[q] playstore apps stall on 'downloading'

Please Help.
I have a Google Nexus 7 running JellyBean 4.2.2. It is not rooted.
I updated the device about a month ago and everything was going fine until the day before yesterday.
Whenever I download anything from the Play Store, the application does not download. It just keeps showing 'Downloading' without any progress. The download does not start.
Everything else is working just fine. there is plenty of space on the device. I am able to browse the net, download and install apps from outside the playstore.
I have searched many threads on this and other sites but could not find a solution.
These are the things that I have already tried but they did not work for me:
1) Cleared Cache and Data for Playstore in settings>apps.
2) Uninstalled updates for Playstore.
3) Rebooted the device many times.
4) Deleted my Google account and tried with another Google account.
5) Switched on and off my WiFi couple of times. ( My Internet is working absolutely fine! )
Any help/suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Dude i am also facing the same problem for last few weeks....contacted google support...they asked me to talk to my ISP, but he also doesnt have a clue... i can download apps once in a while but most of the times it jus stucks and sits there...really annoying (Nexus7,India)..I can see ur also from india..Wonder if its a regional thing ?

My new note 4 duos that i ordered from China does the same thing. I had canadian note 4 before and it worked fine. but on the note 4 duos, after rooting, text messages send slow and the play store takes 10 -15 minutes per app to install. it will download the first 80-90 percent in seconds then take up to 15 minutes to install to install the rest.
ive tried everything so far to fix it. the only thing that works is reonstalling stock OS, but as soon as I root it starts happening again. i need root.
i wonder.if the chinese are spying.on me since this is a chinese phone. looking for a new rom to install but cant find any for the sm-n9100

[Q] Can't install anything from playstore anymore

Hello fellow OmniROM useres, I am using Omnirom on my international SGS4, always latest nightly.
But since yesterday I have this weird error message whenever I try to install an app over PlayStore

even though I have more than enough free space, as you can see here:

I've alyready tried everything I could find on this error message but it still won't install anything.

I had the same issue some time ago. I couldn't install new apps or update older ones. I couldn't even download anything.
I don't know why this happened or what the cause is. What did the trick for me was a complete re-install of everything.
Do a full wipe. Not even the os should remain. Install the latest os. Install all apps from the play store and restore your app data.
After that everything worked again.

A501 won't download from Google Play or install other ROMs

I have an Acer A501 on which I installed CWM and a custom rooted 3.2 ROM shortly after purchasing it in order to use a certain app that required root permissions. I noticed that after the root, the device would give me a "server error" when trying to download apps from Google Play, but I didn't really pay much attention to it, since I didn't download new apps very often and I figured I could just get APKs from other sources. Recently, though, I have been trying to give the tablet a new life by getting Google Play back to work (since searching for APKs on dodgy sites isn't exactly the most reliable way of getting new apps) and maybe installing ICS. I flashed a stock 3.2 ROM and got rid of CWM, since I assumed it was the reason for Google Play not working, but apparently I was wrong, since I am still getting that error. I have also been trying to flash a stock ICS ROM, but every single one I've tried so far shows an error (the Android robot with the yellow warning sign) almost immediately after starting to flash. Does anyone know the solution to these problems? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In my case, I just removed the existing account. Then, add the same account & it is working OK.

Thanks for the link. As for removing and re-adding the account, I have done that multiple times, to no avail. I have tried force-stopping and clearing the cache of Google Services Framework, as suggested in the thread, but now, I get a connection error merely trying to add a Google account to the device... I even did a factory reset, but I still can't add a Google account, as if the Google Services settings hadn't been reset at all.
EDIT: I just realized that the reason I got a connection error after the factory reset was not being connected to Wi-Fi. However, after clearing the cache and data of Market, Google Services Framework and Download Manager, I get the same connection error while trying to add a Google Account, even while connected to a Wi-Fi network.
EDIT 2: I have rebooted the device, and now I'm back where I started. The error code is RPC:S-7:AEC-0 LOWQ-XYAM-M7MTS.

Google play is not updating or installing new APPS.

Hi All:
I have a new GM5 Plus phone, I made all the necessary system updates but when I tried to update the Google play it keep saying updating without doing nothing.
Also I cannot install any new apps.
I tried to install new Gapps from the booting menu but it failed asking for a certification.
any idea, what to do to solve this.

Latest rom was release on 2019-10-31.
I Downloaded it and installed on phone, and looks much more than UI 5.0 and more nice features than previous one.
play store don`t work , some apps i use i installed from another markets but them requires google play services to run.
wish to install Play store and services , if exist someone who can help me with that.
(for spam security they dont let me to post links lol)

Found some informations but without working links to download twrp for z17 lite and adb flasboot... drivers and all required apps.

I managed to install TWRP, magisk, and get the phone rooted. Then used Gapps from 22.04.2020.
Got from internet (no verify opt encrypt) but i get error installing it.
The Google Play works sometimes with issues but.. i noticed the phone is unstable. After 2 days or so when i want to add a new account simply appears black screen and i`m not able to do that.
now i got a new Gapps from 08.12.2019 to try with this version.
If works like in 22.04.2020. i will remove TWRP and put Geekbuying rom.
If do you have any suggestions please let me know

Some delay. never got your message. Install Mokee Rom for this phone. Newest is Q. How to Install Mokee OS Android 10 on ZTE Nubia Z17 lite. Make sure Gapps is ARM64 version. Use nano and set up a Gapps Config txt file to limit what is installed. Google it.
