Hey guys, I live in Switzerland and would like to buy the SM-G935F Duos Global, because I need the Dual SIM version.
Does anyone have an idea where to order it?
Looking for an online shop with world wide or European wide shipping! No ideas?
I don't think it has reached the shelves yet but I suspect the dual SIM variant to be sold in UAE also. I've been lurking at the note 5 N920CD on this site and the S7 Edge Duos could well appear there as well.
I'll be thankful if someone could point us to some well known and trusted online stores from the Emirates. :good:
Vietnam for example. We are in preoder period, hybrid dual sim + SDCard

There are no Dual Sims in UAE presently I have checked with Samsung here, do not believe the few stores that are saying they have them, they have just got the spec's wrong.
They are all international unlocked hybrid single sim/SD, dual version will come but probably in a couple of months or so.
Me too

Me too. I'm subscribing to this thread. In the meantime, check out https://www.ultimate-mobile.net in Germany. They offer quite a few Samsung dual sim phones. They might sell the S7 Edge in the future, who knows (Asked them, but no reply yet).
Never bought anything from this German site but it seems a little bit cheaper http://www.eglobalcentral.de/samsun...-lte-32gb-dual-sim-ohne-sim-lock-schwarz.html

it's not "hybrid dual sim + sd card", it's "hybrid dual sim" and that's all. Hybrid means you choose between 2 Sim cards or 1 sim card and 1 SDcard

You might think they are a bit cheaper, but not anymore when you consider the fact that they're actually Hong Kong based. So (assuming you're in Europe), you think you're ordering from Europe, whereas the goods are shipped from Hong Kong.. With the corresponding Import duties.
Interesting: I just checked the site, and I read: "Dienstleistung verbessert: Um eine schnellere Lieferung zu ermöglichen, werden unsere Waren, von nun an, aus England versendet." (Meaning: "Improved service: We now ship from the UK to assure speedy dellivery"). So: Does this mean no more import duties?
Going for $699 on eBay now.
Mine turned out to be $810 (incl. shipping and import duties - Europe).
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Samsung-Gal...ternational-Unlocked-4G-LTE-GSM-/301891603377
Which is a fair price. I saw it in Dubai at the Samsung store earlier this week and that's approx. the UAE suggested retail.
I have ordered on the Web site axiomtelecom...
It's written g935f dual sim.... I hope it's really dual sim !!!

$810? It shows $22 shipping and $159.02 import charges to The Netherlands. That would be a total of: $881.01. How come yours is $810? Also: Which model is this exactly? Can't see in the specs sheet.

Obviously your VAT in the Netherlands (21%) is much higher than here (8%).
Still not a bad deal. If you consider for example you buy it in Dubai at retail for $800, bring it home and declare it at customs, you're looking at a $970 total.
Of course you have the option of not declaring it, but I would never endorse that here :cyclops:

What country are you in? I.e.: Which Euro country has 8% vat? (And why the hell are we paying 21% over here?).

Switzerland.
And you're paying 21% VAT because of your government's ongoing malinvestments and misadministration of your people's wealth. :cyclops:
Plus your government has decided to finance totally bankrupt countries in Southern Europe.
The only way to keep the misgovernment going is to levy more and more taxes...
Paying $880 instad of $810 is your personal contribution to Greece :good: :cyclops:

Don't get me started on where the Swiss wealth comes from. Your political opinion doesn't belong in XDA.
Back to the subject: Where can we get the S7 Edge SM-G935FD ? There for example: currently €595
you can get it in Singapore

In Taiwan they are releasing the 32gb version unlocked with Dual Sim card options. I asked for 64gb versions and they said none will be available as of yet. Hong Kong is supposed to get 32gb Dual Sim version as well.

You made me happy for 10 minutes until I realized that's the price excluding VAT. Including if I can omit that VAT thing somehow if I purchase in another country in the EU.
A few Danish online stores state their price as being around £370 ex. shipping but incl. sales tax. Like shopitonline.dk has it listed at 3354 Danish kroner, which is ~£368. I don't know their expected shipping date or if they ship outside Denmark. But I can ask if people want to know.
Regards.
I pre-ordered at unlocked-mobiles.com for £429.89. Not sure if is the cheapest but a lot cheaper than what stores take in Sweden and UK gets the phone earlier as well.

You can get phones with a contract for much less money then when you buy them seperate

This is what Alex Dobie wrote on androidcentral.com:
"Motorola says the device will go on sale from February 1, and will cost £380 outright. We won't be getting any Moto Maker facilities right now, so we're limited to the black and white versions. 16GB will be the standard model available, but a 32GB Moto X can be yours from the Motorola website when it goes on sale. In addition, Motorola confirmed to us that the 32GB version will not in fact be available in the UK at this time."

For people living in europe, it doesn't only come down to price and looks.
Buying a US version will make it impossible to use 4G/LTE in EU, so in order to succesfully connect to 4G networks in EU, one must buy a EU Moto X. Unfortunatly Motomaker and 32gb versions are not available in EU, so it really comes down to looks and space vs. 4G speed.
Btw. Importing a US version to EU, will cost the same or more, than buying an EU version, due to import taxes, unless you travel to USA and bring one home in your bag.

If you buy a XT1058 from the states you get LTE band 7 which many carriers use in Europe.
I got the t-mobile with all the cozy stuff and sent it with a friend that was flying home.
Originally the plan was to sent it with mail (this was before motorola announced that the x was coming to Europe) but I got lucky.
Sometimes you might get lucky with the taxes (in Sweden there are no tolls on cell phones, "just" 25% VAT). They don't control all packages. It also depends from which county it was sent from.
Booo for import taxes, I hate them.
"Hey, we can't compete with the price because of our superduper high taxes and average salaries, nor can we compete with the availability of products so let's punish everyone who isn't buying stuff from within the ****ty EU".
Belgians interested in this phone will have to stick to the European model if they want 4G, unfortunately none of the USA models supports LTE 1800.
Anyboy knows weather the bootloader is unlocked or unlock-able on the european model?

Received today by email From Clove Technology in the United Kingdom:
We have today received the unfortunate news that the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is unlikely to launch in the UK.
If this is the case, we will not have official UK stock available to us. However, for those customers that are still interested in ordering, we will try to obtain non-UK stock.
More information is available in this blog post and we will continue to provide updates as the situation develops:
http://blog.clove.co.uk/2014/09/15/samsung-galaxy-note-edge-will-available-uk-launch/
Better news though is that The Note 4 will be priced at £479.17 (£575 inc. VAT) which is nearly £100 cheaper than I expected, considering the Galaxy Alpha is priced higher.
Saudi sellers cannot confirm note edge availability I'm getting worried on this
Aftermarket seller here in Romania confirmed that will have edge at one is priced 600 euros and the other 800 euros

The 1st Romanian site is known for having small prices UNTIL the official launch of a product to attract clients, and make them pre-order, and than the prices will go up.
how can it be cheaper than the official price in other markets?

One Thousand One Hundred & Ten bucks, holy blueballs batman.....thats a ridiculous price for a phone! If I'm gonna pay that much for a phone it better be made out of gold! The devs probably got 75 to 100$ in making the dog gone thing, they probably go from dumpster to dumpster looking for scrap TVs / computers and snatch the circuit boards and motherboards then retrofit/rebuild to Sammie's specs, ya think? It would not surprise me.

I still think the price isnt right.
they say the Note 4 is $845
But i know for a fact at tmobile its $750 then if you add tax its bout $811
So just off of that i believe the price will be lower then $1,110
Im still thinking it will be in the $850 to $950 range.
But only time will tell. The word out is that after the note 4 ship. That following week they should release more infor on the edge preorder and pricing.

The pricing is a bit more than was initially thought it would be. The model with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage costs €599, while the model with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage is priced at €699.
Which would be about $644 and $751 in U.S. dollars.
i actually expected a little higher price tag in euros, so thats totally fine by me
btw, isnt the GX8 the revamped mate 8 version for the US?

Too expensive for my usage in the USA.
I'm still running my Mate2, and it is flawless. I don't do games, so that's not an issue.
It runs everything else, is solid as a rock, long battery life, smooth, no lag.
Best 300 dollar investment.
Was hoping Huawei would release an update to the Mate2 at the same price point,
but I think they want to go "all hollywood" (apple/samsung) with their pricing.
Faster & faster processors with more dense screens aren't the answer. I'd rather
have a big screen, mid spec processor that is solid.
Guess I'll keep the Mate2 for another year.
Mate 8 only 500ish on aliexpress.
in asia including china, consumers do pay above $1k cash for phone
i understand that in US, you need a low hp pricing with heavy subsidy from network operator
in that case, it will be more profitable for a company to focus on area like china, india and other parts of asia where consumers are willing to fork up cash and pay list price for their phones

What's the tax rate? Or the price b4 tax?
you can check for yourself: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Orig...-950-Octa-Core-Android-6-0-6/32557813072.html
3/32 gb = 486€
4/64 gb = 636 / 664€ (gold / mocha)
4/128 gb = 729 / 748 € (gold / mocha)
1 yr replacement warranty = 35 - 53€ depending on model
shipping to Germany via EU Express = 30€
so in my case it was 664€ phone / 30€ shipping / 46€ warranty
in that price they include a case (in my case a transparent TPU soft case), a screen protector, a power adapter for your respective country and they also preflash google play store and a rom with international language packages
hy,
try this site http://www.vopmart.com/huawei/filter/cat/huawei-ascend-mate-8.html
if you are from EU choose Netherlands Post Registered Air Mail and don't pay import taxes or VAT, but time to delevery is almost 30days

Given the slow down in China, it doesn't surprise me that Huawei hasn't set up a production line for the Mate NXT L09, the single SIM US/North American version, as quickly as the internatioinal dual SIM versions. However, the Wall Street Journal spoke to Huawei officials for the article they did in December and company officials acknowledged that the Chinese slow down means they need to develop a real market presence in North America. I expect the NXT L09 will launch in the US in Q2--it cleared the FCC in December. One thing Huawei needs to do if they want to develop a North American market to help provide additional revenue streams to offset their losses from the Chinese market slow down is to hire a few staff in North America and not rely solely on staff in China to interact with North American customers via their webpage. There are some language barriers in interacting with the company on their website. I'm looking forward to the NXT L09 lanch since it will have 4G FUD LTE band 17, which I need as an AT&T customer.

I thought the current models already offer band 17. Is that not the case?

Thanks. Been on the fence and confused between this and Nexus 6P which is on deal today. My only concern is the availability of AOSP and CM Rom in future. Not really against the EMUI but its nice to have an option.
I was surprised nobody has posted this yet... The new honor 8 was announced in Europe at a launch event in Paris today, for €399 (£369.99 in Britain - yes that's a rip off, approximately $490)
The first thing that shocked me was that its price exceeds that of the OnePlus 3 (£329) even though the OP3 boasts a better chipset, better UI and considerably more RAM, secondly Honor seems to fancy ripping us Brits off while in the US both devices are on sale for $399.
I have made my choice and already ordered my OP3
One of the biggest phone supplier here in Lithuania promised to sell starting from 270 euros. We'll see...
Shocked at the UK price, was hoping that the 64gb would be around that and the 32gb around £310, then we didn't even get the 64gb!
Sent from my Nexus 6 using XDA-Developers mobile app
£269 here http://www.oppomart.com/huawei-honor-8.html
£359 for 64gb

It's shocking, especially as the US gets it for £300... Estimates I saw suggested it would start at £225 long prior to its release, so much for that...
Anyway I've made me decision and ordered the OnePlus 3, their shipping times are atrocious but their phones are great so they're forgiven

£15.43 shipping also worth noting:
EU Expedited Shipping (8 - 12 days Europe)
We can ship phones by Europe Expedited shipping: this special expedited shipping with tracking number, the shipping option is depending on your location, we recommend this shipping option for Europe buyers, it's a smooth shipping process, there is no customs tax and VAT fees.
* For Europe buyers, this is best shipping option to avoid customs importing tax and save VAT on the goods.

Sometimes, OEMs do some mistakes, this one is an example and the note 5 is another one.
The US version is FDR-L06 and Europe version is FDR-L09.

I saw blue 64gb in some russian eshop but I don`t know if it was official distributon. Here in czech rep. will be 64gb only gold for approx. 430€.
Vmall EU's customer service is almost as shocking as the price for the UK. I get that Honor is a rising brand but the justification to put up the price by £120 from the Honor 7 doesn't make sense.
I got fed up being messed around by VMall and cancelled my order and bought an OP3 just like the original poster.
I'm just wondering is there a way to get the phone from the likes of Oppomart and then flash a EU ROM? As the phone can be had for way less.
Got it for ~385€ in Czech Republic.
