Hello everyone,
I was using my moto x play normally and I was surfing on the internet. Suddenly the device disconnected, I pick up my phone, disabled wifi, and re enable it, since that the device freezes and suddenly rebooted. Showed me a quick animation of moto bootanim and restarted.
When the phone booted up again, the moto shows me ''optimizing apps''. I have no idea what the problem is but it is no the fifth time that the moto did this problem. I have try everything like a hard reset and the provider had replace my battery, but with no results.
I have also filmed my problem if you want to see the video I can send you a link with the URL.
Please is there anyone who can help me.

Is your phone rooted or has unlocked bootloader?
Sent from my XT1562 using Tapatalk
What does rooted and bootloader mean? I have never download some illegal software on my phone.
They're asking if you've unlocked the bootloader by getting the unlock code from Motorola, and then enabling root access.
Have you done a full factory reset or reflashed the firmware using your computer? The former is in the Settings -> Backup and Restore menu. You'll be wiping the phone and resetting all the settings to their defaults, to see if there's an application is crashing your phone.

Today I got so annoyed at no rotation, I reflashed 4.4.2 via Odin, rebooted to check it was working, It was.
Then I rooted the phone, tested rotation again, still OK, so then I braved CWM and it's fine.. Still working fine now last I checked... thankfully it was a bit annoying playing with youtube earlier.. @jetbruceli has the same issue also

Im out of ideas so if anyone PLEASE knows a fix i would be very thankful
EDIT: F everything. Apparently all my sensors are broken.
Anyone who's got this problem, do you have other lockscreen than the default? I had this problem also with sensors / rotation not working after some time, and my fix was to change the lockscreen from pattern to swipe. Please report back if this fixes your problem.

Yeeeeeeeees :good: No one is able to upload these files here........ What the hell, every body tell us to reflash because they are to lazy finding out what the problem is ...
SHealth and Sensorservice are the problem, if one is removed, rotation is away.
I've made a thread and pleased for the Apks and Odexs files but even after 100 views no one can do this -

First of all help is always starting from the beginning. If you reflash the problem goes away and all is well. No one knows really why yet it stops rotation.
I removed Knox and it stop the rotation too. Reinstalling didn't help.
So please before saying no is helping just do what we suggest and then figure the rest on your own.
I had the problem with rotatation before anyone I believe and my solution was to reflash from scratch and then only remove add on apps like ever note.
Leave all Sammy apps installed and so far my note is running perfect
Hit thanks if I helped

If this should go in Q&A Please moderator move for me.
After i got the KitKat update it has been downhill from there.
Little by little knock on stopped working. now it does not work at all.
I have doner factory resets several times and nothing seems to fix this.
Is it a hardware issue or software issue?
Is it the proximity sensor???
I am out of ideas.
I am considering switching to either the Galaxy S5 or HTC M8.
Has anyone of you experienced this problem and if so, is there a fix??
I have searched and read many threads here and nobody has a fix.
Completely Frustrated.

Actually knock performance keeps on deteriorating for me after kk update and now yesterday i got another update D802B and knok on messed up, now i had to use power button to turn my screen on, really frustrating.
As far as my opinion LG G2 is a phone with good hardware and ****ing software.

Hello everyone,
After one week of using Marshmallow on my E6683, I decided to go back to Lollipop, I can't take it anymore...
1. On 80% of my calls either my microphone doesn't work or my speaker doesn't work
2. I have data on the SIM card I did not selected for data and the one I selected doesn't have any data connection at all
3. When upgrading the do not disturb mode went to total silence, so my alarm didn't make any sound the next morning and I was late for work
4. It is not possible to choose a specific ringtone for a SIM card anymore
5. Stamina is gone
6. Waze crashes constantly
7. I do not see any benefit after upgrading
Good luck.

Wouldn't it make more sense to try a factory reset before down-grading? You're gonna have to wipe anyway... why not try it? I think it'd be fair to say the majority of users have been happy with MM.
Were you able to downgrade successfully?

I partially agree, it should be shared in the other "Marshmallow Bug" threads instead of opening yet another one,
this slowly is getting difficult to keep an overview over the list of (possible) BUGs with MM
I found the Marshmallow bug thread to be a big mix between all kinds of errors and nothing pertaining to the dual sim model. Also I found that these issues with the dual sim were more blocking than the ones I read.
I tried the factory reset but it didn't change anything.
I was successful in downgrading using ftf E6683_32.0.A.6.209_R4B I found googling.
Now everything is working fine again (especially calling with sound lol )
Guess I will have to wait on the next upgrade for the dual sim model...

MM sucks bigtime.
Battery is the worst.
Dual sim here.
i need some help... I flash to 5.1.1 from MM after reading this post, but i'm unlucky that after flashed to 5.1.1 i asked me for SIM network unlock PIN(my phone is sim lock free). what should i do with this? my phone now totally cannot get any network.
When I turn my phone on it goes into boot loop. I tried accessing TWRP but it's not good either, it would just show the startup screen and nothing will happen. I don't know how this happened because my phone was working perfectly last night before I slept. I didn't charge my phone so when I woke up the battery was drained. So I plugged in my charger and turn it on, it'll just go into boot loop just like what I said earlier. Please help. I have read that I should flash stock through Odin, but where can I find it? Please help. Thanks!

When my device was bricked a bit times... I flashed the firmware and all my data wasn't lost it just changed the system and did not delete any data... But make sure u only flash the firmware version that was present before u bricked your device....
MOST of the times it doesn't delete any data☺

For twrp installing:use the latest version of twrp and don't forget that untick auto restart at odin
When it passed on odin unplug your phone from pc anf get out your battery and after 5sec put it in.and try to go to twrp by volume up+home+power

Well you have to watch videos on YouTube to prevent brick your phone!
For twrp installing:use the latest version of twrp and don't forget that untick auto restart at odin
When it passed on odin unplug your phone from pc anf get out your battery and after 5sec put it in.and try to go to twrp by volume up+home+power
Good luck

Sorry to bother you again but does the Camera get lost after unlocking the bootloader (like we do in Sony)?
Cause I am seeing, "error, camera is being used by another application"

Feel free bro..i will always be happy if i can help
No bro we don't have such thing at samsung
Unlocking bootloader is just a option that you can install custom rom without any issue
BTW:where you got that error?
SCS and and your phone model and what app do you use would may be helpful

The problem occurred after unlocking. And the toast notification showed, "Unable to open camera, camera is being used by another application". (Sorry I couldn't grab an screenshot. I thought it was hardware side problem but I checked it. Even if was the rare camera issue then the front camera should work. The flashlight isn't working too,)
I forgot to backup the stock ROM and lost it on ROM installation but after installing ROMs, same issue. I tried 3 ROMs, A8 Port, LineageOS 16 and currently on EvoX.
Tried different camera apps , tried WhatsApp camera also, no luck..
Even CPU-Z isn't recognising the Camera.
The device model is J53gxx.
I flashed TWRP exactly as you said.

My advice would be flash stock ROM through Odin and start all over again.
Boot stock rom and make sure camera and flashlight works, then enable oem unlocking and USB debugging and install twrp and a new rom.
If that doesn't solve the issue then it may be hardware related.
Also you could get a log of trying to open camera app and post it here.
