The specs of both s3 neo and moto g (2014) SD400 MSM8226, ADRENO 305, 720p display, same cameras. IT has got some sool marshmallow and lollipop roms with dual sim working. So please any developer can port those to the dual sim I9300I if possible.
I dont know much about porting but I saw the specs were identical so if not possible sorry for my mistake.

For S3 Neo use Custom Rom by Nik60 LL v3.1

Why porting TouchWiz? Better port stock, also to make a port you need to have similar specs. And the A5 does not have the same specs as a A60XX
