Hello !
I post this here, because I don't think I'll find any solution using software method.
I flashed my rooted honor 7 PLK-L01 with a possibly wrong firmware ( UPDATE 170, originally for plk-l01?!) and it won't boot at all now.
I just get a vibration while pressing voldown+volup+start for 15 secs, but it won't get recognized by usb, even after pulling out the batterie manually.
After some research I've foud that my bootloader/preloader is dead, and the only ways would be using a copper wire to connect two pins, or to use a JTAG tester.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to recognize the pins, how it works, how to flash a rom with that.... and I can't find this informations for my phone, and I'm really a newbie in phone hardware.
For information, I got all we need for phone repairing, and I've heard somewhere that we can make a JTAG with an arduino.
Do someone could help me ? I am a bit lost, and I really want to get my phone back to life x(

Hello, I come from France and I've the same problem, my phone was rooted and I did an update from EMUI and ,unfortunately, my phone has been bricked. There is just a vibration when I press On + down volume. I also saw many JTAG issues for many Huawei phones but not for the Honor 7(PLK-L01). Maybe some developers are working on JTAG for this phone (or not). The idea is to find the famous Golden boot point and short this point to ground (GND). I tried to do this but I didn't succeed...

i have big problem with my PDA - Fujitsu Siemens N520. After the install of a new software my PDA wanted restart and after that it freezed just before WM logo I tried hard reset but it doesn't work. This forum is my last hope because nobody knows nothing for my problem ... only one man told me that there was a program (or something like that) called bootloader wich can load some kinf of safe mod to my PDA that i can connect it using Active Sync and flash the firmware ... pls help and sorry for my english ...
Really sorry for you, but it's not even an HTC model is it? This site is purely for HTC rebranded models.

Sounds to me like you need to enter the bootloader via the special key combinations (i don't know it sorry) and reflash a ROM (also dont know how to get)

About one day ago, my friend tried to upgrade his wizard to wm6.
After flashing the device wont turo on! When he tried to power the wizard on, nothing hapens (NO LIGHT, NO SOUND, NOTHING.........)!
Please if someone know a way HOW to fix it, please HELP and HELP!!!

Search for the "jump-start battery" method on these boards.
If that doesn't work, you probably have a new paperweight.

first of all,i would like to assure you that i have searched the XDA forums completely but haven't got any solution.
I tried to update the SPL and now it doesn't reboot.I have already tried different suggestions such as " back+power, volume down+power, home+power, menu+power, combination of keys+power with both usb plugged and unplugged"
I can't even get the fastboot work, on my computer, I only get "< waiting for device >"
The only response I get is the blue led light when i press track ball+power.I think I've posted on the right place because as far as i believe,only XDA team has the potential to solve my problem.It's a humble request to all XDA Team and members to solve my problem as soon as possible and I am quite sure that my problem will now be solved as the XDA team has solved thousands of such bricks and problems.Regards

Hello man, post here your complete firmware, you find it in settings, phone info ( ex. VNS-L31C02B405 , VNS-L21C55B410 , etc...)

Im just using this while I send my xz to sony for repair. Microphone has broken. Even though fully refurbished not long ago when sent it in for charging port repairing and sony customer service is terrible. Wont be buying sony again. Looking at getting the huawei p20 pro next

sorry I expressed myself incorrectly, I did not want to know your stuff, I was just trying to figure out what was wrong with the updates of your branded version. Anyway, you need a rebrand.
I think changing to the European version no brand (C432) is the best choice.
There are several guides, in which you will also find the files used for conversions.
You only know if you have a mono or dual SIM device, so you need OEMinfo and firmware version for your SS or DS phone.
Follow step by step the guide you choose, I suggest you read at least twice (three is better) the guides....
Here I place only a couple of guides (slightly different for how they do their job) taken randomly, but there are others, just use 'search' in the p9 lite's threads ...

So the problem is in the DocumentUI.apk it self i don't know where is the problem exactly with it, but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't and a lot of times doesn't work. Any help how to solve this prob.
And my phone is huawei p9lite model 2016 and not rooted.

Hi,
I don't really know what the best way could be
to fix this behavior, but if I were you I would start
with making a backup of all my stuff and doing
a factory reset.
If that won't fix, I'd eventually re-flash the current firmware
or I would roll back to A6 and then re-upgrade to A7 ...

And yeah i was thinking of that too but its a hard process for me with the usb data not working its hard
I need at least a 16gb sd memory card then do a full backup
And i was thinking of another solution is to get my usb port fixed and then , get my device rooted and then unistall the system documentsUI and install another one and iam not too sure if that would fix the problem. But i have high hopes.
