Install the PPC2003 rom please.
If you don't know how to, please wait for the USB update or official update.

Just to confirm that WMP version 9 is only available as part of the new Windows Mobile 2003 O/S. I'm guessing we should see this available for download before the end of the month, else shortly after.

my pna pioneer pm-990 is dead

hello, hope somebody will help me.
i have an pna from pioneer called pm-990 made in china:
the processor is ARM.
os: windows ce 5 core
i have tried to make an update and after finding an image i put it on my sd card and the card in the pna. i restarted the pna and the update procedure started after showing a few rows, a window appeard, it was searching for an update, it couldn't find any update. after that a reboot it and noe when i try to power it he shows the start image for a few seconds and then shut's down.
please help me. i'm desperate.

[Q] Omnia 2 app problems

Im facing some problems with Midomi, and Windows Marketplace, in both situations network error pops up.
my phone information:
phone: I8000XXJD1
WM 6.5 Professional
CE OS 5.2.21895 (build 21895.5.3.00)
Midomi problem:
tried the fix with changing the value in registry form 3 to 1 but it didnt work. Tried out all the connections available from the menu, it seems to work without my WiFi turned on.
win marketplace:
doesn't work, says it cannot connect, wasn't preinstalled, so i downloaded it from the original site.
could someone help ?

mk809 flash player problem after update

Hello i recently bought my second mini pc (mk809) wich i use for streaming movies mostly. Everything worked fine untill i updated the rom with rk3066_mk809_Launcher2_public_TFupgrade_20121121.zip from mk809.com site. Now it doesnt seem to open the flash player in any browser, I have installled the flash player again but no success. Also i have tried 4 different browsers without any result. Plugin support is enabled in all browsers. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance!

Car all-in-one unit - is it possible to modify?

Hello guys,
I bought a car all-in-one unit (aka car dvd gps) from China, it has a better software than I thought and it's running with WinCE 6.0.
However, there are somethings that I'd like to change in the firware (or ROM?). For example, the music list of the USB player does not show the full file name, only around 10-11 characters and I'd like to increase it.
I managed to open a file explorer so I could take a look in the system files, but there is nothing relevant... only some logo images (from the boot screen) and some ini files.
I don't know if this is a software running in the WinCE startup or a firmware or a ROM.
Is there any way to export the firmware and modify it?
If this is a software, can anyone point me how can I put my hands on the files?

Your AIO technically consists of two parts: Windows CE w/ GPS and Multimedia. If you disassemble the AIO you can see there are two boards. The player you aren't lucky with is not part of Windows CE w/ GPS
