Was the nexus 6p discontinued in Germany? I convinced a friend to get it, and was shocked to see that you cannot find the phone listed anymore on saturn's and mediamarkt's websites, arguably Germany's biggest retailers, have you guys heard anything about it? I'm totally confused
P.s: You can still buy on google's store

I'm thinking of selling my nexus one soon. Just want to know if any of you or anyone that you know of has sold their n1 and for how much. Ebays prices for new ones are in the $600's and used ones I haevent seen below $500. Just not too sure if people are crazy about those prices since u can buy direct from google for the same.
People are idiots frankly, I don't understand it either.
Google doesn't ship worldwide. So if you don't live in the US or UK you are SOL. Hence inflated prices on the bay.

There's even someone bidding (currently £280 odd) on a 'Nexus One' being sold by a new eBay account (no feedback) from China...
Lunacy...
I've seen used ones selling for more than buying new but like someone said it's because some countries can't order direct from Google.
Which is why I got my American friend to buy it for me since I live in Canada...
I was happy and surprised when the n7 came to canada at the same time as the US, (well I think a week later) when usually we may get a product at a much later date, so I thought the same thing would happen with the nexus 10, but it never did. It's still not on sale in retail store here and I assume never will be. Yes, samsung made this and not asus, but other samsung products are sold here, so why not this?
I kind of get the impression that the n10 didn't hit that many retail stores in the US either, but I could be wrong.
Staples and Walmart as far as I know are the only two retail stores in the USA . And only the 32gb at 499
Got mine at Walmart yaaay no shipping lol
Samsclub also has it but that's owned by the same person as Walmart. I got mime from there

Ok so it seems it was a very limited release in the US and not at all in Canadian retail. Why was that?
It seems like they had a huge retail success with the N7 and the 10 inch was a very competitively priced tablet for the hardware you were getting and seemed poised to be another big success, so it seems weird to me to barely give it a push distributing it in such few retail markets.
Especially when considering the rest of samsung's line is available here in retail.
I think it's because Google started selling it directly from thheir play store you can order one from there. They have international shipping

Well, yeah I know you can buy it online, even in canada, and although online shopping is growing, retail is still a huge market.
And they had online shopping with the nexus 7 as well, but of course also decided on retail distribution. I'll be surprised when the nexus 7 successor is announced if it is online only.
I had a couple of friends who wanted to buy a n10 for christmas and asked me and I said yeah it's online only and they instead went with something else.
I still like to buy retail cause if there's any issues I can go right back to the store for a replacement. Say I had an issue with my n7, then I have to mail it back and be without it for a week or whatever if I bought a dud?
As I said you can buy samsung's other tablet products retail, and google's other offerings retail as well, except the n10.
Well I thought it was an exception and there was a reason why, but I hope it's not a sign of things to come.
HI I want to buy the z2 u was wondering if anyone has bought it from Amazon US, and got a phone with no flaws and recent batch.. Would you mind telling me which seller? Thanks

I was going to buy one from amazon and then turned out my local carrier store actually was selling it unlocked at a lower price than Amazon plus local 2-year warranty from Sony here in Australia.
Just be mindful when you purchase from any of them because not all Z2 comes with NC headphones. The Australian version certainly doesn't, I can tell you that. You might want to factor that in when you look at the prices.
In terms of build quality, I think you just need to play with the odds. Mine is 14w18 without any issue, yet some people with phones around the same batch are complaining about gaps and whatnot.
Someone was posting about a deal on eBay, Z2 for only US$599. I doubt you get warranty out of those resellers on Amazon anyway since those phones are not going to be the US domestic model. Why not go for the cheapest? (well, possibly cheapest)

Hi from Mexico.
After today announcements I get really excited about the new phone regardless the high price, bet then they start to list the countries where the phone will be available: U.S., Australia, Canada, Germany,UK and India.
And that's it, no mention of other countries or even a plan for release the phone anywhere else. I was thinking that now they're moved on from the Nexus philosophy, their approach for the new G flagship would be different, but is has the same pattern as before.
I hope that Google can make possible to purchase the phone in any place, as you know, their main competitor . You could buy the new iPhone almost immediately after the announcement, IMO that's a shame for Google.
So, right now I do want the phone, but I would need to start looking where can I buy it or look for another option, like the V20 or even the Nexus 6P.
Thanks for reading!
I feel the same as you. Only two Nexus devices were officially released here in Brazil were LG Nexus 4 and 5. Cheapest version of Nexus 6P that I can find here amounts to about US$ 620 at a Brazilian Ebay-like website. I'm going to wait for Google Pixel to arrive at the same website, because I've lost hopes of the phone being released here.
I'm also on the same boat... I don't understand why Google just abandoned so many countries... and also this phone is not selling on usual retailers, for ex Amazon (directly).
I don't understand why... didn't they want world domination?! pfff
Hi All,
Now that Google Store is not selling 6P anymore, I am just wondering where I can buy a proper 6P here in the UK. Amazon has some marketplace sellers who still sell the device, which are not reliable as to the warranty as well as the models. I can see none of other retailers do sell 6P anymore. I can see the likes of eglobalcentral.co.uk but heard that they have very poor customer service if something goes wrong with the item (need to send the devices to Far East for warranty repair).
Any ideas, as I am planning to buy 6P instead of the overpriced Pixel.
Thanks
I think you can still get them in certain retail stores from Carphone Warehouse while they have stock.
