA-LX1C530B130 update.zip, but I get the exact same thing as here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=4008385&d=1484772172

Any way to unbrick this d*mn thing ?
I need help, thank you.
Your phone is locked. Try the unlocking by huawei unlockcode.
Thank you for this fast answer,
though, where do I enter the code(s) ?
I went to https://tools.texby.com/unlock-codes/huawei/ to obtain my code, is that correct ?
I entered fastboot, no devices found with "huawei code writer"
Same with recovery mode and eRecovery :

Ok., then flash the stock recovery again and make a factoryreset.
I can't find the stock recovery on internet nor on Firmware Finder. Do you know where I can find PRA-LX1C432B100 ?
I flashed many times on differents build versions those files :
recovery.img
boot.img
system.img
cust.img
Do I need to only flash the stock recovery (if I can find it..) to make everything else work ?
if I have no stock system nor stock boot, will it boot ?
And by "stock" I mean "stock for my device" because I've tried many stock images that end up in erecovery, even after a factory reset in the stock recovery.
-- EDIT --
With the mobile app, it says that the PRA-LX1C432B100 has been removed from the server.
Flash TWRP and see if it starts there.

Hi all,
On Recently 7.2.1 updates, my device is failed to optimize (left it for the whole day alone)
So, i enter the recovery mode, performing the factory data reset. and when it done, reboot the device.
in this normal state, the OS is failed to enter, keep stuck at Nvidia logo forever.
Then, i enter the boot recovery kernel to
1) Wipe cache / partition
2) Wipe data / factory reset
and put the device into reboot when it done, but this appeared to be same (stuck at Nvidia logo and turn blank after a few hours)
This also put me into trouble because i cant apply the update via USB storage and ADB.
the error message is -- couldn't mount / usbdrive : Invalid argument (USB storage)
ADB device fastboot boot can't detect the device via PC
I provide the snapshot for your reference. Appreciate for your help and provide me a best solutions. Thank you

Fastboot and flash 7.1 developers image per Nvidia's instructions. I had the same problem and that worked for me of course this is considering your bootloader is unlocked
Hi,
I am in a pickle of my own doing, of course. I followed this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BT6P5m1XGpw) and now I can only get either the screen that has two Asian languages and English on reboot, or I can get into TWRP.
How do I get it to boot to an OS, any version at this point?
Here are some details:
I have an unlocked boot loader A6013
I was running 9.0.12 and wanted 9.0.13
Using Android File Transfer, I moved Magisk-v18.0.zip, twrp-installer-fajita-3.2.3-2.zip, and OnePlus6TOxygen_34_OTA_020_all_1904032212_38e22c8b9abd42e3.zip into the download folder.
I then rebooted into TWRP recovery, installed twrp-installer-fajita-3.2.3-2.zip
Rebooted to recovery again, and installed OnePlus6TOxygen_34_OTA_020_all_1904032212_38e22c8b9abd42e3.zip
Then I installed twrp-installer-fajita-3.2.3-2.zip again.
Then I rebooted to recovery and tried to install Magisk-v18.0.zip, but found that my directory structure is all mangled with folders named like this "6MTjdFQ0IJuqeJ0kD4vzTB" etc...
I can't find the Download folder anywhere.
Booting normally only gives me the three option of two Asian language options or English. Choosing English gets me the menu to Wipe Data and Cache, Advanced or Exit. Under Advanced I can Reboot to Fastboot, Reboot to recovery or Ver 2.0. Reboot to Recovery send me back to the two Asian languages, etc.
I can boot to TWRP by pressing Vol+ and Power, at which point I have all those options (Install, Wipe, Backup, Restore, Mount, Settings, Advanced, Reboot). I can also see all the "mangled" folders on Android File Transfer, and can sideload things, but dragging and dropping any file into the AFT window is rejected.
Any help would be super appreciated. Please let me know if I didn't give enough information.
Gratefully yours,
Chris El Stupido.
