I have ale-l21c432b171 version, is there any new update that can i do ?

i found an update from VDF Spain B181 but is not working (Update Failed). i tried to update the file with vol-up + vol+down an the same problem.
Please help

That update is just for VODAFONE. You can't update with that.

Finally I updated it to beta version C432B010 Android 5.1.1. I made all the steps to upgrade at B010 at it worked fine, but on my phone appears version BalongC50B311 instead of C432B010 and Android Version 5.1.1

You flashed an Asiapac update, you need the European version.

Follow my Tuto and you didn't have the balong bug and you can install the two build for European countries

(Solved) Model not appear after update to Nougat

Hi, im just update mi p9 lite(b120) to android 7 ver b329 and was ok but then calc and clock dont open just get crached, ok i decide to donwgrade to mm, i do to vercion b120; inthat version i see thanmodel not appear, so dont put attencion so update to N again in versiin b362 and all was ok but steel the model not appear correct, what happen with that.
The phone work all ok but just see that and i dont know if it a problem?

No Signal after changing ROM

Hello guys, this day i wanted to root and go to LineageOS.
After i booted into LineageOS i saw it right 2x No Services, then i set the phone up, tried to change radio band (always error)
Set [Radio Band] unsuccessful
im from austria, if this helps at this thing.
then i go back to stock os and still no signal.
tried also single sim.
Is there anybody could help me.

More details please. What rom were you coming from? Marshmallow?

I think so, i think the 2017G version what i must have there is just marshmallow.

Get Nougat update

Hello, my celular carrier just wont push the nougat update, so i wanted to do it myself. i've been reading and it seems that my best option is to debrand and get the regular update but i can't understand how to do it and i can't find a crear guide.
Here's the info on the phone:

- BUILD: VNS-L23C178B102

Now i have my PRA LX2 C636B123 ( rooted )
and the other user of this device have the update EMUI 5.1
(PRA LX2C636B166)
Tried to check if theres an update to my devices but it seems it doesn't have or my device was not receiving any updates
Tried to check on. Firmware finder but no one is available for PRA LX2, but i find the PRAGUE-L22 C636B166 full firmware.
the question is, is it safe to install this firmware as an update? am i able to install it?
Anyone who has a build number of PRAGUE L22 C636 B166 ?
How is it? and what EMUI version did you have?

B165 is safe. Im on b165. But it's still on emui 5.0 we cant install b166 because its not recommended. Check it via confirm firmware via imei.
