How to force flash firmware in to g2 without checking model numbers

For who have change their build.prop and stuck on boot loop
And get different model error on lg flash tool
And stuck on 49% in download mode

I have try but on my fast boot comment no fastboot devices delete and my g2 is on download mode screen

My problem have been resolved (by me)in this morning

I have got my g2 backed
I will tell u if your problem just like me
To force flash firmware without checking model numbers on your g2
1.do not use kdz file (but we still need it)
2.do not use up testEX
MAIN program we need is Lg flash tool
Just download your right kdz firmware file
Download your right tot firmware file
For model dll do not use dll given with tot file
Just use kdz extractor and extract your dll from your kdz file
Flash it with your tot firmware in lg flash tool
And Good luck

can you explain how to extract the dll file from the kdz??
and does the kdz have to be the same version as the tot file??

Could you point me at the right Sprint LG G2 KDZ file please? I just have the TOT file and it's .dll file

i have lg g2 ls980 brciked d801

I've tested many combinations of .dll files with no luck.
D801 dll file + LS980 TOT file = error in different BIN a DLL file
LS980 dll file + LS980 TOT file = error in different model numbers
8974 dll file + LS980 TOT file = error "Cross DL D801 to LS980"
When I look at the phone in Download Mode, it shows D801
my phone hang on lg logo not power on
when i try to flash with tot and dll its show error device model is different check phone or dll i search all forum all user said enable usb debugging then solve but my phone stuck on lg logo and dont go on fastboot and recovery

Using Hex Editor help

hey all.
i have lg 2g d800 ATT
i have got myself into problem.. my phone bricked and the only way i could get it out of brick its to flash stock lg d802 with lg support tool.
now the stock keep booting and no recovery mode.
only download mode is accessable.
guys from the forum suggest me to edit a d800 tot file with hex editor and then to try flash with lg flash tool
i tried that and i keep getting previusload error.
i gues im doing something wrong on edit this file..
now i need help how to edit the file so the lg flash tool recognize the files as d802 files and will flash it.

i have problem with my LG G2 F320L U+ Korian as i wrongly Flashed this to Indian Rom d802- 32BG but now its not working just restating it again n again
i also tried to restoring this by flashing with LG flash tool and use fils LGF320L-00-V11c.tot and LGUP_8974 .dll but its sowing error that cross dll D802 to LGF320L and failed flashing and i also trying flash it again with LG flash tool 2014 and use KDZ files LG U+ F320L11G_00.kdz and F320L30D_00.kdz but no respond and fails
please help me to restore my phone.

Try the lg mobile support tool which is provided directly from lg. Or maybe you'll need a repartition, which can be achieved from Linux

Try tot mothed with hex editor

Desperately need edited TOT for LS980

hi every one,,
i have flashed d802 rom on my ls980 now it is stuck on boot animation...recovery is not working...when i try to flash the ls980 tot it give error Cross device or DLL..i have edited the TOT in all windows hex editor but it doesnt load giving an error..i dont have linux or ubuntu to edit it nor i know how to install and use these OS...
so u r kindly requested to give me edited TOT file...i shall be very thankfull
