Every one of the non-S5 Touchwiz ports seem laggy. It's the nature of the ported ROMs, since originally ported ROM wasn't actually compiled for our device in the first place.

if it were possible and someone finally created it for all samsung galaxy grand neo plus devices they will finally run on android 8.1 or 9.1, or on android 10 and maybe even with android 11, but I think that even if someone could do it 1Gb of ram would not be enough.
