Hello,
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus G901F, so I'm waiting for it.
I wondered if there is a way to do a complete backup of it?
As I read that CMW Recovery was not 100% fiable, there is another way? maybe with adb? Or maybe it works with standard recovery ?
And also a way to save my IMEI?
I asked because maybe I will install Cerberus and try to send me an sms which wipe all to test if it's work well.
Thanks
Hi there,
I'd like to start developing on the P8.
Unfortunately I did not yet unlock the bootloader.
When unlocking, the device is reset to factory defaults.
There is a backup function available in HiSuite (or just via adb), but I am not sure if I can rely on it to save all apps, settings, databases and files.
Is there a way to FULLY backup the P8 before unlocking the bootloader so that nothing is lost - just in case I want to revert back to the current state?
Thanks for your help in advance,

Hi to all,
I have a Problem with my Huawei P8 Lite. I made a complete Back-Up of my Smartphone and now I wanted to restore my Smartphone now based on the Back Up Files, which I have on my Notebook. If I try to use the Huawei HiSuite for this Restore Process, HiSuite tell me that I have to Up-Date the Huawei Back Up App to the last Version. Topic is that on the Smartphone the latest Version of this App is already set. Every Time i try to start the Restore Process I receive this Message from HiSuite. Result? It is not possible to start the Restore Process.
What I make wrong? Can someone help?
I am not really a technician and I am near to be "pissed off"......
Also the Instructions on the Huawei Customer Support Website deliver no Answer for my Problem.
So - If someone is able to help - please do so....
Thanks in Advance and regards,
Markus
Hello everyone,
So, I recently managed to corrupt the IMEI (EFS partition) on my Samsung On5 and need help to fix it completely, if someone could aid me in restoring my IMEI by either flashing the stock firmware or a different method that would be great, thanks <3

IMEI is unique to every phone, if you never backed it up (efs backup) then your out of luck. Try a full factory firmware flash, if that doesnt help, youre out of luck
Hi all,
I have a rooted Huawei P9 Lite which contains baby pictures of my son which I hoped to backup. It has been a few years since I have used this phone and subsequently all codes I have tried have failed to give me access. I tried a few methods using TWRP to delete the key files however the files seem to be encrypted on the device. Just asking if there is any hope is accessing my files or should I give up trying?
Thanks,
Joe
