Hello,
I am usually listening to music using bluetooth headphones. The Music booster is not working with bt headset. If I use a music player different then HTC music the buttons on the headphones (next, previous, play/pause) opens the htc player and controlls it. Is there any tweak to let the bt buttons navigate another player?
Thanx for the help
Anyone using a2dp bluetooth headphones with the htc music app on the incredible? If so, I was wondering if anyone had experienced this as well or even better if they might have a fix.
My imuff headphones pair and connect fine to the incredible. And I can hear music out of them from the music app. The big problem is that the headphone's controls don't do anything to the music. The skip foreward and back, or even the play/pause button on my headphones won't actually do any of that in the music program.
It does, however, work with btunes. However, btunes has problems of its own for me and I'd really rather use htc's music program.
Edit: Looks like what I need is for AVRCP to work in the htc music app. Ironically, I found the name for it in a post by someone who was annoyed by it working in the htc music app. While for me, the issue is the music app not being able to make use of it.
I have SD ACA (american android ROM) installed on my HD2...most current version. I can confirm that which connected via bluetooth to my car stereo while using the default music player to play music, song tags/information/track is displayed on my car stereo (I am assuming using AVRCP 1.3). However, I have tried poweramp and player pro and they both do not display the music info/tags/etc on my car stereo which is a big minus. Does anyone know if any other music apps on the market (besides the default android music player) will display via bluetooth/avrcp, all the song tag/information/track/etc?
thanks in advance
would love to know this too
Thanks
me too .....

So I've been using all access and it's cool but I also listen to podcasts on my phone. When my phone connects to bluetooth on my car it'll usually start playing whatever I've been last listening too but I'd like an option to switch to the other media player (google play music <-> beyondpod) if I find that the phone is playing the wrong content. Is there an easy way to get this done? There doesn't seem to be a straight forward way through nfc task launcher and I'm totally inexperienced with tasker. Any ideas guys?
I just started using my s4 as a music player. However since using an external dac with it, would like to know if theres a rom/kernel that doesnt upsample all music files
