It would be amazing to have a well functioning alternative rom

doesn't work at all!
After installation an error start popping up saying Unfortunately launcher3 has stopped so I made a factory reset when the error disappears for a sec, when I did that it became worse a new error appeared Unfortunately System UI has stopped and nothing cannot be touched, I push OK it appears again and again and you can't go to TWRP recovery because it's based on flyme recovery so back to flyme again or if someone has a solution please advice!!

Everything pretty much works. The default camera on mine does not allow full 20mp though. Internet works well also with right apn setting. For benchmarkers out there I ran mine at 45624

I had to unlick the bootloader install twrp on and flash SuperSU but the screen does not work so u need a otg mouse

Does anyone started to compile Cyanogenmod for the Elephone S7? Looking forward to a custom ROM.

That's a nice way to brick your device. Never and I mean never flash a rom for a different device. You are lucky if you have not messed up your partitions or other hardware.

Yes i know. But we need to advance on a custom ROM
I will try to find time to use a better partitionning script on a firmware and see if anything boots.

Yes Please! There is a new version on gearbest based on helio x25 for only 10 $ more (between both 4/64 versions). Which on has the more chance to receive a cm version?

The old one cause I'm already in porting cm. I don't promise anything thought
