Is http://itcomputes.com/ (DEEJA) scam or legitimate? - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

They are offering Galaxy S7 Edge for 600.00€ (£439.85) and with a Gear VR http://itcomputes.com/samsung-galaxy-s7-edge-32gb-black
They accept paypal only for orders above 3000€, for single mobile they accept credit card or money gram. http://itcomputes.com/payment-methods
Any experience with this online shop?
Thanks a lot in advance

Looks shady to me!
Searched around, could only find one review of the site on Trustpilot which looked like it was written by the owner of the site. No other information anywhere, except an address in Canada on Google Maps (which is probably unrelated).

Indeed, so unless somebody has a good experience so I'm staying away. The price is too good to be true and without paypal guarantee it is risky. Thanks for the reply.
Edit: this is the company but it does not tell anything http://ukdata.com/company/07516260/...&postcode=BL3+6LS&details-button=View+Details

Never heard of them? Sounds like a scam...be careful!
Probably a scam. I would buy the N1 for full price on the Google website. Honestly it doesn't seem like the N1 will be replaced by a phone with better specs anytime soon.

That is so fake it is not even funny! Click on the featured products tab, it has the info on it from the web site builder template telling you that you can make it as simple or complex as you want...
Plus, those prices are outrageously too good to be true. No way that is real! And then some more things, like descriptions being very weak and inaccurate, and so forth.
thanks
can always depend on u guys. never been steered wrong or given bad info. greatest website in the world, besides pornhub.
Well my friend,
I also don't heard about this.Even I never heard from anybody. That may be fake..Please be aware for it..
Like they say...If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Mess with them. create a fake email and tell them to send you pictures of the phone showing the serial number number or along those lines. and if you are too far away from their location for pick up, do not send money online.
It would be sweet if it was true, but unfortunately scams happen.

this is what you live by when it comes to buying on the internet
the thing about craigslist is its a classifieds... buy local, have the phone in your hands and test it before you do anything... use cash... and have a paper trail (personal contract/agreement) of some sort to cover your ass
as far as craigslist goes, if you are not buying local then i would stay away...

Want to buy the nexus off this site but..

Hi i want to buy the nexus one off this site http://www.cellplususa.com/ but idk if its creditable site or its a scam. I can't find any info from it and I found the site on craiglist. Have you had experience with this site and do you think I should buy? The phone there is only 450.
couldn't find anything on it at resellersratings.com so not so sure it's a legit site.
Here is my suggestion on this:
Ok, research shows that they have not been in business for long at all (like under a week or so).
For this reason, you won't find any information on them.
Are they reputable? Hard to say, but things that would keep ME from buying from them is that their website has absolutely NO contact information at all.
They also don't tell you if the phone is NEW, Refurbished or used. How they are selling them for so much less is beyond me because, as far as I know, Google is not wholesaling them to ANYONE. The only legit way to get it new is through Google's shop.
Just my $0.02...
Ebay is the way...
Hey Sasha
Buy it from Ebay and to make sure its a good deal - go with sellers using PayPal as the payment method.. And if you are lucky - You can actually make a good deal thru ebay...
Good luck... Its a cool phone - Nexus One kicks ass.. ;-)

Yeah i know its a awesome phone but ebay prices are more expensive than google!
lol "on sale" yeah ok.
DO NOT buy from there.
What does common sense tell you?
Tells me this site is 100% scam. I love the $10 COD option, though, with a same day delivery guarantee. Someone should test it out!
Sure... But..
The chance to find the phone to the same price as on the google-site will probaly not be easy.. Everyone wants to make money - so you can look everywere - You probaly won't find it anywhere to the same price..
You can make good deals on Ebay trust me..
But good luck with your search

Unless they're using the "loophole" someone else posted about to get the phone for $372 then reselling it for $450.

Not enough of a profit margin to make it work TBH, and also, a pain in the but way to get their supply since they will have to get a LOT of people to open and account to get the phone just to cancel.
Either way, I say stay away.

There were people in Hong Kong, one of the four countries (wait...Hong Kong is...whatever) got the head start, complaining that when they received their DHL package it was empty inside. So would there be any chance that some people took those phones and sell them damn cheap...?

Not sure about that, but like I said in my original reply, there is NO contact information on the site whatsoever, who would you call if there was an issue?
Also, if those people that had their go missing reported it, Google could Black-List the ESN's and they would be worthless.
SO not worth the risk...
I bought 2 phones from them
Back in Dec. I bought 2 iphones from cellplususa. I didnt have any issues, in fact im using the phone right now.

I am really getting tempted to try this site...
Any one used this before and your opinion please? They are not accepting PayPal and credit cards i guess!
MOD EDIT: Link Removed as scame.
HUGE SCAM. If it is too good to be true, then IT IS. They only accept money gram and western union which is the easiest way to get scammed because there is no way to track your payment and there is no way to get your money back. These prices are way tooooo low. Anyone with cash in hand would buy out there whole inventory and just flip it. Stay away beware

Their specs & photos are copied & pasted from gsmarena lol.
There are lots of sites like this out there. They don't accept Paypal and credit cards because you can dispute those payments. There's no way to get your money back through services such as Western Union. Stay far far away from sites like these.

[Q] Price too good to be true?

Hey guys,
I have been a XDA lurker for a while. I am looking at getting the P6800. I seemed to have found a site that is offering to import it at a wholesale price. It all seems fishy to me but I figured I would see what all of you had to say...
Ummmmmm
I think that website is 100% authentic. I would jump on it before they are gone!
what is the site?
Exactly my point in my reply...
I have some nice land for sale in Florida .... great deal too...

I dunno, this seems a bit fishy. First post to XDA and asking for people to check out a website....Good thing they can't post links yet.

You could be right, it may be an employee looking to get people talking about there products or drum up some bushiness! But they did join in 2009.
But to be fair i very rarely post as I am not as well endowed as many on here (with the skills needed for dev work that is and I don't look forward to being flamed), i have bought my device from HK, quick delivery and having followed the guidance on another forum can confirm its genuine, Samsung accepted it on my product account, tested perfect and everything people ask. The one thing I did note was the description on the package for customs, again reading elsewhere, it may get held up but the owners of the website say there paying import duty, hope this helps.
Haha, sorry guy's being new I was only allowed to post every 5 minutes or something like that. Basically I got distracted...

at 230 bucks for a 3g model is probably too good to be true, this tablet probably costs more than 200 bucks to manufacture alone, so at 230 I doubt it. googling reveals this
http://www.scamadviser.com/is-buyingstore.co.uk-safe.html
Oh, yeah. That's gotta be bull****.
Its so tempting. I have thought about using my credit card so it would be easier to dispute the charges if fake.
It look just enough like amazon not to get sued
did you decide to order from here in the end?
There is a zero percent chance that that is legit. The price is way too low and I'm willing to bet they don't have a good way of contacting them.
It's not worth the risk. If you really want one then look for a more reputable site.
I am still waiting for my income tax return but I have decided that I will be going with a reputable source.
Thank you guy's for your input.
Agree its not worth the risk, thanks for the input.
Really like this device but cant help but hold out to see if the google tab becomes a reality
I may buy one from HK, I need the Calling features, and from HK they're about 600

They DMd me here because I'd been looking to review the zero lemon case. Odd way to do it, but they wanted to PayPal me the money for the case, and then have me buy it on Amazon. I don't have PayPal (and it seems like a weird way to do it), so it looks like they are going to send me a Walmart GC instead. Again it seems like an odd way to do it, but I'll let you guys know how it goes.

They paid my order with PayPal. I agree, it seemed super odd to me, but it seems a lot of groups are having to do it this way, due to some new rules from Amazon about using promo codes for review products like other have in the past. At least they paid up front, choetech wanted to pay AFTER the review was submitted, which seemed a bad idea.

Good to know. I am doing a review of the CHOETECH panda charger, and they will pay after as you said. I don't have PayPal so they are going to send me a GC. I'm not too worried about it because they make good products, I've bought numerous CHOETECH products.
I know Amazon cracked down a while ago about companies discounting for reviews, but didn't realize they were cracking down on promo codes as well. In fact, I reviewed a cheotech charger that I got using one of their discount codes.
I guess in the end, if I don't like it and they don't send a gc, I could always just return it to Amazon. I was just worried that if I did have PayPal, they might do a charge back.
Edit: I guess I was just surprised since Zero Lemon was just sending out the products directly. At the same time, if the Amazon review isn't a "verified purchase", it might look shady.

Amazon is trying to cut down on paid reviews / free product reviews, so this is the way many manufacturers are getting around it. Amazon can see if reviews are coming from people who got the product free using a promo code. They can't see if you got reimbursed through Paypal after the fact.

Which is why it's a shame that the Amazon vine program isn't available to more people. I get some. Companies were abusing the samples for reviews, but honest companies want reviews for people to buy stuff. The whole reason I took a chance on CHOETECH products was the great reviews.
