How can I lost my Imei with PB2 and gei it back with nandroid of PB1. My nandroid is made by Philz and not sure that efs is restored....AND in settings got BOJ2 baseband........

OK, misunderstanding... You used this one? https://idlekernel.com/flash-tools/.../N9005XXUGBPB1/CP_N9005XXUGBPB1_MODEM.tar.md5 You did a full shut down of the phone, removed the battery for 2 min and then directly went to D/L mode to flash the modem? Thats the only way it works 100% for me.

Hi you are still in download mode have you tried to flash new firmware
I can't using odin 1.7 it will prompt failed.
ok try press volume up and hold the power tell me what happens
It is the same pic as stated. I plug in the charger and it is still the same pic.
do you get failed while flashing firmware threw odin if yes can you tell me what firmware you were on before flashing and what firmware you are trying to flash now reason i ask as i was trying to downgrade firmware i had same problem, so i had to flash the latest firmware and it worked
I was on the P1000DXJK2 at first. I'm trying to flash P1000DXJM4. At first it was successful from the odin 1.7 but when boot up it stayed at the samsung screen. Maybe i need to flash the dbdata.
yeah that could be the problem, put dbdata in pda, no pit
Where can I downlaod dbdata for this firmware P1000DXJM4.
Ok. Thanks bro I managed to get it back. Thousand thanks.
Here you go just unzip and you have a .tar file

[i9500] CSC problems...

I have recently made the mistake of flashing my device to a Chinese stock rom,
but now I think that I have restored everything except for the CSC,
and when I try to change it from within CSC Changer (yes my device is rooted btw) it doesn't show the current CSC or offer me any CSC's to select...
When I boot into recovery it shows CHN as the CSC... so does anyone know if there is a way for me to flash my device with a non-Chinese CSC?
If the app doesn't show anything, it means that there is no CSC to change. The ROM is maybe a single CSC rom. Try doing a full factory reset and it should be solved.

Current ROM: THL: I9500XWUBMG7_I9500OLBBMG2_I9500DXUBMF8_HOME.tar
Current Modem: I9500_XXUBMG9_MODEM.tar
Yet even after doing a factory reset just now (Wiping Data, Cache & Dalvik Cache) it still shows what you see below...

Are you able to put the phone in download mode (vol- + Home +Power)?, If you do download ROM from any of the sources around and using Odin install the ROM. Do not checked the re-partition box in options. If you're not comfortable doing this or not sure do some reading on installing firmware using Odin.

Is it possible to unbrick the Note 4 SM-N910F variant?

I have with my a Note 4 variant (SM-N910F) which got bricked after trying to flash a custom rom. Is it possible to return to stock rom or do I have with me just an expensive rock?
Here's a screenshot of what is displayed when the device is powered on:

Yes. Use Odin to flah a stock rom, or better, to flash a recovery. From the recovery you do what yiu want

Thanks for the prompt response. Never used Odin or a flashed a Samsung phone before
If flashing the single stock tar doesnt work, try using "samfirm" to download the latest rom in binary format so that you can repartition the phone with odin.
Just download the file and extract it to get 3-4 seperate tar files.
Select the files according to the tabs in odin (compare the prefixes of the files with the file selection tabs of odin).
This must do the job.

SM-g900f didnt backup efs, network not registered , imei / sn fine

what are my options?
i didnt backup efs and flashed custom rom, and after that it wont register to network, my imei looks ok, both in settings and sticker under battery are the same, baseband is dispayed too when i go to root i can see /efs folder but there isnt nv_data.bin in there...
im now restoring it with kies3 but i think it wont work too...
can someone explain what to do now to get network back or is it gone for good ?
oh and mobile data seems to be working...

Hi all,
same problem here.
I was on stock, no root and started having "not registered on network" error.
No update to do on the phone via OTA so I reflashed stock rom again with odin to see if that could fix the problem, but it didn't work.
I rooted and installed TWRP to start checking more deeper. As soon as I installed TWRP I made a backup of all partitions, efs part. included.
I found more than one guides to solve the "not registered on network" problem but none works.
At the end I noticed that nv_data* files in EFS folder were missing. Restored the EFS from TWRP backup and the files were missing there, too.
IMEI and SN are OK!
Any advice? Is there any chance to rebuild/recover these files in some way?
Same problem brother, it happened last month tried alot of things but just gave up in the end... It'd be awesome if someone uploaded their efs backup. I was hoping that flashing that backup would somehow fix the problem
