Recently I did a power and restart and my phone will not pass the booting mode (where the name of my device is showing) and i checked to see if the button was stuck due to a substance but don't believe that is the problem. Has anyone out there had this happen? What other suggestions do you have?

Hi i'm currently stuck with a problem. This problem started i entered download mode and got a prompt saying "Installing a custom OS can cause harm to this device, do you want to install a custom OS?" I clicked on no and now my phone just keeps going to the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, powered by android screen. I have tried many solutions but none of them work. I have tried booting into recovery mode but nothing happens, when I try to boot into download mode it just goes back to the splash screen. Please Help! :crying:

You want to press VOLUME UP, power and home buttons. Hold until you see Samsung then release. You are booting up in download mode by mistake.
My phone is showing different unusual behaviors..
1. Its stuck at "Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos powered by android" logo for about 30minutes
2. After about 30min, it shows "Device storage corrupt. The data partition has been corrupted. You need to reset your device to factory default settings. This will erase all your data. " And there is reset device button also, but then when clicked does no thing.
3. Once it went to even at "SAMSUNG" logo and got stuck there.
When it is in state 2(as mentioned above), pressing volume down and up button changes the volume level also.
What shall I do to get it back?? Its not even rooted.. Please help

Dear Galaxy tab experts!
I have read on several places in the Internet that some people has suffered
in a boot loop. The Internet recommends to do a hard reset via
the recovery mode. OK. Unfortunately, my device fails to enter the recovery mode.
My Samsung Galaxy tab 4 SM-T530 has been working fine for for about 2.5 years
until last weekend. Now it does not boot but stays in a reboot loop. That
means that The boot logo shows up for a while and disappears after
about 10 seconds.
I was searching the Internet and I wanted to try out the recovery mode
but I am not able to reach it. When I press Power + Volume Up + Home buttons,
the label "recovery booting ..." appears in the upper left corner of the
display for a while and thereafter, the boot loop continues.
Fortunately, I am able to shutdown my device by pressing
the Power + Volume Down buttons.
The tab has been used about 10 hours per week. I have never uploaded
any ROM or firmware.
The boot loop has started when I was charging my device. I used the
official Samsung USB charging connector as always. During the
charge process, I wanted to see the charge progress like I
have done it many times before but I only saw a grey battery and after that,
the boot loop has started.
I have no problem to do a hard reset and to wipe out my data.
My device contains no important personal data.
What do you recommend to get my device working again?
Thank you in advance!
Hi,
As in the topic, I have J510FN who does not want to turn on. Displays the logo of the galaxy J5 2016 and even without showing the next Samsung logo it resets and the galaxy logo pops up again.
I tried hard reset then uploading a new software by odin.
The upload was successful, however, 32% of "installing system update" pops up "Erasing", the phone resets and the galaxy logo pops up, after a while the phone turns off. When I turn it on, everything goes back to the starting point, ie in the circle the logo galaxy -> reset after a moment and again the logo galaxy.
Recovery mode works, the bootloader works. The phone responds to the start-up and does not want to "go" further, ie to the Samsung logo and turn on.
Please, help, maybe it's an android problem, not a software? I do not know what to do

Try flashing another kernel like quasar and if it still doesn't boot probably the software. You could try flashing another rom to see if it boots if quasar doesnt boot it.Failing that you probably need to install firmware again with odin
Hey everyone.
I have a Galaxy Note 3 that's stuck in a bootloop. When I turn it on, it displays the Samsung logo, then the screen goes black, then the Samsung logo reappears, etc. I am able to boot into both TWRP 3.6.2_9.0, and download mode.
I also have some uncertainty about the exact model of this device. Pretty sure it has an Exynos. The boot screen says "SM-N900" and the stickers under the battery (which are in what I think is Spanish) say that the model is "SM-N900 (UD)."
Any suggestions for getting out of the bootloop? Thanks!
EDIT: I think this is solved. Reflashed stock+TWRP with Odin, then LineageOS. Waiting for first boot.
