I just want to ask, if there is a possibility to port the DigitalClock Widget to all Android Devices? And also if it is possibile to Port it to Tablets with the Widget Size of 6x1.
I really like the Widget and can not find any widger that looks like this.
Espacilly the possibilty that the Widget changes the Font Color and BgColor in the time between 6am and 6pm.
If this is a Samsung designed app, it uses the Touchwiz framework......
Samsung is Touchwiz is Samsung.....
Other non Touchwiz firmwares will not be able to run it......

And it is not possible to implement the tw-framework(part of it) in the clock apk to get it run on other Devices....
I'am not a developer..... but i tried to recompile parts of the apk.
I do understand what happens in the Java code, but iam not able to script it my self.
Ive hacked some code so that i've got a half working apk.
The Background was changing but the numbers wasn't displayed just the placeholder.

I have been looking through many and many foros and apps BUT I'm still missing the FUNTIONALITIES of the SENSE clock ,
I mean: STOP watch, chrono, alarms... so simple and so easy
You need to install at least 2 or 3 more apps to get the same...
Thats a shame...
As far as I know the sense clock is part of the SESNSE system and can't be ported to any other ROM. cause is not the widget only is the system...
Is it so dificult ?
Thanks.
Well finally afet many searches I got IT in two different app
First: Iclock - has all the same than sense clock inside
Second:Sense analog clock, just awesome, much better than beautifull widget one cause lower use of battery + you can link it with Iclock just tapping it, in fact you can get different infos dependint where you tap.. weather forecast, sistem info or Iclock
2 second jobby in photoshop. I'm assuming it'd be pretty simple coding wise, something someone with no programming background (me) could be able to do?

With WidgetLocker you can use any Widget on your Lockscreen.
I know that, but that's not my question.
I'm asking if there is a widget like the one I have made in photoshop - check the image.
The time and date minimalistic text, the new message alert is what im talking abouot
There are a few things that really bug me about the Touchwiz software.
1) The ridiculous color scheme/non-standardization between pages. For instance, the new apk install menu is just horrid to look at, as well as certain pop-up confirmation buttons. Is there any easy way to change these so that they more reflect AOSP?
2) The messaging application and the widget that appears on the lock screen when you have a missed phone call/text message. I was wanting to use Dashclock widget on the homescreen to replicate this purpose, but no matter what, I can't find a way to disable that widget that always appears. Is there a way to remove it?
3) This sorta ties along with #2, but when you use a pattern on the lock screen, you can't use a stand alone widget, Samsung automatically takes over and uses it's own. I know it's possible to use pattern and a widget (I can do it on the GE Rom, and my Nexus 7), is there a way duplicate this process?
4) Is there a way to replace the TW messaging app with an AOSP messaging application?
5) The pull down notification bar, is there any way to make it look more like AOSP?
There are things that I love both about TW and AOSP, and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a rom (in my opinion) that compliments both of the features that they consist of nicely. I don't have the knowledge (or the time at the moment with school coming up) to try and build my own rom that would enjoy the features that I would want. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this process. I would be forever grateful.
As The Title Says, Can Anyone Give Me Deodexed Assistive Torch Widget Please
Unfortunately, that's impossible as it is cooked inside the settings application.
I did recreate it for my own use in development, however. (Not as a widget or an application tho)
But even if you get it, it doesn't use android's APIs to turn the flashlight on, i.e. it will only work on the recent Samsung devices (s3 and above) which have Samsung's frameworks.
It also means that it won't work on AOSP ROMs regardless of the device.
I am hoping if somebody who has the skill to make this apk OmniSwitch to work properly in android tv interface i used everyday and i like so far,but i do have some sugesstion like, the interface would be a regular simple launcher home screen displaying:
Date - hour- WIFI(network)
notification by apps
show memory usage
show recent apps name image
favorites apps exactly in the middle of the sreen with large image.
I do think this the only well better so far apps for the sotck launcher andorid tv interface
try you dont regreted
