You might want to check the "use rm -rf instead of formatting" in the TWRP settings. I reckon it's somehow changing the partition's file system.

Today, I decided to flash a new rom, kernel... tried checking off that box under setting and used the format, just because I was curious, but the same issue.. its no problem because I usually use Advanced and erase everything...

Did you run as administrator? And also try redownloading the application.
I log in the windows as administrator.

Right click on the application and select 'Run as administrator'.
On Windows 7, it's like this:

I don't think that is the problem but you should try it.

I'm not sure, but I believe that's around the right size.
I'm not sure what slots to use for modem, kernel, firmware (bootloader + modem), and stock tar?

You can, but most tutorials say if your phone reboots without whatever you were trying to do with ODIN being successful, say you're trying to root, and it reboots not rooted, to uncheck the auto reboot box and do it again - I guess that image says to to save having to do it again if it fails, just uncheck it to start with and manually reboot / remove battery etc
My tablet started to randomly reset, I failed to make a backup so decided to try [ROM][4.4.2][28-Apr-2018][T230]MoonLight. Now I get the problem below whenever I try to do a wipe of any kind and a similar error when trying to install any zip.

Did you try to format /data instead of just wiping(if this device has that option in TWRP).

"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

I guess you saw the stock recovery. Then, when you are in Odin, unckeck Auto-reboot option and then flash the TWRP and reboot to recovery with buttons combination.
Nope, it look like this
Could you please tell me why?

Oh, ehm. Ok. It isn't a problem of TWRP, it's like it's a tablet issue.
