Hi guys,
I have Galaxy S4 gt-i9505 but 2 weeks ago I went to sell it and buyer said its fake one or refrubised set.
The firmware says it SGH-I337 but software says its Galaxy S4 GT-i9505.
Moreover, can anybody please help let me know what sort of firmware will be best in it? Please guide me best rom/firmware now. The most stable. Previously, my set was ok.
I have tried SGH-I337 but it says failed in Odin.
The problem is battery drains so fast right after 7 hours in standby mode. Please help.
Please see attached images as well.

I have no idea what *#6329# is even for. But it's irrelevant. You have an i9505. Ignore that other part.
Sorry my mistake

It's irrelevant that service code. It only shows the touchscreen information. For reference see this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50936138&postcount=3
You are making it way harder then it is.
You have an i9505 period.
Thank for clearification

Here's the driver's http://uploaded.net/file/xdloq4jw and install it to your PC , then go to your phone settings > more > Developer Options and check USB Debugging. If you still dont see the developer option Click about device and click the Build number at bottom 5 times and press go back and follow the instruction on top. Please someone help me with that issue
@kamikazededios Are you using an official or TW based rom? Try dirty flashing your current firmware straight over the top. I've had issues installing system apks and this was the only sure fire way to fix.
@sassy713 if you've tried reflashing it normally(in pda slot) and your still getting ext4 error chances are the firmware your trying to flash needs a pit file. I think the DBT (Germany) Rom was the main culprit. You may also have a 16gb HK model. If your on a 32gb N9005, Go here for 4.4.2 mirrors. Preferrably download one that doesn't need a pit file. Flash it in ODIN(1.85 recommended, run as admin) in pda slot and leave all the settings as they are.

I recently got a GS4 from China and noticed the WiFi was not turning on... it is going though the notion with "turning on..." displayed on screen and not doing anything else.
After reading around on the internet I saw it maybe a firmware issue. So after doing some research I decide flashing it maybe the best solution to the the problem. After spending like a couple of hours ensuring I got the correct version of the firmware I got everything ready but when I put it in download mode I realized I maybe the wrong one.

Sticker under battery says its the I9500...
In download mode I notice that is said that the model of the phone was SGH-I337 the AT&T I9505. Which confused me and made me want to check which firmware to get. The 3rd image doesn't really make sense based on what I have read along with fact that the first image calls the phone the i9500 but the 5th image shows the i9505 qualcomm processor. Also on the 1st image what is "jflteatt" under the device type?
I'm not sure what to do now, any help would be most appreciated.

or if give ya error
- Wipe all and flash android 4.4.2 TGY-I9500ZSUDNB3 through ODIN-> HERE

How bout you dont jump to conclusions too bud!
I have a mate who bought an "S4" from China, paid $130, and it looked the same but when we compared it against my i9500 it was littered with errors in the device info. The fake also only got EDGE and couldn't pick up 3G or HSPA.
In me saying the OP has probably got a fake I was not trying to belittle him but just make him aware.
Look nicely at the pics, the product is shown as "jflteatt" but its supposed to be a i9500...
jflteatt = the AT&T i9505 not an i9500
"Sticker under the battery says i9500" but device info says jflteatt. I seriously doubt Samsung would have let something like that slip through their Quality Control.
Maybe the OP can post us a pic of his about screen and not some phone info shots from an app available on the Google store.
That would end the debate.
@op sorry for derailing your thread. Have you tried getting into Download mode or Recovery Mode? My mates fake had a chinese recovery.

Have a look at this thread, read the disclaimers/warnings/instructions very carefully from post #1 and #2 and get the right WiFi_FIX for your phone from post #2.
Thanks for your answer! My device is already rooted and i've already installed CWM. Do you think WiFi fix could also work for buetooth?
Kindly please guide me which S4 version I have, is it normal AT&T i337 or some other variant?
And what is it written on recovery menu, it comes every time I boot into recovery.
