Hi, how do I set a Google Photo as the lockscreen wallpaper? I only get the option for photos on the phone from the Samsung setting and Photos only lets me set the homescreen?

I'm using CM 13 and whenever I change my homescreen wallpaper I want the same to come automatically for the lockscreen too. I can change my lockscreen wallpaper individually but is there a way to set both of them at the same time?
There is a motion effect option when you set a wallpaper, is there any way to increase that effect?

Wallpaper Changer Works fine for me.
