Maximum Ampere value - Nexus 6P Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My nexus 6p arrived today and now I'm doing the first charging with the original wall charger I found inside the box. I tried to launch Ampere app to test che charging curr. and I've a maximum value of 1840mA. Is it normal? Furthermore in the lock screen I have not "charging rapidly" written.
The stock charger shouldn't charge at maximum charge of 3000mA?

It will slow down the charging as it get's closer to full. Your battery is at 81% already, Its not charging at max anymore.

And ampere shows net charge. That means you need to take into account how much juice your phone is draining also. You'll see what your phone is using when you unplug it and leave it alone. It should be something like -250 mA

Does somebody have this problem ?
If you shutdown the device and restart it does the percentage change? I had issues with my battery status not properly updating on my first device. Maybe it's the same thing for you.
see: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2015728
Device restarted. Always 31%.
ark
Try recharging with the device off.

Device power off and charging during one hour.
Battery level : 31%
Now I try another power supply....
Have you tried factory reset? It may fix the issues/errors your having by starting fresh. If your rooted you can always go to recovery and delete battery stats. Did you have this problem from the start?

Battery is now at 100%

Charging troubble

Hi I'm experiencing some odd charging. I have 30% and plug it in, after a few seconds the nexus shows as fully charged. But then again after little use it drips down to 30%. Stuck @ 90%. Suddenly black screen. 0% on battery as IMG shows

Completely drain the battery, wait a few hours, and charge it fully while it is powered off.
Of not, try another battery / RMA

USB Type-C to Standard-A cable to FAST CHARGING

Would I be setting myself up for failure if I joined these two together?? I forgot my cable at work and I'm so mad.. But I have the "USB Type-C to Standard-A cable" and a "Samsung fast adaptive charging brick"
Would this do any harm??
Thanks in advance!!

Anyone??

I'm literally doing that right now and since the cable and phone don't support "fast charging" and the brick is adaptive you should be good. Mine isn't getting warm at all while charging.

Perfectly fine. I do that with my Quick Charge 2.0 battery pack a fair bit.
Just know that the phone won't say it's charging rapidly, since you'll be limited to 1.5A at most

Just got this phone last week and using the included stock USB charger, phone only charges between 270mah and 720mah when the screen is on, if I turn the phone off and plug it in, it charges completely in 1-1.5 hours.
Is this normal?.
Just now it went down to 20mah, then spiked to 3700mah which is odd

For me, there one wall outlet in my house where the included charger only charges at 5% an hour. Everywhere else, I get at least 80% an hour! Try a different outlet?

What exactly happened to the charger? Was that the official charger that's in the Poco M3 box? The value of "Charge counter" should represent the actual capacity of the battery. Try doing a factory reset and see if anything changes. If your battery performance is not normal, make use of the warranty and require replacement
