Hi Guys
I am using Yureka from last 1 year but from last 2-3 months , screen goes blank while calling or receiving call . I tried these ways but all failed
1. Updated to Lollipop 5.1 and then dialed code, failed
2. Tightened screws , failed
3. Put a piece of paper below proiximity area. failed
4. Installed a software to correct proximity sensor issue, failed
Finally due to lot of bugs, reverted back again to KitKat 4.4
Could you please help me to solve this issue on KitKat 4.4.4 . I am quite frustrated now due to this
Thanks in Advance
Sumit

since few days i got another small software update but no help
i forrmetted the phone . removed any app but still get that error
idont know if this a hardware failure or software failure
i confrim that problem happened after getting the 1st update i not seeing it
before but may it just a luck
i attach some screenshoots for the problem
Note : i downloaded from sammobile the Egypt Rom again and reinstalled same problem
I'm not sure why you didn't take it back and claimed the warranty after that OTA update, but it's too late for it now if you flashed your N3 ??
If flashing a new stock ROM didn't help, it's probably a HW issue, take it back and hope they will fix it on a warranty.
Hi All,
I have my note 4 for two months now and it is the second time (maybe third) that my note gives me the error "Sim card removed, please reboot" out of sudden. It was just lying in front of me and I noticed that I had no signal whatsoever. After a reboot it was fine.
But I'm wondering if anybody else had this problem, and what it could be?
I have already reseated the SIM and blew in the socket.
The simcard came brand new with the phone.
My KNOX warranty void is at 0x1 (although I'm using stock fw now)
So I'm hoping it's not a hardware failure.
It actually is a problem that's well known as a galaxy s4 issue, but I couldn't find anybody having this issue with their note 4.
Device: Note 4 N910F
FW: Stock lollipop 5.0.1 (I restored it this morning)

Hi, I have a 910C since one month ago and I have the same problem, sometimes I see "sim card removed" and after reboot I don't see the message again. Also sometimes I need to reboot many times because after the first reboot the message appears again (once I rebooted 4 times...).
ROM: DN Lollipop v0.6
I was getting this error with my Note 4 from Sprint. I switched to Tmobile and got a new Note 4 and its been 8 months and now I get that error atleast 5 times a day now. I have pulled the sim, tried wiping it clean, blew out the slot, but it always comes back. Almost ready to send it to Samsung.
Put a piece of paper pushing the SIM card to the phone. I did a month ago and I didn't get the error again, finger cross...
hello every one its unfortunately i ve had to ask for help as i ve gone all over the internet for my problem but there seems to be no fix for this
as i ve seen in sum other forums there has been number of people with the same issue
this all happened after i went to sweet rom, was on stock before that, s pen was fine ( i did post in the sweet rom asking anyone else had the same issue) .
soon as i would take the s pen out the phone would crash and restart again . i don't use the s pen much so didn't get around fixing the issue this is about 2 months ago since the problem started .
now i want to sell my phone for the note 5 i thought i better fix this issue .
i thought try another Dr kretan rom to see if the issue got fixed but unfortunately no it didn't, now the s pen menu comes out when pop out the spen , but no writing or hovering .... i cant get back to stock rom ( unroot) cause the firmware update via odi fails (<ID:0/004> hidden.img
<ID:0/004> FAIL!) which is another issue altogether
maybe downgrading to kitkat might fix the issue ?
can anyone help me with this issue ( i am pretty certain its a software fault don't think it be hardware as was working fine on the stock rom )
thanks

the hidden.img fail is normal so don't worry about that. There are a couple or repacked rims in the general section that have the hidden.img removed, it's mainly carrier specific bloat ware
Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
i need a .pit file for the N910u to solve the hidden img fail ..... as i cant load stockrom on it, keeps failing .... in turn i think thats why the s pen has stopped working
update managed to get to stock rom (i was flashing the country's wrong carrier rom )........ sadly s pen still not working even changed the tip on it( factory reset it ) air command pops up when i take the s pen out but cant write or any hovering , i ve checked the s pen settings they all o
I want to know that in swap YU is giving a 2nd hand replaced device or a new one. Please help! They are saying that we are giving factory shielded Yureka in swap.
They are not telling me clearly. Please someone help me.
I am having auto screen lock / auto reboot and battery drainage problem . Should I go for device swap or not. Or should I go for battery swap only. Auto reboot issue came after cm 12 update and auto screen lock issue came after cm12.1 update. Please someone tell me .Is it a software problem or hardware?
SHOULD I WAIT FOR THEIR NEXT UPDATE TO GET THIS PROBLEM SOLVED!
Hi all,
First of all sorry my English not that good,
and please read it to the end
few days ago I tried to downgrade from Lollipop 5.1.1 to Kitkat 4.4.4 which i found later it is something can't be done,
but back then processor failed and i get some things on Odin , it stops on sboot.bin and fail and my phone in download mode says : sw rev check fail device 2 binary 1
so as an android user i looked all arount the web and Xda forums and found a way to flash Kitkat with a way to avoid
sw rev check fail device 2 binary 1
which was to delete sboot.bin and modem and compress them to .tar again , and guys that was the dumbest thing i did,
My note won't start and says : FIrmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies and try again
so as usual I looked again and someone somewhere said "why don't you try PIT file"
so i tried and that work for me and WoW my note work again , and from then i I stopped all the Experiments at the poor Note 4.
but yesterday some App on my note (which require Root and I can't tell you what it is) do some weird stuff and reboot.
the devise work but this message appeared (com.google.process.gapps - unfortunately google play store has stopped) constantly, constantly and constantly ,and that is painful , so I backed up my files and wiped every thing and restart the devise but still getting the same message , so I tried flashing lollipop again but still getting the same error on download mode
sw rev check fail device 2 binary 1
so i used PIT file again but nothing worked
so you know the deal , I looked around and again someone somewhere said use CWM to deal with sw rev check fail device 2 binary 1
So i did , and get into recovery and I use every wipe option i did found,
and restart my note , and THIS IS THE END MY NOTE STUCK IN GALAXY NOTE 4 LOGO NO MATTER WHAT I DID
right now i am downloading Ukranian lollipop firmware but I don't think this will make a difference
Any help guys any solution to fix my phone , please i can't afford to pay to fix it
thank you in advance
UPDATE : My friend told my to root it again maybe it will work , but i just got the old recovery but still STUCK IN GALAXY NOTE 4 LOGO
So my device now working i just download this frimware
HERE
Ukranian one , and work like magic , I hope this thread work for someone else ,
If flashing the latest stock Samsung firmware back onto your device doesn't fix your problem. I would recommend taking it into a Samsung Service Center to see if they can fix it for you. If it's software based they will usually fix it for you free of charge.
