I have the HUAWEI GRA-UL10 version of the P8 and was wondering if there is a planned upgrade to Marshmallow.

There is marshnallow, but for region China(c00)...for us there isn't update..i am with the same version like you- c433..probably we have to change our region but i dont know how..

Correct, C00 means chenese region

I'm assuming your phone was bought in the Middle East because my build number was the same as yours when I first booted it.
I am using the UL10 and I was also running the same firmware as yours (C433B180) and am now running C185B320 on Android 6.0
Huawei's site lists it as firmware for the UL00 but technically the UL10 and UL00 have the same hardware other than the NAND (as the UL10 has 64GB and the UL00 only has 16GB)

currently i've ALE-L21C636B150 running on my device. But nowhere i can find information to update from this version to MM.
Is anybody here to give me a hint to update this version to the newest mm update?
OTA updater says there is no update.

Update to b170 first, then update to b564.
I try on any whay to install nougat on nxt-l09c636 but not good,think its the whorst version of mate 8 is registered on taiwan and not get any answer from support,and no new version of nougat.Latest is b521 and still no new version :crying:

For some reasons, the update menu tells me that there is no update for my phone.
I know this is not true because I can see people on the same P9 Lite with EMUI 5.x, so my question is the following, is there a way to find and flash the latest stock ROM available for my phone ?
(I used to have Samsung mobiles and look at samfirmwares websites to find my stock ROMs)

Nope, I switched to this version to enable dual sim on my single sim phone.
But I don't need dual SIM anymore, and just would like to have the latest official version available.

You must flash oeminfo for single sim and install VNS-L31C432B161 .

I have just got the p10 lite Asia pacific version model was-lx2c636b102. I did not find any thread or information about this model. Is it possible to root this device and use the latest version of android? Currently, the phone has Android 7 EMUI 5.1, 2017 security patch!
