My Samsung note 3 Sm-N9006 was already rooted when I bought it, though it doesnt have CWM/TWRP and SuperSu. However, all rooted apps are working. So I really want to change the phone's font so I downloaded Font installer *root*, because no font style is available in the settings. However, after I installed a font from the app, it prompted me to reboot my system, I clicked it and when it boots, its already stuck on the samsung logo.
pllzz help
Try installing some custom recovery, do backup and then try full wipe. If it doesn't help try with installing ROM via Odin

Hey Everyone,
I have a Nexus 4 with Android 4.3, had unlocked and rooted my phone.
I tried to install a new Font with Font Installer and now my phone is stuck on boot screen after restarting.
I don't want to flash it and lose all my data, so is there any way to update all my fonts to the Default fonts without flashing it and going through all the process again??
Please help..
Flashed my device
Well, couldn't wait much longer. Flashed my device..
Stock ROM,
Root access,
twrp recovery
Will keep backups from now on to avoid such hassles.
I am trying to install the Sammy Deluxe Custom Rom, but when i did it got stuck on the boot animation and kept restarting again and again with 2 fast vibrations.
I tried installing a diferent S5-like ROM and ended up with the screen showing Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 and not going any further than that.Note that i installed a less consuming, 459 MB ROM 4.4.4 AOSP and worked fine. Now i unrooted and went back to stock for the moment, but i would really like to make Sammy Deluxe work.
That being said, here are the steps i followed:
1.Root the phone via the galaxys4root*[email protected] method via the motochopper application. It installed superuser but it didnt give me access to it, telling me it had to update and giving the options Cancel/Install/Recovery Install. Neither worked.
2.Root the phone via an apk found here on xda. Worked like a charm and Superuser updated.
3.Install Twrp. Put the .img file in the sdcard and typed command on Android Emulator. Flashed the .tar file via Odin.
4.Go to recovery, follow the guide steps(Full wipe, Advanced wipe, Install Rom), choose the settings i wanted in installer and reboot the system.
After i rebooted i got to what i typed on the first row, boot animation crash and double vibration restart.

flashed custom ROM on SM-G355H but forgot to root the phone before installation
I put the custom ROM into the SD card (ext.) and booted the phone into recovery mode without having a root access. In the stock recovery mode the was no option of wiping cache data , dalvik cache.... There was only option of wiping cache partition.
Now when I rebooted my phone it shows black screen with no apps installed, only the pull down notification bar is working. On the black screen there is a message " Unfortunately, Application installer has stopped ". What to do next please help me to get out from this situation.
Need some help!!!

Hi,
Firstly you cannot flash a custom rom using stock recovery
always do read Twice before you proceed
Do you have a backup?
if you don't go here and download http://www.sammobile.com
then using ODIN flash the firmware to revert it back to stock(Out of the Box)
Its that Simple
Can I flash a custom lollipop ROM on my device instead of putting the old stock firmware....? If yes then can u suggest me some good ROMs
#Go to Stock#ROOT#Custom Rom

First go to stock rom root it properly and check for root availability using root checker app in playstore the flash cwm or twrp then go for your desired Rom:good::angel:
Let me start by saying I've never modded a phone before so I'm extremely new. I followed a few how-to's on these forums (by rovo89) as well as videos on how to enable xposed installer on my Galaxy s5 G900i. I rooted it successfully, installed TWRP without any problems all using Odin, but then flashed the incorrect arm file, and when I restarted my phone it was stuck on the Samsung bootloop. I didnt download the uninstaller and my phone wasn't able to connect to Odin at that point. I did have a backup file however. I restored to my latest backup however my phone was still unable to boot, even after wiping cache and data files. In a mad rush, i did a complete factory reset and wiped off all of the files including the system, and obviously now when I try and boot i get the warning "No OS installed! are you sure you want to reboot?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, is there any way to remedy this situation or have I screwed up too bad. Apologies for my stupidity.
Edit: I should note that when my phone is in bootloop, it is recognised by Odin (Added!), however while it is in TWRP, it is not recognised (Removed!).
Download official rom for your device and flash it via odin
just finish using cf auto root
install (CF-Auto-Root-hltetmo-hltetmo-smn900t.tar) for my n900t tmobile
flash (twrp-3.0.2-0) using Odin3-v3.10.6
went into twrp recovery and wipe Dalvik/cache, system, data, internal storage, also i format data and didn't do a back up.

You are probably trying to flash a custom rom that uses Aroma Installer.
If so, use TWRP v2.8.7 coz v3.0.2 can't handle Aroma (known bug).
The Note 3 from AT&T is the 900a. The T-mobile is 900t.
T-mobile forum is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-tmobile
Boot into download mode and confirm the model #.
