No Wifi when on a call?

is this natural android behavior? I notice that when I make/receive a call the wifi disconnects and then reconnects after I hangup.

Its not normal as wifi is suppose to work even when on call

I do not receive notifications for XDA via the Tapatalk app but I do for other forums I use with the app, does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it, thanks.

Talk to Text does not keep the screen on

So I just checked again it doesn't matter what setting I have for the screen timeout unfortunately talking to text does not keep the phone screen on for whatever time I have selected it must be a sensitivity issue and physical touch with the screen in order to keep the screen on
