I bought a new wileyfox storm smart phone some days before. I know that this may be a silly question but i want to know how to hard reset this phone with button combination.
thanks in advance.
The button combination is not to hard reset the phone but to boot on recovery.
When phone is shuted down press power and vol -

I have forgotten my unlock pattern so i need to hard reset my phone to restore it to its factory condition. Plz can anyone tell me how to do that.
I already tried pressing vol down + power button but no sign of any menu. It simply boots. I can get it to boot in safe mode but dont no what to do next. Itz just 1 day old so i dont want to flash it. Plz help

try to hard reset your device by way of Press and hold the power button, then use the stylus to press the soft reset button at the same time
i try to hard reset,but stiLL can't start..
the hard reset screeb appear but if i press the green n red button the phone restart again and again and aLways stuck in o2 screen..

there seems to be file system needed for the startup process has been lost or erased so that cause the device to fail in louding windows me, so I think you have to reflash your device! way the way, how many versions of windows on your device...??

i unlocked my phone to install cleanslate..before rooting i planned to take a backup ..the backup is completed but im stuck in recovery saying to swipe right to unlock..
it got stuck..no response ... how to reset the device? tried holding power button..and vol down+power..nothing seems to work
Try to hold on 3 buttons ( power + volume up + down).

If you're using the themed version you might face this same thing. You can still unlock it, but tricky.
got factory flashed from service centre guy.. now it's so-on back.... so repeated the process.. now I'm on clean slate.. installed mobile radio fix... now battery seems to be improved.. thanks a lot guys
I have soft bricked my phone and it is stuck in a boot loop. I know how to fix it but just need to know how to get into fastboot/bootloader from the stage.

i too have a same problem ,..i ended up with zuk logo ,..volume key plus power button is not working !
