Sim Card Not Found; software or hardware help. - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a bit of help. I am trying to rule out whether my newly purchased Moto X Pure (XT1575) is having a device issue or a mismatched software issue. I experience an issue in the past with my Moto G 4G where the bootloader and modem where incompatible thus rendering the SIM card unreadable.
When I purchased this device I made the mistake of not reading more thoroughly to figure out the best path to upgrading to 6.0 with unlocking the bootloader coupled with not actually installing the SIM card into the phone first. I unlocked the bootloader and then tried to install the Blur_Version.23.21.18.clark_retus.retus.en.US.zip that was found here on the forums because the OTA installer was taking over an hour to download :|.
So after flashing various roms, modems, and boot loaders, I am coming to the community for some assistance in determining what the working combination is for the device. So if anyone that is using a XT1575 device, could you please post your working configuration, specifically what your Bootloader (BL: ### in bootloader screen), your Baseband (also in bootloader), and Product Variant ( just because). Any and all posts will be appreciated.
TL;DR: Please post information about your baseband, bootloader, and product variant from bootloader screen.

Hai..

Build : MPH24.49-18

My SIM card is unreadable also.. have you solve the problem?
Thanks

Looking for stock 4.4.4 firmware for XT1021 (US GSM Variant)

As the thread title says I'm in need of the stock firmware for the XT1021 model (US variant, non Cricket). Must be on android version 4.4.4. If anybody could please help me out i would be very appreciative. I am trying to unlock the bootloader on my Cricket moto e, and as all firmware files are signed by motorola it should allow me to flash a different bootloader allowing it to be unlocked (hopefullly). However the one website that DID have the firmware files i was looking for no longer has those files. I spent an hour trying to find the proper firmware but had no luck.

[Q] any easy way to SIM unlock a GT-I9500 ?

Hi guys,
I read a couple of threads and tried a couple of things and didn't work... Im trying to sim unlock my Galaxy S4 GT I9500 on stock android 4.3 not rooted and is not working.
I read about a code using *#0011# code and didn't work.. Post was not specific about using no sim, original carrier sim or desire carrier sim.. anyway I tried all and was a failure.
I read another thread about flashing a modem and downgrading the firmware but wasnt specific enough about how to do it and the requirements (android version, rooted?, how to do it, etc)
I try one of those "code pages" and even they couldnt help me. My carrier is Movistar in Nicaragua.
Is there is any easy way to SIM unlock my phone? maybe by just installing a pre-rooted, pre-unlocked rom? or is there is a page/guide/video with specific instruction on how to do it?
thanks in advance.
I think the step by step instructions on SIM unlocking in the main thread on the topic are pretty specific. They don't mention downgrading the device modem through Odin however because they were written before Samsung patched the exploits that allowed the SIM unlock to work.
Downgrading the modem to an Android 4.2.2 version in the AP/PDA slot in Odin is necessary to run either unlock metbod. However, you can really mess things up trying to unlock if you aren't careful, especially with the service menu exploit.

Any idea on how firmware detects phone model ?

Even when flashing moto_g4_plus firmware on g4 plus, it detects the phone as g4. With single sim baseband and no fingerprint..
I am not a dev here, so would like to know which partition/how it is getting detected during firmware flashing.
Please share your ideas if you have any

P8 lite (ALE-L21) single sim accepts no SIM cards

Hello,
i came to a ALE-L21C02B898 EMUI 4.1.3 Android 6.0 Patch-Ebene 6.Nov. 2017 Build BalongV8R1SFT
Baseband 22.355.09.00.00 CUSTC02D001 Vodafone branding ...... no sim is accepted
I cannot detect any damage to the SIM port ( micro-sim ) so i assume somebody flashed something wrong - balong bug?
I really tryed to read a lot but this single/double sim and flashing a ssim phone to dsim is really confusing.
All i want is one functional sim. I dont knew if the bootloader is unlocked because the unlocking tool on the HUAWEI website disappeared.
I think if i want to wipe the phone i should start with ALE-L21 20V100R001C432B049 and can end with ALE-L21C432B597
but in this state they are not accepted yet.
can somebody please help?
thanks

S4 GT-i9500 accidentally flashed with I545-VZW (Verizon) firmware

I didn't know what I was doing.
I have an international S4 GT-i9500 and it had an unlocked bootloader. I wanted to try out Lollipop and installed a firmware image which turned out to be a Verizon firmware for the I545-VZW. I'm now running Lollipop, but the bootloader is now a dreaded locked Verizon loader (OF1, I believe). I've already accepted that I'm screwed, but I'm holding out hope because the phone is not an I545-VZW. The labeling and physical characteristics of the phone indicate that I have a GT-i9500, but software info tools now report that I have an I545. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of firmware mismatch and can I flash a more recent international (non-Verizon) firmware and bootloader? Perhaps the GT-i9500 does not include the same hardware features (eFuses?) which allow the I545 Verizon phones to remained permanently locked? Or are they really the same phone but with different software?
I just need someone to confirm that I'm screwed and recommend the best firmware version for my situation and point me in the direction of at least getting root and SafeStrap or whatever and a TouchWiz rom without all the vendor bloat-crap.
Thanks in advance!
Erik
