Hello..i'm new here. i'm using note4 from last month. when i delete or add some picture from other software or file manager after gallery not refreshing each time when i open it. music player & video player also same problem. when i add some medias from pc also after it is not refreshing. i have to restart my phone to updating multimedia files each time. my note4 firmware is stock lollipop 5.1.1
i searched in google many time for the solution. i can't find any. anyone have this problem? or any method have to do manually?
please help me on this..sorry for my bad english..

I have just installed the clean and stable add on for android market on my vega and the gallery and music player keep crashing every time i try to open it.
How could this be solved?

Hi There,
I am the creator of that add-on. The gallery has been replaced with the 3d gallery, this is not my work and i have had no issues with it or none reported. The add-on will not effect the music player at all. So it really is hard to tell what is causing this, have you installed anything else?
Are you using the small taskbar? if so this is only for Advent v1.09 firmware
The only way to be sure is to flash the stock v1.09 firmware and then re-flash my add-on. you can remove the 3d gallery by deleting gallery3D.apk from the system/app folder (using winrar) before flashing my add-on.

after I flashed MIUI on my Nexus 4, i cant see any of my data when i connect to PC/Mac. But i see it in Root file explorer in the phone. But the files doesn't reflect in any music player or the gallery. When i connect the phone to PC, it shows just 3GB space is free, but nothing shows up there. Can anyone help me or direct me in a way to get all my files back. It would be a lot of help, since I've been searching a lot and came out with no luck.

All you have to do is download any Media Scanner app from the play store and then reboot. Then all your files should show up
Choose SDrescan from Google Play, it is the better choice
Please can anyone help me fix this, the stock video app tells me unfortunately video has stopped anytime i try to open it. If i open a video from a file explorer or from quick pic it would work but for the past 2 days it doesnt even work at all even if i do it that way. Ive cleared the cache and even data but still no luck. I dont want to have to factory reset cos of that. Im using the s5 g900H rooted with xposed installed.
Any help would be duely appreciated. Thanks

When i ever i get that error its because the video is corrupt and it means its not fully downloaded or has problems.another reason can be that the video extension isnt supported by the video player just try another video player to open the video if that works then thats the reason why its not working in sammy video player. ?
The videos play in vlc and other media players but not on stock video player cos the stock video player does not open at all. When i try to open it i get the error message "unfortunately video has stopped".
My Mojo's Youtube app crashes right after executing it, whenever some update files are downloaded.
In order to have it working again I have to uninstall the updates by resetting Youtube to the initial configuration in the Android Settings menu.
When opening Youtube I can see for a moment a navigation bar the address being directed to some downloaded file (leanbacklite_3-x .swf Flash files).
I don't think it's malware but there's not much info on Google.
Has anybody else been affected by this issue?

Apparently, eventually it fixed itself.
Hello, the phone periodically takes permissions for the file system from the gallery and video player mx, a window pops up to give permissions on a new one. But after some time it completely selects, these applications do not see any photos or videos, I give all permissions, I install applications on a new one, nothing helps .. I even did a hard reset of the phone because of this. The problem is back. Firmware official A13
