Is there a program/service where I could send a message to a group, and when anyone int the group replies the message goes to everyone in the group. Kind of like group chat on gmail or Backberry Messenger 5.0's group feature. Is there something like that for WM?

I own moto g5 Plus mobile and I'm not able to join this group as it says the chat is no longer available. I have added previously but after few days I'm not able to view this group.

This is a youth subculture. If there is no picture in the profile, they delete access to reading the information. This is somehow related to their worldview. Put any picture and contact the administrators of the group.
