Stuck in Fastboot with supposed bootloader locked. PLEASE HELP! - OnePlus 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

HI guys,
I have installed the rom cyan pop and benschhholds kernel, so far so good.
Restarted configured the phone to my way. Then I restart recovery to go install GAPPS but what happened was that the phone remained stucked on the OnePlus logo.
When I got home was trying to solve the problem with the first aid, but could not, always give failed.
So I decided to go see the status of the bootloader and it was there that I saw that was blocked.
I do not know if blocked unintentionally.
What can I do?

Try wiping the cache through Fastboot and then typing Fastboot continue.
If it fails, try to reset to factory by using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-2/general/guide-official-stock-reset-to-oos-2-2-0-t3290707
Also note that you have posted in the wrong section. For help you must create a thread in Q&A thread. Report your thread to a mod to sort it out for you.

Try this procedure. It works regardless of bootloader. http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-2/general/guide-official-stock-reset-to-oos-2-2-0-t3290707

[Q][S5360] Stuck in Bootloop

Hi guys,
My phone has suddenly gone into bootloop.
I tried hard resetting it using vol UP+home+power button. I wiped cache and followed it with factory reset. I didn't do any good. Its still in bootloop.
Please, help me regarding this. I can't start the phone to know any details in order to download the appropriate stock ROM.Also, if it matters, the phone has never been rooted and the warranty has expired.
You guys helped me out earlier as well. And even this time around I hope this community could get me out of this mess.
Thank you guys!
if formatting data in cwm doesn't sort the bootloop you will have to flash stock rom via odin - just choose which ever one relates to your geographical region
Link to my firmware thread is as ever accessible through the link in my signature or at the top of the dev thread

Ok! Thank you.
I'll try it in an hour and come back if face any trouble. BTW, I don't think I have enabled USB debugging. Won't that be a problem?
Thank you!
It worked.

Maybe a impossible softbrick to solve

i was on skydragon rom, but i was trying to flash blissmallow rom, but, after flash, when I reboot the phone, I got stuck on Oneplus Logo, without recovery too. I used first aid zip, like another time, but I got a error that I cannot flash anything because the phone is lock. I tryed qualcomm solution, tried flash the entire rom, TWRP, windroid toolbox, Oneplus Tool box and always the same error I cannot flash anything because the phone is lock. I tried the fastboot command to unlock oem and I got another error that oem unlock is disable, so someone has any idea to get my phone back? Thanks anyway.

Stuck in bootloop
Hi guys,
I am a noob. My Blu Vivo 5R is stuck in a boot loop after installing the TWRP. I can get into TWRP, but cannot get out of the first boot screen (black and white).
I already tried Wipe and reboot. It is still in boot loop.
I am not sure what to do next. Is the Stock Rom corrupted? If so where would I get the stock rom and how would I restore it?
Please help.:crying:
Thank you kindly.
Charlotte.

Hi,
You should read my posts before flashing recovery. It's all explained here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/vivo-5r/how-to/how-to-root-blu-vivo-5r-t3492718
You can get stock rom from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/vivo-5r/how-to/blu-vivo-5r-stock-roms-bluv0090eev11-t3492756
And 100% working TWRP recovery is here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/vivo-5r/how-to/twrp-recovery-blu-vivo-5r-t3492739
Your problem is lock oem bootloader. You need to unlock bootloader and folow everythink step by step. The most important is to press the volume up button for Yes, after pressing command fastboot oem unlock.. If you wont press yes, you get bootloop problem.
If you want to flash stock rom you need to use SPflash tool. You will need to learn how to use it first before flashing.
To unlock bootloader you can use ADB fastboot.
* Type adb reboot bootloader and press enter. The phone should now enter Fastboot (black screen with only fastboot written at the top or bottom)
* Type fastboot oem unlock and press enter. (Warning: This step will wipe all your data and factory reset your phone!)
* You should get a prompt on the device asking you to confirm Bootloader unlock, !!! press the volume up button for Yes !!! on your phone.
* You should now get a success message
* You can check the status of your bootloader lock, type fastboot getvar all and press enter.
See this ex. (bootloader) unlocked:yes
* Type fastboot reboot and pres enter
* You should now boot back into your phone.
You will need to complete the Android setup wizard at this point to get access to ADB command again.
Hi mirozeman,
Thanks for your response. Last night when I was in TWRP I selected the Reboot into Bootloader option. The phone booted into the bootloader. I did select Fastboot OEM unlock and select Yes.
I can't remember but I think it took me back to TWRP. Once I was in TWRP I chose reboot into system. It was stuck in boot loop again.
I will try it again tonight.
How do you execute an ADB command from a computer if the phone is in a Bootloop. The computer will not recognize the usb connection.
Can I flash the ROM by doing this:
1. copying the Factory Rom (zip file) onto a SD card and insert into phone
2 . Go into TWRP and click the Install button
3. navigate to the Factory rom zip file and install it from there?
Will this get me out of a boot loop?
or do I have to use the SP Flash Tool?
Thanks.
Charlotte.
My vivo 5R is alive again
Hi mirozeman,
My phone is up and running now. It is also rooted. Thank you for the well written instruction that you have provided.
I used it root my phone successfully.
I wish I had seen your instruction before I attempted rooting for the first time. It would have saved me a lot of grieves.
The instruction that I had used in my first attempt did not say to tap "Keep Read Only". It told me to swipe to allow modification of the system Partition. This is where it probably messed up my phone. TWRP was saying there was no OS installed, and I could not boot it. Stuck in boot loop.
Many thanks to the person who uploaded the Blu Vivo 5R factory ROM. I had to use the SP Flash Tool like you suggested and was able to flash the factory ROM on to the phone. Afterward, I carefully followed your instruction to install TWRP and SuperSU.
I am very grateful for all the helps and resources provided by this forum and members. You guys are awesome!
Many thanks again.

Hi guys,
I don't know what is causing this error, maybe you have different provider. Did you try other sim cards.
There is new update for this rom. Please can you try to flash newer rom and see if it will sort this problem. Thanks.
Updated rom here : https://forum.xda-developers.com/vivo-5r/how-to/blu-vivo-5r-stock-roms-bluv0090eev11-t3492756
If it won't help you can try to flash rom from other manufacturer. This rom is 100% compatible with Vivo 5R.

Thanks man. That's the ROM I had reflash on the phone. Maybe I need to go back to an earlier version that was on the phone? When I first got it, it updated from the server. Then I had an issue so I had to flash a the stock that was in your thread.
