Hi there!
I'm having a problem with my phone after I broke it and got it fixed by a technician. After that, I can't seem to flash any firmware on my phone through ODIN. It keeps telling me that "FAIL(Auth)" message every time I try.
The firmwares I tried used to work way before I broke my phone.
And about that problem when I broke my phone before I brought it to a technician, it was also firmware related.

im new to flashing and moding my phone and i have a problem regarding my i9505 wifi..i got this OTA update 4.4.2 and installed it after installing/rebooting my wifi doesnt seem to go on (it has grayish green color) i tried to flash NG8 firmware downloaded from samsung website and still wifi issue is stiil there...i read all the related thread regarding with this problem but i am so confused
is there any steps/guide that i can understand bcoz i dont really have much knowledge about my phone\
hope there is someone out there to help me because i have this problem for almost a month now:crying:

Hi pal you need to flash the Wi-Fi fix with odin but remember to follow the instructions to a T

Remember to download and flash the correct corresponding modem in regards to your firmware

Look Guys I Have Tried Every Possible Way From My Brain And From The Internet , I Just Can't Figure It Out , i tried to root my note 4 ( N-910c ) But it didn't ,
possible Solutions on the internet caused boot-loop or else , anyway i searched for more solutions and Downgrading to 5.0.1 was the best solution , i downloaded several firmware from sammobile.com ,
but unfortunately useless i used odin10 and 9.3 almost every version out there but nothing just happens , the problem is when i try to downgrade my phone , either odin freeze on connection setup , or FAIL , i tried everything , please help me.

were you on "coj5" build of 5.1.1 if so then there is no way to downgrade coj5 5.1.1 will lock bootloader of your phone making it impossible to downgrade.

i was the last few days here in this Forum and tried to educate myselfe about flashing and Roms and all that stuff. But to be honest it seems that this problem is beyond everything i can handle. I really hope you guys can help me.
My plan was that i flash a clean (bloatweare free) ROM on my new (secondhand) Note 4. At first i tried the unofficial CM 13 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev/unofficial-cm13-0-910f-g-t3243386) mod. Everything was fine until i recognized that i dont have wifi. All i got was a weird WLAN-MAC (02.00.00.00.00.00). I just coudlnt enable my WIFI.
(ROM-Flashing with odin (3.09) and TWRP Indian Version (twrp-3.0.2-0-trltedt.img.tar)
I just thought its maybe the ROM which just doesnt fit to my mobile, so i tried the official nightly version from the CM Site Version 12.1 (https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=trltexx) But no success with that one either. The same problem. At that point i was pretty clueless about whats happening here and i started to panic a little. I was searching a few days about the WIFI Problem but coudltn find any solution. There was a Nexus-thread with the same problem but they didnt find a solution either.
At this point i was pretty sure that i messed up my mobile but i didnt give up.
I found the Nameless Rom (5.1.1.) here in this Forum and i tried it. The flashing was without any problems... and i was really happy that the first setup asked my about my wifi...until i recognized that this time the problem was that my Note4 couldnt find my SIM. Its really crazy
I tried everything. I tried to flash it again with different bootloaders and modems (from the ROM-Thread) and then i recognized that this time my SIM works but my WIFI wasnt there anymore. I dont know what to do anymore.

This is a really weird issue. I have never heard of this before. Try flashing the stock ROM with ODIN.

I have downloaded SamFirm and tried to download the correct firmware for my mobile. But unfortunatly thats not so easy as i thought.
MY modelnumber is SM-N910G. Since my mobile is manufactured in Thailand i assume that the software needs the region code from this country but i cant find the right one. Is Thailand even the right one?
Based on the pictures attached in the orignal post can you maybe help me to find out which code is the correct one?!

Ok guys, This has not been just a problem of mine but also every Galaxy J5 users. The marshmallow update has quite a good UI and other stuffs. But in long term use I found this really annoying. And I want to downgrade the firmware. So I downloaded the latest firmware from sammobile.com . Now using odin when I try downgrading, I get the problem
sw rev check fail :[aboot]fused 2>binary 1
The model is:J500H(2015)
Is the downgrade really impossible? I even tried using TWRP but it isn't working either. I eagerly wanna go to lollipop while marshmallow is getting frustating day and again. So guys if you have any solution regarding this please suggest me..

Unfortunately, there isn't any way to downgrade as far as I know. It only happened for J500H and there is a warning thread, but not all people are aware of that...

Is it still the case? I tried flashing it recently and it just showed my green static and soft bricked my device.

ROM J500H U2 Downgrade FROM 6.0.1 To 5.1.1 | [Official] add the 01/04/2018 on Needrom
hellow Download this ROM and unzip it and put the phone in download mode and then flash this file with Edin.
and then remove the phone's battery and put it back in and go to recovery and factory reset the phone and then clear the cache and finally reboot and the phone will be downgraded to Android 5
