Reboot phone into Fastboot (Press and hold Volume Up button and Power button together untill you see green color screen)
Connect phone to pc using USB cable( Make sure drivers are installed prior)
Open up Aio flasher
Select recovery by clicking on the left options
Just next to flash button you would find erase option check box, tick it

so i tried installing cwm of s1 in s5 and now i can't enter the recovery mode..lol..do smthing guys

tried to extract the recovery but since the phone is yet to be rooted not able to extract it will PM u once m successfully in doing it

well guys .... hate to say it but i have tried all the conventional root methods and still no root.apparently some of the methods gets superuser installed but still cannot get proper root. frameroot's says its rooted but no its not (root checker says no root). one of the root method even gave me a "un-rootable FW version".
but the real problem is that this qualcomm s4 play processor (8265q) have not been used in any phones(or i have not been able to find any). so root method is still unknown. can someone tell me if the bootloader is locked like htc. then we still have fastboot options......

i tried everything no proper method works..
but rooted it on my own with improper method..lol

Found an interesting tool on Google play today that can remove unwanted permissions that a non rooted user has to accept in order to install any app. its uninstalling the app when we edit permissions and then install it again. Not sure how this is working. Can any expert review and suggest if it is safe to use this application.

I don't think so cuz I have JB 4.3 and the app isn't compatible with my phone...

Its working fine on my Note 2 (GT-N7100) on 4.1.2 ... but after i modify the permissions i don't see the application in my Google play "installed" section but can see in "all" section. so i am assuming it will not offer any updates incase the developer releases any update?
is there a way to deny specific permissions to a application and still able to update applications incase developer pushes any update ?

Hi to all.
I have the Galaxy S5 G901F ( also known as Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE-A SM-G901F )
I would like to ask you if any of you is ussing Root Call Bloker for this phone. I have been using RCB Pro version on my S3 mini and it works perfect. always worked (just perfect).
But i have read that it doent work on android 4.4.4 and before I make root my mobile and getting Knox (0x1) i would like to know if it is working on it.
My only purpose of make it root, its to install RCB Pro, because its the only one that i've found that works, at leats in my previous mobiles.
This mobile has android 4.4.4 and CPU Qualcom Snapdragon 805 32-bit.
Thanks in advance, and if the moderator considers to move this tread to another forum more appropiated, please do it.
P.S: This mobile at least is suplied in Spain by Vodafone

I ve rooted my phone, installed the latest version of RCB and sadly it doenst work in my phone. really sad. sms and calls get in, and it is allowed by SuperSu.
Any idea o what can i do?

What rom do u have?
Simplex is a stock rom ? I have read that aroma doesnt work and it drains the battery.
But i dont know what aroma is?

Aroma is a type of GUI for installing ROMs through recovery. It doesnt drain battery, it only runs when you flash ROM zips.

Hi Bleros.
I have installed the Netherlands rom and i made root and updated superSU and works RCB. SO its good and nice.
But I have a question. How could i hide the icon of RCB in my phone??
Previous versions gave you the oportunity of hide the icon, to access to the RCB you have to type a password.

I answer myself.
when u protect the app using password, u can choose dial a number. Ok, when u choose this opcion the icon disappears if u mark it.

I'm trying to activate samsung health after a root but I can't manage to edit the /system/build.prop file.
Did anyone get the same problem ?

I'm trying with root browser. I did use root explorer yesterday and my phone couldn't startup...

Nicelock module not install in sm-a207F

I am using Samsung A20s(sm-a207F).
I can't Install goodlock for some country restriction.
So i install Nicelock app but i can't install any of it’s modules.
Can someone help me... How i install modules in my sm-a207F or A20s (it is not rooted or unlocked )

First download the apps from apkmirror.com
then install one by one
Open them from nice lock and tweak your device..
U can also use "fine lock" app from play store,it will eventually redirect you to the download page..

I don’t know the exact reason.. But I think the a207 isn’t getting support for theses features...may be in future update it will work...

You need to download android 9 ones if you download new ones it wont work because its for android 10
