== What is AC!D Audio engine? ==​
A Sound mod to bring you overall better sound quality, more precisely:
● Bass are deeper, crispier and more powerful, with nice effect without distortion and crackling
● treble are less aggressive and more immersive (you'll enjoy whistle, whisper, instrument like piano, guitar,... will be much more natural and balanced)
● Voice is really more natural with better balanced EQ for a pure crystal sound for an awesome clarity
● Audio track quality will be enhanced and the improvement will be even noticed on your most crappy headset (even if good headphone are really suggested to enjoy all improvement of this MOD)
This Engine is A port of several Audio Technology, each of them are well know to enhance some specific audio part, our goal was to get them working simultaneously with a lot of personal optimisation modification tweaks and unique features by our Team

Ofcoz u need root and a custom recovery lol
and for this mod u have to be on android 4.3, it doesnt work on 4.4 anymore that's why this thread is outdated lol

Oh, I don't use poweramp so I didn't know about that, can you provide a logcat? And is poweramp itself not working anymore?

What audio resampling chain looks like in this mod?
I know that with S800 its not possible to output pure 44.1 Khz, so upsampler to 48Khz is present in stock firmware...
Is AudioTrack affected by this mod?

bro can i use this on my xtx?

bro tried to my Z, keeps on restarting. no other sound mod installed. Is this compatible with Z? using eXistenZ rom v6.1

WOOOOTTTT. the treble is truly much less aggressive. the bass is pretty good, the sound is much louder for me, and NO DISTORTION SO FAR as much as my ear can handle, and my friend usually call me crazy for hearing with such a loud volume.
I'm in love with my Z ultra now lol. Thanks a lot dude.

Project Desire App is not yet included in these new Sound Mods but will soon come with next Updates again.
Great Work Tristan Bro! This Sound Mod is your best yet for Z3, i like the new Sound. Its clear, good bass and very good Volume for Speakers and Headphones. The Balance is optimized very good and its not too much or too less its just great this Time.

Wow it feels great and somehow different from normal pd,mayby some part wasnt working for me before,anyway i noticed in my build prop that i have 5x fluencepro line at the end,can i delete 4 or it has to be there 5 times?

So flashed and the sound is amazing. Is this the best mod for heavy bass? Also notice that when I max volume the top 3 or so clicks Dont change volume

Gotta say it's amazing the clarity of frequencies and no sound bleed you get sometiems with bass drowning out highs. Awesome work can't wait till you add app to tweak it

OK so observations on your mod tested out in Jeep and on my 7.2 thx the highs and mids are amazing but the bass need a super bass option dosent have the punch your old mod had. If you can increase the bass it woukd be perfect.

the boomsound notification is working semi correct. it shows only music mode even theatermode is active?

Used earlier and works, haven't tested sound quality yet. Loading up my Jabra wirrless headphones for workout. Will def be able to tell compared to dolby atoms and viper fx. Be back in a hour or so

So running latest. Sound quality is really nice with my current selections. I left everything enabled and just changed the Am3D settings.

Describe sounds as distinct and clear. Volume isn't quite as loud as atmos with music profile plus volume level and sound enhancement toggled on.
ofcourse could be my ignorance.

I love sound mods now I don't see much reason to test til I see speaker increase and bluetooth as well ... As of now using viper audio. I Will watch this thread keep up the good work

I'm going say no...
I did finally try mod.
It does speakers Bluetooth and headphone jack.
As fare as with viper audio is why I say no is I had on devices then flashed then opened viper drivers r gone so if u install it may override this one try and report back it if allows both would be great !

I have not gave the other a run but I did read threw seems to be having probably with calls once installed I read threw whole forum and no report its fixed if u use phone for calls at all I wouldn't try til that bug is reported fixed

Normally I wouldn't want to be rude to a developer doing their thing, but "just try it" doesn't do much to give anyone a reason to try it.
"I Cherry picked a bunch of stuff that's been proven not to work on certain devices.
Beats doesn't do much.
Srs doesn't do much.
Sound alive is just like the Xperia additions, they need specific frameworks to do their thing.

Have to agree on this one. I've seen most of these mods in the wild, but I can vouch (based on audio quality) that whatever he did with them, it's worth a 'just try it'. Largest concern here is unnecessary and unused bloat libs.

You can't generally expect an Uninstaller with that kind of mods and the 'give it a try' is intended for those wise flashoholic who always take the precaution to make a backup first hand. At least have a backup of your system partition before proceeding further that's a sound habit when testing mods.

Just keep insisting there's that Texas mirror working. However the downloaded zip is less than stated in the details of the download.
