Brick after Downgrade 6.0 to 5.1 HEEEEELP MEEE PLEEEASEEE!!! :( - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm very afflicted!
Well... that's happened:
I have an XT1572 DS Version, I flashed the RT Asia DS Firmare of 5.1, All good so far. I downloaded and flashed with stock recovery the OTA of this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-style/general/marshmallow-ota-zip-t3250253, this installed 6.0 on mi XT1572, it started OK but I got issues with my signal (No SIM Detected), I tried to flash another Modem.bin with ADB and I get my first brick (Motorola's Logo)... After that, I tried to Downgrade to 5.1 with Fastboot mode, I got error flashing gpt.bin but I ignored it and continued writing commands in fastboot (No other command was mistake)... As you can imagine, I Got a Worst Brick :crying: , The phone just Only displays The Bootloader Unlocked Warning and resets infinitely.... If I Press Power + Vol Down I can enter to Fastboot mode... I tried to flash got.bin again but i got the error "(bootloader) Permission denied, FAILED (remote failure)"
Note: I tried to apply the OTA Update with Fastboot using the command "Update <Filename>" but It says archive does not contain 'android-info.txt'
In summary:
1.-Flashed 5.1 Retail ASIA DS
2.-Installed with Stock Recovery 6.0 OTA zip
3.-SIMCard Issue, Tried flash another modem.img
4.-First Brick (Infinite Motorola's Logo)
5.-Tried reinstall 5.1 Retail ASIA DS
ERROR:
target reported max download size of 536870912 bytes
sending 'gpt' (32 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.002s]
writing 'gpt'...
(bootloader) Permission denied
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 0.004s
6.-Brick/Bootloop in Motorola's Unlocked Booloader Warning
7.-Fastboot mode is Ok but I can't flash any gpt.bin (Only this command, I can flash the others very well)
8.-Tried to flash again the OTA 6.0 zip using "fastboot update <Filename>", error "archive does not contain 'android-info.txt' "
Note 1: I'm using Mac (OS X El Capitan), but I tried with mFastboot and Fastboot using Windows and happens the same... I tried with RDSLite too, and the same... "GPT Error".
Note 2: I Have done a System Backup but I can't run Recovery... If I select "Recovery Mode", the phone enters in a Bootloop... I Tried with the last version of TWRP Too... (Maybe isn't compatible with Marshmallow?)
Can someone say me how to edit the OTA zip file? or anyone know what can I reinstall 5.1? HEEEEELLLLPPP!!! :crying:
PD: Sorry My Bad English
SOLVED!

PD. I tried flashing twrp (I did a backup), the same, Bootloop when I try to enter recovery

Try flashing everything using mfastboot instead of regular fastboot. There's a link to download it somewhere in the Marshmallow Dev thread.

Yep, try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63758509&postcount=192
AS mentioned by @x3deamond3x try flashing all of those with mfastboot. if you don't know how ask.
If you get an error while flashing modem: mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin just repeat the command.

If you can get into fastboot mode, you should be fine. Did you try the above poster's link?

Is your bootloader locked? If so, try unlocking process....
Edit: ups my bad, i saw your bootloader is already unlocked. Maybe worth trying again?

Dunno mate. i'm out of ideas.

I'm doubting you're fully bricked if you can get into your bootloader. On the bootloader/fastboot screen does it say your bootloader is unlocked and also what version is your bootloader?
Should say in yellow "DEVICE is UNLOCKED. Status Code: 3"
right under "AP Fastboot blah blah blah" it should be "BL:" followed by a version number and date. what does that say?
I'm just guessing that you are on the new bootloader it won't boot twrp. So get only the bootloader.bin out of the 5.1.1 factory image and flash ONLY it using "mfastboot flash bootloader bootloader.bin". Then restart the phone in fastboot mode again.
Then grab the twrp img and just do mfastboot boot twrp.img. That won't install it, but the phone will reset and HOPEFULLY boot into twrp. If it does then reboot to fastboot again and flash ALL of the 5.1.1 stuff. I wouldn't fret too much over the gpt.bin failing, I don't think it ever flashed for me.
Code:
mfastboot flash partition gpt.bin
mfastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
mfastboot flash logo logo.bin

It hasnt worked for me unfortunately, I flashed the indian 5.1.1 on my eu style which worked and then updated to 6.0 with the indian ota. All worked fine. Should have left it at that but carried on tinkering and tried to downgrade. My phone is in continual bootloop now. When I try to flash boot.img i get
"writing 'boot' . . .
(bootloader) preflash validation failed"
anyone have any ideas to that?

Hi, I'm using mfastboot and have redownloaded all files. sdk tools updated so got the latest adb as well. I'm still in a bootloop but the ota.zip is now at least trying to install. It stops just over 50% in cmd and shows on the phone at the point it is verifying the current system . . .
"/system/app/3c_main/arm64/3c_main.odex has unexpected contents.
E:error in /sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
? I'm stumped.

Phone not right, even with moto's re-lock firmware-HELP

So I requested the relock information from Motorolla and got access to the firmware. However, some of it is correct. Following these directions:
Next flash the images using fastboot:
$ fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
$ fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
$ fastboot reboot-bootloader
$ fastboot flash logo logo.bin
$ fastboot flash boot boot.img
$ fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
$ fastboot flash system system.img
$ fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
$ fastboot erase modemst1
$ fastboot erase modemst2
$ fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
$ fastboot reboot
You also have the option to erase all the data on your device with
$ fastboot erase userdata
$ fastboot erase cache
After performing this sequence, you can relock your device with
$ fastboot oem lock
This came from https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/recovery-images.
First problem is the first two steps aren't workign as the moto boot isn't even in the firmware provided. Second problem, when i do step oem lock, I'm told to do the oem lock begin command, which I do. Then I get an error message stating my software isn't verified, however on the fastboot screen it states official. So I can't relock the phone, NOR can I get rid of the unlocked bootloaded message.
Next, the phone will not see the Feb security update, says nothing available. When i download it and try to install in the factory recovery, I get an error. I can't recall what it says exactly, but it does try to install.
Any ideas? The phone works, just can't get the phone re-locked or take any software updates, which I'm sure goes right back tot he stupid unlocked bootloader.
Here is the breakdown....
Unlocked does not affect updates.
Logo.bin is really easy to change.
There is a stock rom available to flash with the update included.

The stock rom with update requires TWRP installed. For some reason I cant get the phone to relock nor take the Feb security update.
So use twrp... Not sure what the issue is here.
Using the lock oem command has never worked for anybody with this phone. Not sure why they added that if it doesn't work at all.
This worked for my Moto G 2015 so I assume its the same for Moto X. Disregard motoboot.img and any others files that do not apply to Moto X 2015.
1. Run oem lock begin
2. Flash stock firmare files
3. Relock bootloader
fastboot oem lock begin
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
"........... all sparsechunk files"
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot oem lock

Well...if this stupid phone would take TWRP than all be good...but this pos will not. Using WinTools I flash TWRP, says successful, but no die when I try to reboot into recovery. If I do the power and volume truck at "no command" I get the stock recovery not twrp. Starting to really hate this phone. Even wife's S6 is simpler than this.
What happens in fastboot? Not sure what win tools is. Use fastboot then reboot directly into recovery.

Completely Bricked Droid Turbo 2, No display but can see fastboot. Please help

Hello,
i followed some random instructions to do a complete flash of kinzie (stupid me, which included flashing motoboot partition with bootloader.img), now i have a complete brick. the phone is detected in fastboot but no display nothing. RSD lite does not detect the phone, tried using a stock build to restore but writing gpt.bin via fastboot gives me an error "writing 'partition'... FAILED (remote failure)".
i would be so very thankful if someone could provide with a motoboot.img or instructions of how to recreate all the partitions and to flash all stock partitions.
before all of this the bootloader was unlocked and phone rooted.
Can someone please dump all the partitions (including the hidden ones like motoboot, fsg etc), it would be immensely useful.
instructions on how to restore this phone would be immensely helpful too.
My thanks to those who took the time to read this, lesson learnt the hard way i have an expensive brick now.
/a/
Just a sec, do you have Moto Turbo 2 or Moto X Force? Because you wrote that bootloader was unlocked and phone rooted. As far as I know, that is not possible for Turbo 2. Even someone recently posted about rooted Turbo 2 from China.
If you have Force, then you can manually flash files from the zip listed in flashfile.xml with fastboot. You can use file from my gdrive.
Again this is for Moto X Force!!! DO not flash on Turbo 2!!!
If you really have Turbo 2, try to find firmware and again flash files from the zip listed in flashfile.xml with fastboot.
Procedure to flash:
mfastboot flash partition gpt.bin
mfastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
mfastboot flash logo logo.bin
mfastboot flash boot boot.img
mfastboot flash recovery recovery.img
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.3
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.4
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.5
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.6
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.7
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.8
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.9
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.10
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.11
mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
mfastboot erase modemst1
mfastboot erase modemst2
mfastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
mfastboot erase cache
mfastboot erase userdata
mfastboot reboot
Good luck!
Thanks a lot for the help, i actually already tried this and as i posted i get an Error while writing gpt.bin in fastboot. "writing 'partition'... FAILED (remote failure)"
and all the following steps fail with no such partition etc.
OK, let's first use only one way of communication instead of sending me pm, email and posting here
Second, in pm you claiming that you have Turbo 2 and that is given to you as unlocked and rooted. Who gave you? How are you sure is Turbo 2? That bootloader was unlocked and phone rooted? Many people here will love to know how to unlock bl or at least root Turbo 2.
Third, you're asking me motoboot.img (by email). I have Force, dump of partition of my phone most probably will not help you with your Turbo 2.

Hard to say. Somone recently reported a sparse chunk image too large error. I've never had this before. Most suggest it's due to using an older fastboot.. Other say this has worked fine. If I were you try and find the firmware for your region. I'm not that experienced. I simply mirror the downloads to save the people the hassle

Error when flashing TWRP [Moto G6 Plus]

Solution: Use "mfastboot" command instead of "fastboot". You can download "mfastboot" here: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=962187416754477464
Hi. When I'm trying to flash recovery, I'm getting this error:
C:\adb\platform-tools>fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
Sending 'recovery' (29516 KB) OKAY [ 0.666s]
Writing 'recovery' (bootloader) Invalid partition name recovery
FAILED (remote failure)
Finished. Total time: 0.692s
If I try "fastboot boot twrp.img" command I succefully can boot to twrp.
This error also happens when I'm trying to flash logo.bin from this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g6/themes/bootlogo-remove-message-unlocked-t3789155
Link to twrp: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=962339331459001360

I installed logo.bin with mfastboot. I didn't installed TWRP because it doesn't support encryption. I'm just using "mfastboot boot twrp.img" when I need to use TWRP.
