What kind of mistake have you do? Windows recognize the phone as QHSUSB_BULK or not?

If he can get to Fastboot mode/Recovery mode/Another mode this isn't hard brick, is recovable.

first thank you for your support.
the major problem is that the phone keep rebooting every 10 to 15s from the boot.
i cant flash anything.
I shorted capacitors by following this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/lg-g2-unbrickable-fix-real-hard-brick-t2904404

I don't think that is a battery problem because i tried the motherboard in another working g2 and gives me the same behaviour.
about the boot-loader, i think its unlocked, twrp recovery was installed before.
I will waiting:crying::crying::crying: for your kindness :crying:

Wait a sec. Can you boot into TWRP? Or only fastboot? If you can boot into TWRP without reboots, we can go into the next step.

no.
the phone reboot every 10s.
if i try to put him in download mode (volume up) he goes straight to fastboot mode and reboot after 10s.
same thing for the recovery mode or normal boot.
i have to unplug the battery to stop the infinite reboot.
anything in your mind????

G2 bricked won't boot past LG

Hey guys I just got another one of these damn G2s
Anyway, got root fine on 12b and had issues trying to push the twrp recovery image to it, it kept failing for some reason. So I tried the Flashify option... and as you can tell by the thread title it worked excellently. And by excellently I mean I'm bricked.
I can get into download mode. But it won't boot past the LG logo. All I get is a black screen. Can someone help me revert to stock and get twrp installed?
Thanks:laugh: I'm using an S4 right now so no rush.
Also I'm a little illiterate on Android so take is slow and dumb it down- I don't develop and I don't code, I just enjoy other people's work as a casual user.

Try holding volume down + power
Immediately when LG appears let go of both and ONLY hold onto power, should boot into option to factory reset
Hit power button 3 times to continue.
Tried that. It processes the reset and then immediately tries to reboot, and bootloops again.

WHen your g2 is powered off just hold volumeup and connect to a PC. If it doesn't go past the blue dots then you can't enter download mode either.

my galaxy s4 is always boot looping into Samsung galaxy s4 screen. only the download mode screen appears but it reboots again after 5 seconds and keeps on rebooting . any help ?
Do you run with stock or custom recovery? Have you tried to (re-)flash a custom recovery (CWM highly recommended)?

Hm, if I understand you correctly, you can boot into download mode but it just lasts a couple of seconds before it reboots on its own, right? You cannot boot into recovery as the screen simply stays black. Can you boot successfully into /system or does it bootloop as well?
Sounds like a hardbrick to me, the only thing I can think of before sending your phone in for repair is to pull out the battery for 1 hour or so, reinsert it and boot directly into download mode and see if it stays there. If it does, flash a custom recovery using Odin and check whether you can boot into it afterwards.

I'm, I was actually, on stock everything, rom, kernel and recovery

OK so I left my phone without a battery in it for the afternoon, just got back home and gave it a try.
It booted. No idea why or what actually went wrong.
Lets hope it doesn't happen again!
OK, So the point that the phone just start booting just the moment the battery is inserted got me thinking
IS IT THE POWER SWITCH?
and indeed it's, the power switch is stuck on, although I can feel the click when I push, still, seems like something is wrong with it
so I tried to suck it out, hit the phone softly few times while the power switch is facing the ground
inserted the battery, aaaand, it didn't start booting, pressed the power softly, and horaaaaay, it's working
Had the same issue and indeed I knocked the power button several times and it worked very well. Thank you! You saved my day

I have similar problem... and identified its power button.
How i identified is as phone switched on i hold menu button and volume down button together and
it booted in download mode, for download mode you have to keep pressing power button, volume
down button and menu button but it went without pressing power button.. so i assume that its power
button.
Try it... hope will identify your problem

Hello!
I have the same problem, and disassemble the cell and saw that the button will operate properly .
Someone has managed to get out of this problem?
thanks a lot... i was facing same problem... i hit ma phn near power switch...again n again... it worked... love u xda
whoa, I just got this problem recently, because some of bezel around my phone has cracked, then I try to glue it roughly.
at the other hand, I tried to install new kernel. I tought that kernel make my phone bricked. then I found this thread. so I open my case. and found my glue sticked to the power button, remove it and. voilaaaa~
thank you XDA. you never cease to amaze me. lol

[SOLVED] Bootloop. No recovery. Bootloader locked.

================================
Solution: http://forum.xda-developers.com/one...bootloader-locked-t3212187/page2#post63494201
================================
Hello,
This afternoon, I was preparing to flash Oxygen OS 2.1 through twrp but I wanted to make a backup first. Attempting to load up twrp by holding Vol- and Power, my OPT flashed the starting frame of the boot animation for half a second before turning off. This repeated every 5 seconds. I could still boot OOS normally at this stage.
I decided to reflash twrp so as to make the backups, but on attempting to flash it, I saw that my bootloader was locked. So into fastboot mode I went, but trying to unlock it, it did the same as trying to get into recovery. As soon as I sent the command, "fastboot oem unlock", the screen went dark, flashed the starting frame for the boot animation, and promptly when dark again.
I now can't boot up normally, nor can I enter recovery. I can access fastboot mode, but I can't seem to make any changes.
I've attempted to use this solution as well as several other similar ones with no success.
I've had my OPT since 17th of August with absolutely no signs of trouble until this afternoon.
To me, it seems like it could be a hardware issue, but I'd hope it would last more than 40 days.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

I'm not sure what I was doing, I was going to flash different ak kernel as my wifi didn't work.
HOWEVER
I read someone suggesting if you still have bootloop after trying the qualcomm recovery tool, try booting to fastboot and use: fastboot continue
my opt booted nicely to hydrogen os and after I shut it down it no longer bootlooped and I was able to get to recovery.
I'll post this to your reddit thread too, maybe it might help somebody one day, hopefully this works for you too

Mate! that worked for me too!
However... It only seems to skip the bootloop for that power on. After power off, it returns to the boot loop. I also still can't unlock the bootloader and can't access recovery.
But at least it can boot into OS with fastboot continue!
Thank you.
Weird, after the first successful boot I rebooted and a chinese menu prompted me if I wanted to unlock the bootloader, and I did.
Maybe you should try different recovery packages.
But I'm glad to hear you at least got past the boot loop

I think I used this: https://mega.nz/#!EsNQHKab!ifATzg4rxxBniPad0iyxANqlN8cZpUx2MVWaZgEhrD4
but it might have also been this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B14IjYN3PtxcSlJ5aGQxX3JERHM/view?usp=sharing
It's also worth mentioning I flashed both a few times before I tried the fastboot continue command so try both a few times and see if that helps, also I replaced the stock recovery with twrp in both recovery packages before flashing.
Edit: And best of luck, I'm rather confident your OPT is going to work properly again.
Boot Loop
I got the same problem.
Phone is rooted and i can't unlock it in cmd, just reboot itself when i try it.
The only way for me to even start the OPT is to (volume+ and power), to get to fastboot mode, then run "fastboot continue" twice in cmd.
If i reboot the phone it get cought in a boot loop where i can see the logo, reboots about every 2 sec.
Is there a solution for this? I've been searching 2 for two days now.
I don't care if i have to reset the entire phone.

Sent from my OPT[/QUOTE]
I finally got my OPT working again, tried Qualcomm recovery tool, wasn't able to complete the "MSM8994DownloadTool"
So i downloaded "A2001_14_A.03_150805" in a guide from technobuzz.net/unbrick-oneplus-2/
A similar but it does a entire wipe of the phone, nothing left at all. WARNING!
But i was okey with it.
Well the phone was in Chinese when it was all done but to change language was no problem.
I finally managed to solve it on mine. I had been cautious over the past weeks to not let it run out of battery or get turned off while away from my computer as
Code:
fastboot continue
was the only way I could get past the boot loop.
My core issue to solve was that I couldn't get it recognised as the USB Diagnostic 9006 under Ports in Device Manager. I installed the driver from here manually by right clicking the /qcser/x64/qcser.inf file and selecting install from the context menu. Then, I powered off my OP2. While only holding Vol+ (not power or Vol-), I plugged in my OP2 to the computer and it was finally recognised as the 9006. Then using the recovery tool from the prior link, it installed and rebooted my OP2. The moment of truth was when it rebooted and didn't enter a boot loop!
Then with the Chinese recovery prompt, I selected the top/first option and it brought me to the welcome/first setup screen of OOS.
It wiped the internal memory, and installed OSS 2.0.2 (don't know if coincidence or not as that was my prior OS as well). Now to install twrp and update to the latest OOS hopefully without a hitch.
Happy to finally know it wasn't a hardware issue like a failed eeprom or a dud nand controller as my prior phone (Samsung Note 10.1) died to a failed nand controller as well.
Will update with news of twrp and OOS, but I feel that should go smoothly now. Thanks to the others that helped in this thread too!
Yeap, all good!
Flashed official twrp through fastboot and batch installed OOS2 through 2.1.1 patches and SuperSU. Everything working like new!
Phew.

Is it recognised as a USB Diagnostic 9006 in your device manager?
Hi GusGold No its 9008

Help! N4 in endless boot loop.

I have a Nexus 4 with the latest OTA (LMY48T) that suddenly shut down one waking morning. It couldn't boot, couldn't charge, was unresponsive. Until I tried the "Power button + Vol down for 15 sec and then plug the charger" trick. I was able to bring it to charge powered off, and I thought that was that. After an hour or so, I got a bit impatient and tried turning the phone on while charging. It booted, but only until the boot animation, and then it stopped and shut down on its own. On the off chance that I was able to boot it again, it resulted in a boot loop: boots until the boot animation, stops, restarts. At this point the phone was bootloader locked, unrooted, stock everything.
Right now, I am able to occasionally access fastboot and recovery (its behavior is no longer consistent; I have to do the charging trick mentioned above quite a few times [it now fails on occasion] before I can make the phone enter fastboot). Through fastboot, I have been able to flash different builds: 4.2.2 (JDQ39), 4.4.4 (KTU84P), 5.1.1 (LMY48M), 5.1.1 (LMY48T). But all of them resulted in the same boot loop pattern. The phone boot loops until its battery drains. Yes, I've tried clearing the cache and factory resets after flashing but to no avail. Any idea what's happening? Is this a hardware issue?
I can't make it enter HS-USB QDLoader mode through the PC, hence I can't use the LG BoardDiag method. I also wanted to use the LGNPST method, but all the links for the resources I've found are now dead. Help!
Here are some videos of the boot loop:

Soft-Bricked Samsung Galaxy A500FU with broken home button

Well this is my first post here.I flashed cm 14.1 on my devices with gapps through twrp.I managed to get to recovery with the adb drivers (as I mentioned I have a broken button so pressing Volume Down+Power+Home won't work).Everything was ok but due to the critical bugs of this rom (was still in development) I decided to downgrade to cm 13 which had less bugs.So I tried getting into recovery but everytime I gave the command in it would reboot to the system (not even in stock recovery). So I decided to flash the stock rom with odin and then try entering recovery mode. After flashing I actually realised that I f*cked up cuz I couldn't wipe the system data/davik cache, due to the fact that my home button is broken and so i cant access my stock recovery. Now my device is in bootloop...I already have a usb jig and it will just make it boot into download mode where i cant really do much.Any help would be appreciated.

Not yet.Phone is dead i need to charge it first. There is no way of turning off the devices while it boots up.You can either restart it or let the battery die.I cant really fix my home button cuz in order to do so i would need to remove the screen, thus damaging the Amoled panel.I could send the phone back to samsung idk

Boot back to download mode and reflash twrp and set "auto-reboot, should boot back to recovery then + you will need to factory reset on recovery before flashing stock as the data actually stays

Then you'll need to fix home button, it's not part of screen. It's got its own circuit underneath
