Can I install the rom without wipe?
Come on dude. This is not a helpdesk.
Backup, flash and see if it works. It's really simple!
If you don't want to experiment, maybe you are not suited for custom rom flashing.
finally my tablet was rooted!!!
i wanna use custom rom lollipop.
but i can't find rom file.
where can i find out rom for yoga13??
Hi there,
I know this may have been asked so many times but I'm completly lost with all the differents ROMs
I like my current ROM :
android 5.0
bb: N9005XXUGBOD1
version LRX21V.N9005XXUGBOF1
rooted
recovery : twrp
I want xposed framework and I read I need a deodexed rom before.
But I don't want to install custom ROM, I don't need any fancy stuff or other, I like my current ROM.
Can anyone tell me how I could do that ?
Backup my own ROM with twrp then JoelDroid deodexer it then restore this file ? Would this work ?
Or where could I get the deodexed version of my ROM ?
I wish I could not loose any app or setting or file.
Thanks for any hints.
Hi, i'm sorry if this thread seems noobish but i just got my s5(sm-g900f) today and i'm new to these things.. I want to keep my stock rom while having xposed installed on it. I've read that it causes bootloops on stock rom so there are some unofficial version for deodexed roms... I don't know how to extract my stock rom to use in these automatic tools that deodex it.. Can anyone help?
Does anyone have a deodexed android 6.0.1 version, because i want to downgrade to marshmallow and i want to use xposed, which needs a doedexed rom. I tried an guide to deodex, but i hadn't success...It's to hard for me. Thanks for your help!
not really, all I did was unlock bootloader, install twrp, root and flash xposed on the stock rom. don't think you need a deodexed rom.

Use Fulmics Deodexer, works just fine.
Thanks, i have done it this way: https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-systemless-xposed-t3388268
And thanks for the deodexer!
So it seems like you need a deodexed rom for Xposed to run properly. But i haven't deodexed my rom and it still runs fine with Xposed.
I also don't use gravity box, so maybe that's why i haven't run into problems yet
