Can't the rom of Galaxy A5(2016 version) be ported to old version of A5(2014) ? Both of them almost have the same specs?

Hi
Is there any stable ported S5 rom for S4 i9500?
There is some rom with S5 theme but i want a rom that ported from S5 rom.
Hello, i want to install MIUI 6 or 7 on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo (G903F).
I search on many websites and i don't find a MIUI v6 or v7 for my G903F because of the processor, Snapdragon for the G900F and Exynos for the G903F and i was thinking on one thing, can i modify the G900F's rom just to do some optimizations or changes to be supported by the G903F's processor ? Is it possible to do that ? Or is there already a MIUI v6,v7 rom for that phone because i don't find it.
Thank you for your attention and understanding.
So i found something interresting here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/guide-build-port-miui-rom-to-device-t3250984
Now i think i will do it myself but i have one last thing to ask: What is the base rom of the G903F ? It is the stock rom or no ? Because i don't find an CyanogenMod 11, 12 or 13 for the G903F or AOSP rom.
Thanks.

In my opinion Cosmic OS is the best custom rom for the S5
Hello,
Which ROM (Only One UI ROMs) do you recommend for Galaxy S8 Exynos ?
Hello there
I own a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (SM-T810) and I am looking for a way to update its Android version.
As you probably know, the android version of these devices is and will still be Android 7 (Nougat). I have been told that it was possible to change the stock ROM with a custom ROM and I would like to know if some of you have already done that ? Are custom ROM as stable as the stock ROM ?
I had already tried this with my old samsung galaxy s2, I flashed Cyanogenmod which was very stable, but nowedays, I don't know if there is a ROM as stable as Cyanogenmod was.
Does someone have an experience with LineageOS, Ressurection Remix OS or others ?
Best Regards
