Can I flash MIUI rom with twrp ?? How to?
Can one flash Oreo based ROMs with TWRP 3.1.1-2 or does one need TWRP 3.2.1? thanks
First, Sorry my bad english cause i'm from brazil
Ok peoples, my question is.
I have RROS 5.8.5 NOUGAT but.. before it i've installed MIUI8 Marshmallow with gold twrp. now i have nougat and SevenMax twrp (blue).
My question is, if i need install a marshmallow rom, what i do? i need change my twrp or what?
please??
I was on MIUI 10 Global Beta.
Later i installed OrangeFox Recovery Project and flashed DotOS 2.5 ( Oreo 8.1.0 ). I guess both are treble recovery and treble rom.
As this custom rom is draining much battery i want to revert back to MIUI Stable.
Few suggested to install a non treble recovery and just flash the miui stable rom & few suggest to follow official miui flash tool method.
Please someone provide me a detailed step regarding this. How & which recovery should i install and how do i flash the rom. I don't want to brick my device. Your help is appreciated a lot. Thank you in advance.
good morning everyone, is it possible to downgrade with twrp and not with MiFlashTool on my 9t? I'm on the evolution rom android 13 and I want to download to android 10 miui 11.

Usually, the (official) MIUI Fastboot/TGZ ROMs flash more 'deeply' than their Recovery/ROMs
Maybe you could achieve by flashing recovery/zip ROM plus a firmware (but not sure if MIUI firmwares come as recovery/ZIP installations)
When you are already going to do that, you could look on Xiaomi.eu for the latest stable MIUI 11 ROM for davinci (it's like a debloated official MIUI)
Xiaomi.eu ROM would either be for flashing directly by Fastboot (bat script, not for MiFlash) or even the recovery type for TWRP. Their ROMs (even when recovery types) are usually self-sufficient, hence usable for downgrading, un-bricking in some cases, etc
