T-Mobile VoLTE, Voice Calls with OTA MM ? - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Last I saw, it appeared that OTA Marshmallow 6.0 on Moto X Pure Edition had voice call problems with VoLTE enabled, on T-Mobile.
The workaround was to disable VoLTE (Disable "Enhanced LTE"), to maintain good voice calls quality.
Can anyone offer info on whether this is still a problem with OTA MM, T-Mobile, and VoLTE?
I'm staying with 5.1.1 until I see this resolved, either on T-Mobile end, MM, or maybe with a fix to some offending component or app.
TIA...

Please everyone let Motorola know about this bug so that they will fix it.

I read that thread a while back. My conclusion was there was insufficient resources when the screen off when on VoLTE. I'd think using a kernel manager with a custom kernel would let you set a higher cpu speed with the screen off, or maybe enable more cores to be available.

There still no fix for VolTE voice calls bug on this phone?

No fix. Motorola/Lenovo is basically ignoring us. You can see this in the long running Motorola support forum thread. Kernel change does not help as it has been tried already. Moto sucks.

That's a bummer. I think I'm going to return it before I loose the window. My last phone was an LG G2 and the VoltE worked flawlessly. It is sad that a newer/better specs phone is worse in that area than a 2013 phone.

If I downgrade to KitKat the bug will still be there? Or maybe use another modem/radio?

KitKat does not exist for this device. Lollipop does not have the VOLTE bug. But you will loose band 12 LTE.

I don't think this is a Lenovo issue. I'm on AT&T and pretty much they only support VoLTE on their branded phones. Blame your carrier, not the phone. VOLTE does work on Verizon as I know two other people with this phone on VZ and once they got MM update, it worked.

I don't want to jinx myself but I have had my XT1575 (US) since October but recently switched to T-Mobile from VZ. Although my bootloader is still unlocked, I am running stock 6.0 (24.201.3 - Feb Security Update) and have had zero VoLTE issues (even on VZ it worked fine once enabled on my account)... Still no Wifi-Calling (on either carrier) with my XT1575, but HD Voice works great when calling another T-Mobile VoLTE phone (HD icon appears and voice quality/audio range is noticeably improved).
Not to state the obvious, but have those of you with VoLTE issues go into the hidden "testing" menu and made sure the VoLTE Provisioning Flag was set to "ON"? Access the Testing menu by entering these keys from the dialpad: *#*#4636#*#* and go under Phone Information then scroll down...
Also, make sure you have the T-Mobile LTE APN (Access Point Name) configured and enabled (should be auto-provisioned as "T-Mobile US 260 LTE" but if not the APN is "fast.t-mobile.com" and there are instructions for manually configuring their APN on their website).
Hope this helps.

It really doesn't matter if you upgrade the phone from Lollipop because VoLTE didn't exist on the phone until the Marshmallow upgrade. If you have problems with calls you can turn VoLTE off which is what you have now.

It does if we want to make calls on LTE band 12 as this band only supports VOLTE for voice.

I think you misunderstood what I said. VoLTE was not added to the phone until the Marshmallow upgrade. If you are still using Lollipop VoLTE doesn't exist.

Your move from VZ to T-Mobile may support it is a carrier thing. Perhaps because your phone was already provisioned to with VOLTE on VZ, it carried over. I know the phone supports it, but let's face it, U.S. Carriers seem to hate not having control (especially AT&T). Any means to keep features limited unless you use their branded devices is one more control they have.

I understood what you said. But band 12 opens up a larger coverage area. Without VOLTE calls do not work on band 12.
One thing to note is that if the screen is kept on the jitter goes away. So it may also be a power management issue. We have already tried disabling power management on call services. But it did not help.

I am not disputing the fact that you need VoLTE to make calls over Band 12. Fortunately where I live in the Boston area T-Mobile pretty much operates exclusively on Band 4. So if I start having call problems with VoLTE enabled I can just turn it off. However, if I was still on Lollipop and in areas of the Country that use Band 12 exclusively I would not be able to make any cell calls using T-Mobile, since VoLTE was not enabled on the phone until the Marshmallow upgrade.
I would like to be able to blame T-Mobile for the problem but unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case. Other third party phones like the recent Nexus phones, the Axon Pro, and the iPhone 6s and 6s plus all seem to have no problems making voice calls with VoLTE enabled. In my case I have noticed that the static problem does not occur with every call. It seems to come and go on an intermittent basis.

I think we all agree that Moto ignoring the issue is the worst part of the situation. I don't think they have even acknowledged it as a problem yet. There are a lot of things about the phone I like. However, at this point I would never buy another phone from Motorola. All phones have minor bugs. However, this is a major problem.

Enable voLTE on Galaxy Note 4?

Hello,
I am currently with T-Mobile and own a Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910U model, the exynos variant. Is there a way to enable voLTE on this device through some menu? My carrier supports this feature and I know my phone does as well, but it is disabled because the data drops to 3g whenever I make a call.
Anyone?

I confirmed with Samsung that the device indeed has support for voLTE if your carrier supports it. They informed me that it should be turned on by default, which is a lie because my carrier has voLTE and whenever I make a call, the data drops to 3g.

In Japan......if we bring a self acquired device and use it on their network.......certain feature will not work.
Like VOLTE....as I just discovered. They have a separate APN for other devices and it does not support VOLTE.
The other APN that their carrier branded phones use....recognizes the phones based off of their IMEI number.
So.....it might not be a phone issue. Could be your carrier skimming on certain features for phones purchased elsewhere.

hi all, i don't see the menu in my SM-N910F
In your opinion, Is it possible that VOLTE works only on Note4 Exynos? and doesn't works on Snapdragon based Note4 ?

volte is Voice Over LTE. It is basically what it says on the tin. You can make voice calls over LTE internet connections.
VoLTE (HD voice) and Wifi Calling WORKS with the SM-N910T.
I am currently using this device, with "MetroPCS by T-Mobile". As of 01-29-2021, T-Mobile will only allow the SM-N910T to work on their network. The "T" variant only, because it is T-Mobile's own device. VoLTE (HD voice) will work if you use OEM stock Android 6.0.1.
Here's how I enabled VoLTE (HD voice) and Wifi Calling:
Backed up ALL my files.
Removed SIM and SD cards.
Made sure battery had at least 80% !!
(If using a generic battery, it must be 100%. They drain faster!)
Used Odin (v3.13.1) to flash/install lastest Stock Android 6.0.1. (This wiped everything, even storage, pics, etc.) First boot took over 20 mins!
After reboot, connected to WIFI.
Went to phone's Settings, About Device, Software Updates, and tapped Download Updates Manually. This caused it to find a modem (baseband) update. I chose to install it NOW. It did just that, and rebooted.
Powered off phone.
Reinstalled SIM and SD cards.
Turned phone on, and VoLTE (HD voice) was fixed. Whenever I speak with another HD caller, "HD" appears next to their name.
To enable Wifi Calling, go to Settings, More Networks, Wi-Fi Calling, and enable it.
CAUTION / Extra Info:
A few days ago, I broke the screen on my primary SM-N910T. The screen would not light up, and it did not respond to any touches. I went to a MetroPCS store, to move my account to another SM-N910T. The sales rep said he could not move my account to the other device, showed me his computer screen as "proof", and said it needed to be HD voice compatible. I told him both phones are identical, and both had VoLTE working perfectly. Then he offered to try it anyway for $29 (non-refundable). I politely declined, went home, and swapped the motherboards. All is fine again. I shared this story in case you encounter similar resistance, and need to tell the sales rep you are willing to take a (non-refundable) chance. And to warn you that T-Mobile might have made some changes, that I am not aware of. However, I am currently using the SM-N910T.

VoLTE on Nexus 6 from Verizon

I went here , clicked on "Free Products", and found that my Nexus 6 was eligible for HD Voice. I signed up, checked out (for free), and it said that my phone now has HD Voice. The FAQ explains how to verify that it's actually working, as follows:
To verify Advanced Calling 1.0 is ready to use on an Android phone:
Open the Contacts app.
Tap on the Groups tab.
If you see a group named "Video Calling," this indicates that Advanced Calling 1.0 is ready for use.
Note: If you don't see the Video Calling group, turn off your phone and turn it back on again. If you still don't see it, verify that the latest software is installed on your phone.

My phone didn't pass that test, but I don't know if that's because I'm rooted. Or whether I'm confusing "HD Voice" with "Advanced Calling" which maybe I am. Kind of confusing.
I just tried this and was unable to send or receive calls. Kept getting all circuits are busy until I took it off my account.

Right, but it's confusing that the Nexus 6 is identified as "eligible" for HD Voice, given that HD Voice is part of Advanced Calling, which is Verizon's name for VoLTE. But I suppose it's not remarkable that there is misleading and confusing information on Verizon's website.

That's what I mean when I say the Verizon site is confusing. Here's what the FAQ says:
What is Advanced Calling?
Advanced Calling 1.0 is a first generation suite of services enabled by VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology. VoLTE is a new technology platform that delivers voice calls over the 4G LTE network instead of the traditional voice network.
The benefits of Advanced Calling 1.0 include:HD Voice
1-way or 2-way video calls* (including support for video calls over Wi-Fi)
6-way conference calls
What is HD Voice?
HD Voice delivers clearer, natural-sounding audio when both parties are using HD Voice-enabled phones that are connected to our 4G LTE network.
Reading that, and seeing that my phone was "eligible" for HD Voice, made me think that maybe VoLTE was being rolled out for the Nexus 6. Obviously it wasn't, but you can see the source of the confusion.

My understanding is that the Nexuz 6, while it will support Advanced Calling (VoLTE), it will only support HD Voice and not HD Video - just like the iPhone 6/6 Plus. So that test is actually moot.

I just added this feature to my account and nothing happened. Calls still work and the "LTE" label still disappears from above the signal icon (meaning the data connection is still going away during calls, and therefor VoLTE isn't working).
It can't be a coincidence that Verizon sees the N6 as compatible. My wife's Verizon Note 4 comes up as not compatible, for example. So, they must be enabling certain models on purpose and they enabled the N6.
My assumption is that there will be a software update to enable this on the N6 by default at some point before the phone launches on Verizon. However, maybe there is a way to manually enable it now? Does anyone know of any dialer codes or settings that relate to VoLTE? Is VoLTE working on any other carrier?

Not possible.
Google is adding in the standardized backend interface to have VoLTE working, but I am pretty much going to assume that it will be implemented carrier by carrier basis since there is also going to need to be changes to how towers/carriers hand off the protocol.

Pretty sure he meant would it be possible to add it to a non-Verizon purchased Nexus running on Verizon's network. Not to port Verizon's VoLTE to another carrier.
That being said, it's pretty much impossible to answer until we know how Verizon implements this. If I had to guess I would say it could be added to the /oem partition similar to AT&T's stuff. Either way, I would say it's pretty likely it would be added to any device running with a Verizon sim.
We all need to remember that Volte is only available in a few cities yet
Just for giggles I added the Advanced Calling to my cart. (I didn't check out).. I noticed that it was going to remove ringback tones if I proceeded. Weird.

It is LTE and phone compatibility dependent, not area. Unless your area does not have LTE.
I would imagine once 5.1 hits we will have volte/advanced calling on verizon. However none of this will work until verizon officially activates and allows this phone on their network as more than an unrecognized device. Like others have said though google still has some backend work to do to make it possible on their end as well.

AT&T & Verizon VoLTE and VoWiFi calling/texting thread

Hi all. Posting this for users looking for answers on VoLTE and WoWifi on the 6T on AT&T & Verizon. If users with access to the OP6T could please test and report, that would be very helpful. Since the pixel 3 now supports both VoLTE & VoWiFi (on AT&T) there is perhaps some hope that OnePlus will also support it.
1: On AT&T, is there an option for Voice over LTE and Wifi calling and does it work?
2: On Verizon, I know Voice over LTE will work, but what about Wifi Calling?
Screen shots welcome I will have my hands on the device as soon as its available and will report since I have all the carriers, but thought maybe someone might get their hands on one early and could report. It might make a big difference on whether or now some users buy the device.! Thanks guys!
Yeah, whether or not I get the OP6T depends entirely on whether VoLTE and VoWiFi work on AT&T.
Eagerly waiting for updates!

AT&T & Verizon VoLTE and VoWiFi calling/texting thread
Same here. I’ve got a spot in SC where I got for holidays annually where, without Wi-Fi calling, my phone is a paperweight. I’ve always wanted to try a OnePlus but if there’s no Wi-Fi calling I’ll have to pass and stick with my XS Max.
I’ve already ordered but it’ll be a quick turnaround if that doesn’t work.

This question came up in the AMA with the OP team in their community forums last week, and Pei himself said VoWifi isn't supported at the moment.
Just got my device today so update time..
1: VoLTE works on Verizon by default as soon as you pop in the SIM. All the Verizon LTE bands seem to work fine.. in this area, 2,4,13, & 66. no option in the menu for wiFi calling, even though it works fine in my pixel 3 where my verizon SIM just was.
2: Neither VoLTE or VoWiFI work on AT&T by default. No option for either in the settings at all. So no change there from OP5/5T/6 ETC. However, if you go do the dialer, dial *#800# and hit enter, select oneplus logkit, scroll down to function switch and select it, and check the box for VoLTE switch and Vowifi switch and then reboot, it puts the VOLTE setting and VoWiFI setting in for both the Verizon and AT&T SIM. and while you can enable VoWIFI on both Verizon and AT&T, it DOES NOT work on either. On AT&T however, as long as you have a VOLTE capable/recognized IMEI on your AT&T account for your line, VoLTE/HD voice work just fine.
So, while it is amazing to have, for the first time ever a DUAL SIM phone that supports both VZW & AT&T at the same time, it is a too bad that VoWiFI does not work on either, Especially now that the Pixel 3 Supports it on both carriers.

So, while it is amazing to have, for the first time ever a DUAL SIM phone that supports both VZW & AT&T at the same time, it is a too bad that VoWiFI does not work on either, Especially now that the Pixel 3 Supports it on both carriers.

Has anyone used the dialer code *#*#4636#*#* & try to toggle VoLTE &/OR VoWI-FI ?
Thanks for the info. I'm looking to get the 6T to use on AT&T. I've never used an unlocked/non-AT&T branded phone on my line. Are there any other limitations that AT&T implements on non-AT&T branded devices? Do they throttle data speeds? Any issues with SMS/MMS working like some Verizon users are experiencing? Would I need to contact AT&T to have any special provisioning just to get it to work? I appreciate any insight on this.

I'm not on AT&T so,I'm not gonna speculate.
Perhaps someone will chime-in soon for more definitive information.
My OnePlus 6t came in today. Took sim out of my Pixel 3 XL and popped it in. Everything is working except I can't SEND text messages. I can receive them and make calls, data is fine (actually amazing 44.5 mbps d/l, which is good for around here.)
I've tried chatting with Verizon, but after I told them what device, there was a long pause and then she asked if it was an iPhone
Here are my troubleshooting steps I've followed.
-deleted app cache and storage
-reset device
-factory reset device
-cleared cache partition in recovery
Any suggestions? I put the sim back in my Pixel and all the messages came through. I've tried both slots.

There is another thread discussing why a lot of people using 6T on Verizon having problem receiving SMS and MMS. Something the phone being LTE only on Verizon. Maybe you are having the same problem? Worth reading that thread.

Yes. that would be best. I didn't need to do anything with mine, it just worked. However, I do have the latest version the the Verizon SIM card. Not sure if that matters. I was using a Pixel 3 before.

I have used AT&T for years on unlocked devices. I have tested everything Data speeds are just fine. no issues there. the OP6T supports all the bands on AT&T so coverage should be just fine for you. The limits are as follows:
1: built in visual voicemail will not work, you will need to use the AT&T visual Voicemail app from the store.
2: Wifi calling/texting will not work
3: VoLTE/HD Voice will only work with the above mentioned trickery. Root is NOT needed. just the *#800# thing
the only provisioning you may need is the AT&T imei for VoLTE (Easiest to do online) after installing your AT&T SIM in the OP6T, if VoLTE doesn't work after following the instruction in this thread, log into your AT&T account and update your IMEI to one of your past AT&T phones that support VoLTE and update, reboot you OP6T and bingo, it will work. No other provisioning or limitations that I know of. And if VoLTE/HD Voice isn't important to you, you can ignore all this. Your existing AT&T SIM just needs installed in your OP6T and your good to go!

The *#800# enables all those options. But it doesn't help anything on Verizon, and on AT&T it does work for VoLTE if a VOLTE enabled IMEI is on your AT&T account, but it doesn't work for wifi calling. I wish it was just illegal for the carriers to block services just because its a non branded phone

So glad that I found this post. I am coming from an AT&T branded Galaxy S8 to my new OnePlus 6T. The above instructions worked like a charm for AT&T. I ran some tests. The OnePlus displays "HD" when I call my wife on her phone on AT&T and VoLTE shows in the status bar. When I toggle it back off I lose "HD" on the phone call screen. Also, LTE stays on during calls with VoLTE turned on and I ran a speedtest with it on and off and I definitely get 4G speed with it on and it downgrades to HSPA+ with VoLTE off and speed goes way down. Hopefully VoWIFI will be supported soon but that's not a deal breaker for me as I get great reception most of the time where I live, work and travel.

I am on att had it all working on my unlocked NOTE 8. Now I can't even get volte cause it's all grayed out.
The service providers don't want you to buy unlocked phones. They make zero on them!! So that's why they block stuff. It's an antitrust lawsuit waiting to happen!! A$$h0!€$

I've got AT&T as my primary and Verizon as #2. I just got off the phone with Verizon, told them I needed to add the CDMA Less feature to fix my texting. He checked a box on his end and I got a flood of texts in...what was even better, it was a work phone on a business account. I didn't even have to provide any real information to him and he was able to fix me up. He was aware of the issue though, he'd asked if it was a 6T from T-Mobile...so someone sent out a bulletin somewhere that he had read.
Anyway, I left Verizon to go to AT&T specifically for this plan of having one phone to cover 2 lines while one being fully functional (AT&T), so far it's been working well switching between SIMs for texting and making phone calls.
What were you specifically looking to find out?
Edit: found what you're looking for...however I'm not sure where those settings are even at.

VoLTE on unlocked Note20 Ultra 5G Model N986U1

How can I activate VoLTE on the unlocked version? There is no menu selection for this and T-Mobile requires this by year end.

Hey as I understand it, that menu is no longer there, but the feature is there by default. No worries, you're good.
This is exactly what I have been trying to figure out the past 24 hours. I reached out to T-Mobile support and he confirmed the documentation they have from Samsung says that its enabled by default with no setting for it.
So I guess that means VoLTE is basically hard-coded into One UI 2.5. I'm not sure if there is any situation where it would be beneficial to turn off VoLTE, so I guess this makes sense. Especially since VoLTE will be required for a phone to function on T-Mobile starting on January 2021.
If you're in a weaker signal area a lot of times you can get to where your phone is trying to push VoLTE but it works like crap and you're better off disabling it. Those days will be gone soon enough though and I've curious where that puts us in terms of making a plain ol phone call in the future. I'm sure it will be fine in the city and on major freeways and so on but out in the sticks...?
My settings are there on an unlocked handset with a sprint sim

Great point! If its connected to a weak VoLTE signal that could be a problem unless the software is coded to switch it off automatically.

Hmm that's a little concerning. I am going to reach back out to T-Mobile and show them this. I don't have this option.
If VoLTE exists on your unlocked model, then I can't see a reason why it would not exist on my unlocked model for a different carrier. Especially since T-Mobile supports VoLTE on unlocked phones that have the hardware to support it.
Rumor has it they disabled the ability for you to choose it yourself; they don't want you doing anything but VoLTE being the reason. I do live in a low signal area and turn mine off most of the time as I'll usually have better call quality; it's people like me the restriction is probably meant to address.
I ran a volte checker on my unlocked N20Ultra and it's saying no VOLTE......
Sure enough... T-Mobile website for S20 verifies its not a setting that can be changed. So that means its a setting that doesn't even show. So that Likely applies the same thing for the Note 20 Ultra too.
Even with the unlocked model T-Mobile Likely pushes out the same network settings from the tower to the phone and that tells the phone what network settings to show as an option.
I'm guessing T-Mobile did this since every phone on their network is required to have VoLTE to work starting January 2021. Kind of a lame move.

? Using LG V20 H910 AT&T Model On T-Mobile After (2021) VoLTE Change

I posted this ? on reddit as well; however, this device is on its last legs so there's not much interest for it. I've gotten some good answers here and there on this website, but a dedicated thread to gather all the good info might be more helpful.
I still use my AT&T H910 as I don't really do much gaming on it. Calling, texting, and YouTube is what I mostly utilize it for. I just heard about the whole VoLTE requirement on specific devices after 2022 for AT&T, and 2021 for T-Mobile.
I spoke to AT&T, and they re-assured that the H910 was going to be one of the devices supported after 2022; however, I've been thinking about changing to T-Mobile (my family has a great plan with them, and I always switch back and forth between carriers based on who gives me the best deal) but I can't seem to get a straight answer from T-Mobile about whether my unlocked H910 will work with them after 2021; some didn't even know about the 2021 specifics of it.
I know AT&T will have to allow devices to be used on their network after 2022 even if they're VoLTE capable already. By the looks of it, T-Mobile won't go to that extreme; however, does anyone know exactly how VoLTE works? Specially in regards to using the AT&T H910 model on T-Mobile? Does my H910 has the required Bands to utilize VoLTE on T-Mobile? Or is it one of those things like "Wi-Fi Calling" where T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling only works with the LG V20 model from T-Mobile, and AT&T Wi-Fi calling only works with the LG V20 model from AT&T?
You need band 12 support which H910 has. Also a rom with IMS services working so no AOSP roms.
Volte works by using IMS processes in the rom to route phone calls over IP. No volte = no phone calls. But the device will still "work".
In theory the ATT software will work, unlock it and borrow someone else's sim. In theory a partial cross flash (just system, no modem/aboot/etc) could work if it doesn't.

I was recommended to use an app called Network Mode Universal on reddit for VoLTE testing purposes, and after inserting a T-Mobile SIM card that I borrowed on my unlocked H910 and using the application, the Voice Network Type tab says "LTE". Which is supposed to be a sign that VoLTE might be working on the H910 using a T-Mobile SIM, but that's all I know; just what people tell me.
Update:
The person who recommended that Network Mode Universal app forgot to mention that you have to actually make a call to know whether the phone supports VoLTE with the SIM card in use. When actually making a call, the Voice Network Type tab changes from "LTE" to "UMTS". Which means the H910 is not VoLTE capable on T-Mobile.

Could also be how his sim is set up. Volte has to be enabled there and in the phone. My suggestion would be to force LTE only on the device as well. Does it use VOLTE on his phone?
Also look at IMS registration in the phone and see if it's registered.

The person I borrowed the T-Mobile SIM from uses an iPhone on iOS 13. According to him, the option for turning on/off VoLTE from the settings is gone. He used to be able to turn it on and off at will; not anymore after iOS 13. It should be enabled by default on an iPhone though, I don't see why it would be off. It's almost a necessity on an iPhone I would think.
The LG V20 seems to be more limited in that sense, as on my previous Samsung phone I could enable 2G, 4G, LTE, etc, individually to force only one. I don't see any of those settings on my H910. I don't see any IMS info either.
Either way, I doubt T-Mobile would bother servicing my AT&T branded H910 phone in case IMS needed to be registered; in the case that it wasn't already. I've had really bad luck in the past dealing with T-Mobile on phones that are not T-Mobile branded.

IMS has a phone component and a sim component.
you can check status in the service menu of IMS on the H910. Hope it works on my Tmo phone, getting my sim upgraded

It should work if it's a T-Mobile phone. The H918 is 40% more expensive, so it would be great if the H910 worked with T-Mobile; however, it's not looking good.

Eh, kinda. I'm having trouble too. My IMS services aren't connecting. Going to try a few different roms. I'm through an MVNO so still trying to get them to understand ISIM vs USIM.

Gotcha, I hope it works. I was mentioning to @C D which has helped me understand a lot about VoLTE, that I'm starting to give in to the system of using whatever carrier my phone supports, as long as I can keep using my H910. The removable battery & IR blaster era has come to an end, and I don't think I need another phone right now other than the V20. I might even consider going back to the AT&T MVNO I was using before.

Latest result: oreo works but not nougat.
IMS never registers. Maybe I can fix it. At least now OK sim-wise. Unfortunately doing the sim swap broke tethering.
Hi guys, I am sorry for reviving the old thread.
I too owned H990DS Sea version on latest nougat. It has volte option but just couldn't switch on.
Please take a look at this thread on LG G8
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...ther-qualcomm-powered-lg-devices-too.4343655/
I tried on my H990DS using the above thread's method and it didn't work. I was informed that the mbn files are for LG G8. We need mbn files that are specific for LG V20. I have searched up and down and I couldn't find any.
So I hope that I have provided some insights and I hope any member/master/guru out there can help where to find the mbn file (collection of all international carriers mbn) and make volte works for H990DS.
