Installation guide
Download Rom - Flash it with Recovery
{Full Wipe is reccommended for Better Stability}
Then Reboot -First boot might take a while .

I used a few recovery but it pass the boot loop and system is opening and apps is remapped..But in this moment, the phone goes restart

fixes and fixed my bootanimation

The same problem..when system is opened and apps are remapped, it freezes and restart all the time

It will vary. Probally depends on kernel settings too

Very smooth, nice rom. Noticed one thing, kernel doesn't allow to write on external sd card.

Yes it is. I'm now working together with @Tkkg1994 on the IronROM. If you are interested in some features you can install IronROM. It has mostly the same features and even more!

Camera (tried Google Camera, no picture)
Haven't tested DASH charge
Overall impression: fast, pretty smooth. That launcher took me back to my Galaxy Nexus or Nexus 4 days Don't know about battery cause I didn't keep the system for long. Phone was a little warm but it's to be expected with nandroid, flashing and app optimization.
Amazing work so far, I'm looking forward to next releases and I'm wishing all devs continuing success and a lot of energy! Had one reboot though when I entered the launcher one time, corrupted some screenshots so I don't have many.

To download from baidu, I use the baidu client. It take 2hrs max to download this type of file. The speed varies between ~90kb/s and 480kb/s. It´s not really speedy ^^

I recommend to flash Lightning Kernel for LOS (In Oneplus One Original Developement) to have a better battery life. Don't forget to install a Kernel tuner app (like Kernel-Adiutor mod) to tune the kernel

no specific instructions. It's like all other roms. Flash it via TWRP 3, the correct modem is included in the zip file.
oh yes and for the Gapps, do not flash a gapps package.zip, boot Flyme 6 and go to the AppStore and search for "google" or “google installer”, you will find GMS Installer.

Have you checked StockSettings app ？I think that other gesture than DoubleTap won't work if you flash a custom kernel.

The original kernel is, I think, LineageOS.
