Is it a genuine Samsung device?

Yea, it is genuine, everything is identical, hardware, software, except this dots and dashes on front panel.
Workig great, but i'm interested about that. Maybe some prerelease model, model for testing, operators...

May be previous owner was using some sticker, protector, cover or something like that on it.

Try to clean the 2 pins in the inside placket of the back case of sview cover and try again and be sure that is in position. If it continues the ask for replacement.

Also there are photos of the keys so do you think that yours are loose you can fixit using some rubber tape.
One question about screen replacement!
The screen is attached to the chassi of the phone with tape:
How can you spit the 2 parts?
Thanks

It's looks like an app called Drupe

It looks like a cluster of dead pixels or a screen not assembled properly , check with your cellular provider for a replacement phone. It is considered a manufacturer defect in many cases.

someone please tell if its original or not. IMEI checker says its original.
I think it's a clone, look at the sticker at the back "made by samsung". Got 2 note 4 and mine says made in korea and made in vietnam. Though Im not sure maybe other experts can help you out, just voiced out my opinion.
This is definitely a Galaxy note 4. If it's no, it's perfect
check the processor, and s pen. make sure Air View works.
