i got problem to logon to hicare. but other huawei apk such as hiapp or cloud+ got no problem. any way to logon.
i download hicare using hiapp
Surely Huawei won't stop us unlocking their phones? They're only just getting bigger outside Asia. Stopping unlock would ruin global sales within a couple of years. Especially considering their poor launcher and EMUI......
I really like my Mate 7, but if it wasn't rooted, I would probably be replacing it.

You need to login to hicloud while filling the form for the unlock code else it won't work. You may ask your friends who have hi cloud to login using your Id. You need some details of the phone like imei, and product id etc. All the best. Hope it helps.
Hit thanks if it helped.

If Huawei allowed more than 2 unlocks per 6 months I could get it. I found the trick to it. No need to have been logged in 14 days. Did it in 1 night with my son's TL10 and another code for a thread on this forum. You need the Huawei product code generator method but use a different phone model with your genuine IMEI and keep trying different models till it gives an unlock code.
It's time consuming but works.

You will have to have multiple goes at it using a bunch of product models and codes generated from your specific IMEI to find a compatible one.
For example, using the product code generator, here are the possibilities with your handset. You still need to log into the Huawei web site and punch in the information to attempt getting the unlock code but one of these combinations should work. I've done 4 phones this way.
Create an account (if you haven't already) and log into Huawei ID webpage here. You can choose a different language at top right.

I've attached the product code generator so others can recreate this with their own IMEI.
Just unzip it before trying to use it.
If you use this method and it works, please post which model phone and what stock ROM the phone had from new. I think this could be partly to do with what part of the world the phone was meant for, so maybe someone with a Chinese handset will use a different model substitute than in the US or Australia for instance, because there are different radio bands used.

There is a model which is the generic huawei phone Y300-0000. use this instead of the real model(mt-tl10 or mt-l09) also make sure you are logged in to hicloud on a phone while doing this. if there is error try genetating a product id using the software @RobboW attached in the above post. I can not help you since i do not have the login details for your huawei id. You may pm me ur details so that i can get try to get the unlock code for you and you can change your password after.
I've had the Y300-0000 fail to get a code and I think all phones I unlocked were done with different models so you may need to try a number of them to succeed. I did the last two unlock codes on my PC in firefox, not on my phone. Not even using Chrome, so there are old rumours that just aren't correct.

Thank you very much sir...it worked....i already unlock my mobile....it is very helpful
You're welcome.
Which model Huawei phone gave you the unlock code?
I had to work out how to do it because Huawei Australia just don't answer emails and give codes, but the devices all come from China so I reasoned that it should be possible.

You need to find out your region of the phone to do any downgrade. since you are already on b500 you can install the lolipop stock for your region. then install b300 then you can install kitkat stock. to find your region type *#*#2846579#*#* in the dialler , then tap network information query then vendor and country info. you can find the downloads for your country region firmware here.

Data Crashes. Please contact your service center.
How can a phone show ARTE100 Instead of Elfin?
It's possible. All industries produced firmware for more devices. But the source code is same for some models expecially if technical features is similar.
To solve you can try hard reset of your device. The Rom used is'nt same of rom image write in PDA. I have same defect overclocking pda up to 302MHz. Data of rom image crashed. Then i have performed hard reset and solve trouble. If you don't solve flash rom is damaged and you can only send pda on HTC for repair.
