Got my S7 today.
After trasferring Note 4 Data via USB to S7 Edge I wanted to check and install all the Galaxy Gifts
But there is no app, no widget, nothing in the Samsung store app. Even on the website there is only the S6 mentioned with the Galaxy gifts.
Are there no more Galaxy Gifts with the S7?
All i see is galaxy essentials never saw galaxy gifts
Maybe it will go live 11th of March- the official release

Just got an email from them. Decided to share
Another T Mobile hint. Recently T Mobile posted their new promotion of a one year subscription of Netflix with the purchase of a Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Edge on their registration page, and in the fine print it said that it must be purchased starting March 27th, giving us the pre order date for at least T Mobile!
This serves as further evidence that we might actually get in store models at BestBuy on the 27th!
SideNote: It also is on the Samsung promotion page for Netflix.
I hope the GS6 edge will be available to pre order from T-Mobile in GOLD because if it is, it's mine
Sent not from just an oversized phone but my Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Thread closed as a thread already exits for this here.

Galaxy TabPro S and Samsung Pay will be announced for Europe.
Hmm so it's true, the s7 just looks like the s6
I am actually saddened by the lack of change in the interface. It looks very much like what I have on my Note 4 aside from the weather widget. I guess I was expecting Samsung to do something with Touchwiz.
So let's say I dropped my edge where or how can I get it fixed is there a way I could send it out or find a place to fix it? I know Apple has better resources for cracked screens. Samsung needs walk in stores like an apple store.

You may be able to find a kit if you want to do it yourself, but when I did this a few years back to a Note2, Samsung was by far the cheapest compared to any other repair option. For just under $170 (back then - much different screen) they sent prepaid express shipping label and did the return the same way. Also, this would probably preserve your warranty.
Yeah man, I fix phones and funny thing's I cracked mine too, front and back, the parts are a bit scarce right now as it's new but the back costs roughly $40 and the front is around $150... If Samsung has an option to do it for anywhere around $200 I'd do it through then but I haven't looked up any repair through them. If you so happen to find info about it please post!

It's on Samsung support site. With the waterproofing, I think it's best to send it to Samsung to get it done right.

Android Oreo update: Samsung
Samsung is officially keeping its cards close to its chest. However, the dedicated website SamMobile has estimated exactly which phones will be getting Android Oreo - most likely in the first half of next year.
It made judgements based on Samsung history and trends, which suggest that, in the vast majority of cases, the company pushes two major Android updates to its phones before resorting to just security patches. If true, that's bad news for owners of the Samsung Galaxy S6, which has had two major updates already. But it'll be great news to users of the following phones and tablets:
Samsung Galaxy S8
Samsung Galaxy S8+
Samsung Galaxy Note 8
Samsung Galaxy S7
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge
Samsung Galaxy S7 Active
Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017)
Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017)
Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)
Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017)
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017)
Samsung Galaxy Note FE
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3
Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro
Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro
Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime
