Xperia C4 is restarting again and again even when the device is idle , I bought C4 two months back on sept2015, please help me

I would be very grateful if anyone could help me as I am hoping I have not lost all my contacts and data.
I have an MDA compact which addmitedley I have dropped a few times in the past 8 months, but luckily for me it has always worked fine after. That is until this morning, for some reason it has just died. The battery won't charge the phone will not power up. I have cleaned the battery connectors thinking it might be a battery issue but still nothing.
This after noon I took a visit to my local T-mobile store and upgraded my mobile to the MDA Compact 2. The problem is that when transferring the sim I remebered a few weeks back having a little clearn up and copying my contacts to the phones memory and deleting all data on my sim, stupid me I forgot to copy it back again. So now I have a dead compact that I am trying to retrieve data from to copy to my new compact 2.
I have tried using the new battery from my new compact on the old , but still no power, and it turns out that the old battery is working fine.
If anyone knows how I might be able to access the bulit in memory of my old compact I would be very, very gratful. I am more than willing to take the phone apart to achieve it.

Did you ever sync your unit with Outlook? Maybe someone with very special electronic equipment and knowhow could help you out.

My girlfriend have a Sony Ericsson xperia x10i and after i've upgraded the rom to 2.1 the power management is f** up mostly, if you want to power it up it will show that it is loading. But after a while the battery is still at the same percentage.
And i dont know anything to fix this the only thing that came on my mind is flashing back to 1.6....
Does anyone have a solution for this ?
i've been trying to get that usb port to work but it doesn't load, and the pc doesn't recognize it. So i think the usb port died snif.

i made the steps for the update center then i wait the phone to complete the update in 99 % the progame always tell me pleasecharge your phone at least 50 % but my phone is 100 % and my battery works 3 days , program told me to contact sonyericsson support center , the mobile is no longer exist on sony ericsson site & my windows is crashed up any advice or hard reset

last month i got a brand new galaxy s4 bought from dubai and my location is india the problem is my phone always restart after 10s or 15 minutes and the battery is bulging what can i do plz give me a solution.
Hello all. I am not so often here to post something as I am just a user of someone else job. Simple I want to share some bad things about this phone, even still using it but with problems. The first problem I experienced is OTG support. Whatever external USB device I plug camera, drive, or whatever I need to restart the phone in order to access the device on the USB port. The problem existed from android 9 which was originally installed and persisted in all further updates. After the last security update, I started to experience a loss of GSM card in the second port ( SD card / Sim card slot ). a simple restart of a phone gets the card initialized back. Later restart did not help anymore instead I had to take the card out and plug it back. And at the end, it started to do the same with the primary card. Now every day I have a moment when I am inaccessible since the phone disabled both GSM cards. I know it is time to replace the phone and I will, but this time no more sony. Simply like this, I have a phone for 600 euros, my wife has a phone for 200 euros. She never had any problem, even I used her phone for some OTG things as her phone recognize everything plugged in USB port instantly without restart. My son has a phone for 300 euros and u can't imagine what he does with his phone and Redmi note 8 pro handle all of the things very nicely. As I use sony from early time like w880 phone, w990, Xperia z. Was happy with all of those and imagine all of those working even today. Then it started, Xperia Z3 dual was quite nice but suddenly display started to split from the phone in the upper left corner, and in the and touch malfunctioned. Replaced this phone with Xperia XZ premium. Truth is, was happy with it and could forget on the OTG problem, but disabling GSM cards by itself is something I cant accept. For a place where I live and the amount of money, we earning per month, that is a very expensive phone and truly I can only expect 100% of functionality for such a sum of money.
Now I feel better, I said what I had in my mind and I know at least one person in the world will hear me
