New leaked chinese 4.0.3 ics rom

Hi to all,, surfing on the internet with google, I came across this topic in a chinese forum : "[ROM release] Samsung I9220 Galaxy Note | N7000 based on Bank Negara 4.0 modify the stability, power-saving interface TW | complete root version".
Forum access and download is restricted to registered users only, I signed up (with difficulty translating word for word from the Chinese) and I managed to see the screenshots (see attachments).
To download the rom, it asked a security question: 输入下面问题的答案
“智安网”这个词的前两个字是什么？
I need a Chinese user to give me the answer....
RELEASE DATE IS 03-06-2012

That's not new! I'm using that kernal as we speak with aosp rom. Also use Google translate duh.....

Release date 6th march, I don't think it's the same...
I'm trying with google translate for an hour, I need the chinese answer of "Enter the answers to the following problem : What is the first word of the word "An intellectual network"?
In english is "An", but if I translate that word in chinese and I try in the dialog box, it answers "not correct"
These are more details :

I've tried the first leak, will not do it again, but thanks for the post ...

Will the question change? Because the question you posted is asking for the first two characters, so it should be right

Even if the rom is newer is the kernal as before aosp who cares. That's where we need improvement. Kernal not a slightly newer rom build ...

I'm downloading rooted version from 6th march thread and "starter edition" from 9th march thread, but the downloading speed is soooo slowww....

Marshmallow for Honor 7

After so many searches I have found a link for Marshmallow for our Honor 7. Its neither my creation nor the development but just wanted to share for the benefits of all fellow members.
I have installed it and running successfully since 4 AM today and am happy about it. Pl note its only meant for Indian Version
PLK-UL00 C675B160/ 170.
Procedure for flashing.

As far as I know...the 180 is the "most current" for that C185 version, at least from what I can gather.

So can you please confirm about this 360 update that we got. Was it a pre-release beta ??

The b360 update we got in Janauary is not so smooth as people report. Too many bugs and animations break frequently (uninstalling apps from "settings" menu) etc. I still don't know if this was official update or another beta release. I'm hoping this "global update" fixed some bugs....

Will the source code/binaries for Nougat be released? It would help with the custom ROM development for the Honor 8, which seems like they could use a little more help from the Honor/Huawei side.

We need your input coz we all have questions that we need answering.
I have been trying via here, Google+ & MaDaco but I'm not really getting anywhere coz questions are not being answered.
Honor went out of its way to involve us at XDA and alot of us went out and brought this phone because of the perceived relationship.
Get involved and help via answering questions and providing source code needed to make our ROMs that we all love.
Don't get involved and you will lose the support of myself and I'm sure many others.

This is the mirror of the Honor/XDA partnership. Honor just throws some glitter into XDA users eyes, trying to ilude us that everybody is in fact taking advantage of this partnership but the only beneficiary is Honor itself!

This should be rectified. Come on, Huawei.
No official info if this all updates are officially out or just open beta. I think its beta but in other regions, different workers of Huawei service says different things. Should be one clear info. Im waiting to new week, i read that they will share updates by official channel soon.

From these screen shots what has been released is a mix of the Original 360 update and the new 360 update from team MT.
I'm really hoping that we all get this inclusive update.
Why give our two different 360 updates ??
Even if you had numbered them 360 & 361 ! It's not as if there is not enough numbers.
Mr Honor. U showing up on here is good in lots of ways but you can't just show up and post that and not answer these questions.

I think that you will have to unroot to get these official OTA's

If you select download latest package which size do you get?
I think you can update, even with root, it should replace your recovery and update.

There isn't a firmware, and I wouldn't trust the file the above guy will send you. Only update.zips which they can be found at the appropriate thread in general section. Read 1st post multiple times before proceeding
