According to Heise (http://www.heise.de/mobil/meldung/Tablet-Computer-mit-Infrastruktur-fuer-Verlage-961008.html - german!) it's not an Android tablet, but can run android apps via a wrapper.

I'd rather wait for ICD's Nvidia Tegra2 based Vega tablet...

And the display really rocks... I have an OLPC, which has a similiar display. I wish I could get that screen for my thinkpad.

Huawei Honor 6 Plus will adopts the Hisilicon Kirin 925 octa core processor, with a 1.8GHz high frequency, which is consisted with four Cortex-A7 and four Cortex-A15 features, and carried with Mali-T628MP4 GPU, besides, there is also a intelligent sensing processor which named i3. it will be configured with 3GB RAM+16GB ROM(The testing model does represent the final product, and it is said that the standard storage is 32GB). Meanwhile, this Huawei mobile will also support FDD-LTE/TD-LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/GSM networks, and support dual SIM card dual standby.

Honor 6 plus is bulletproof they showed a video as such but dont know what they are advertising by that.
3D UI interface also introduced where basically icons widgets etc are 3d'ish in style and usage.
Lots of camera features ofcourse as it is the main highlight.
Chip is Kirin 925 and not 64bit K930. But makes sense they will introduce K930 on Ascend P8 coming CES.
Priced at 2499 for high end version which has dual 4g sim, and 1999 for standard version.

Pompmall via the Huaweimobileshop. Left 2 days after order paid for. Bought Monday, arrived in UK with me on Friday. Etowalk now have them as well as others but Etotalk are trusted too.

Isn't that the same benchmark score as the normal Honor 6 puts out?

it seems india won't get note 5 anytime soon instead we might have S6 edge+...............really pathetic planning by samsung

Let india not have note 5 and s6 edge plus both..... Coz samsung just cuts its ir blaster, microsd card slot and bunch of sensors and increases cost by 100 usd just because its note 5.... Looks like great strategy from Samsung........
